If it’s true that humanity and earth have a symbiotic relationship, and humanity is in the shift to a higher consciousness, then the extreme weather we have been experiencing is visible proof of this shift—and change.
As many of you know, I love a good road trip and adventure. I have again camped my way across the United States. I have been crossing the country on and off—since my boys were young, and on this latest trip, it was my observation, that the weather is extreme, everywhere! I left Florida and found rain most of the way. And, yet, the “rainy” season really hadn’t begun, or as we who live in Florida know it as hurricane season. As I started across the dry country of Texas, the sage or tumbleweeds (I’m not sure which) were green—in fact much of this long stretch of highway was green. I don’t recall ever seeing that before. In Kerrville, the locals also commented on the ‘odd year’ they were having. I entered Arizona, the flashing lights warned of dust storms—and what to do if you ended up in one, where there was no visibility. They were flashing.
I always remember Arizona being hot—after all, it is a desert. In fact, I lived in El Paso for four years—and it was hot there too. But the outside temperature in my car read 120 degrees one day—and the place where I was staying with a friend had seen searing temperatures above 115 for more than a week, on my trip west. The wind didn’t limit itself to Arizona—in Nevada, my gas mileage dropped as I pushed against the wind and mountains for miles near the Hoover Dam. And in Ely, an average nighttime temperature, dropped 20 degrees in a single evening. When I got to Washington State—an area known for moderate summer temps at best—the entire area sweltered—with above 100 degrees. I detail this, as not to exaggerate this blog, but give specifics. Yea, when some national weatherman or woman is reporting conditions, it is easy to dismiss, if it’s not in your back yard, right?
So, what if there was more to the story? Years ago, I asked a question about the hurricanes and us—and a quick response said: you create your weather. It responds to you. Wow, I had to think about that one. Now, a dozen years later, and in the middle of a huge shift in humanity—I like to call consciousness—we are fast tracking, revealing, growing, and changing like never before—and the weather could certainly be proof.
I don’t hear as many denying climate change or calling it a hoax. It is evident, and it is in our face. We can’t ignore the shift we’re in. But rather than be fearful—maybe it’s time for marking that humanity has finally moved off the point of repeating the same dysfunctional cycles, and we’ve jumped to a new timeline that will bring peace to the earth; a new cycle. A new timeline that will bring compassion and unity and understanding to live in a place of harmony with all. As we become aware of the old, dysfunctional, impaired system, we give birth to the new more enlightened way of being. Growing pains are never easy, and somewhat painful but when we envision what can be, everything outside our comfort zone changes us forever, and I for one rejoice in the new human—the new earth—and a life which brings harmony to all!
