Perspective: Health, Immunity, Viruses

“Perspective—

Use it or Lose It

If you turned to this page,

you’re forgetting that what is going

on around you is not reality.

Think about that.

Remember where you came from,

where you’re going, and why you created

the mess you got yourself into in the first place.

You’re going to die a horrible death, remember.

It’s all good training, and you’ll enjoy it

more if you keep the

facts in mind.”

Illusions—

The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah ©1977

I don’t choose—you don’t choose, consciously anyway, when we will transition—or die and leave our physicality behind on the earth plane. None of us can truly define this moment or its interdimensional soulful experience as part of the human race in corporeal form. Embracing the idea that we are forever and eternal, I can ascribe to what the physicists mathematical formulas calculate that energy cannot be created or destroyed—if this is so, then we could assume that Human death is a transition of energy and a freshening of expression or even to facilitate another person in their growth. As Arnold says, “I’ll be back,”  And so will you!

In metaphysical and esoteric circles, it has been known and accepted for decades that the vibration of the planet is increasing. It must also be said that years ago we “voted” not to destroy ourselves, but to go to an ascended planet status with about a million years of work in front of us!  I don’t understand the mechanics but accept this idea as well as to the bigger and grander purpose of our being. It has been channeled that many souls would choose to leave—and not ascend to this higher vibrational frequency during this particular lifetime.  Instead, returning to be recalibrated to the new hum of the earth when they are born and take their first breath next time around. “We” had no idea how that would look or when that would happen. But, all things in nature have their life cycle—and we humans are included in that too, as well as the earth. The power of the human soul and the essence of our divine self is immense, multidimensional—all knowing and unknowable. “We” live on both sides of the veil, and we know that this earth plane is a temporary experience. Within the Universe Cosmology, we are the planet of free choice and participating in this test of energy.

If you’re still with me . . . we are participating in this scenario together and you can’t cause another person to leave—as it is the soul’s choice and experience. I say this because there is a movement about others being inconsiderate for “not wearing masks.” If you are sick, use common sense and stay home! And the masks are not really effective. (10-20% at best) However, there are preventive measures you can take proactively to boost your immune system and that is the point today; fill in some of the missing pieces and I am going to give you some ideas of what the “experts” have left out!

Naturally, our human immune system is an amazing biological function and very complex. The main function is to protect the human body against disease and other foreign bodies. For the most part, it does an excellent job.  It can identify threats to human health, distinguish these threats from the body’s own healthy tissues and eradicate these threats to keep humans healthy. It is also known that emotional states and habits influence our health.  Most of us have a fairly healthy state—however there are numerous ways to enhance our immunity strength and the question becomes, why not do so? It’s always easier not to have to dig ourselves out of the ditch—or sickness. Remember, your body is a giant transformer filled with wireless transmissions via the pathway of DNA confluence; DNA contains the co-creator energy or engine. It’s also designed to rejuvenate and heal itself. Below, are eight suggestions, including a list of supplements from Dr. Todd Ovokaitys. Read on . . . .

1.)  All good health starts with your pure intention. Talk to your cellular structure everyday and say something like: “I am a magnificent divine being and I carry my health and well-being wherever I go.” This helps your self-worth too!

2.)  Clear your Karma. Karma is the default guide for all humans on the planet. Karma is about the group around you, your place in it, and the emotional energies that are developed from that.  Say:  “I am done with the energy of the past. I drop my Karma. I am ready to move forward.”

3.) Get rid of negative beliefs, patterns and habits. Think about what you want—not what you don’t want. Put a journal by your bed and write about your worries, guilt, fear and anxieties. Release them. See the joy in your life. Give gratitude for at least 10 things every day. Connect with your journal and notice what memories rise to the surface to be rewritten, transmuted and healed.

4.) Get enough rest. Sleep is essential for rejuvenation, healing and feeling good. Make it a priority.

5.) Good nutrition. Leave the microwave for making popcorn. Microwaves change the molecular structure of your food.  Healthy eating include things like, vegetables, fruits, grains, meats and water. Less processed manufactured food—watch out for the preservatives, corn syrup and the many names for sugar. Limit the alcohol—and soda pop! Your body, through all its lifetimes, recognizes real, honest unadulterated food. Do you want your body to vibrate at the same level as the grocery store or the Universal Universe? Your akashic record will know intuitively—follow that innate guidance. If we can’t, we must ask ourselves—what’s getting in the way?

7.)  Exercise. Our bodies are made to move. Dance, walk, swim, ride a bike—do yoga or even work in the garden or take a hike into nature. Just get up and move!

8.) Lastly, I am going to give you a protocol that I received for Prevention and Cures for the Coronavirus-19. These were developed by Dr. Todd Ovokaitys, MD. First—his background: he was accepted into an accelerated combined graduate/undergraduate program at Johns Hopkins University Medical School, which conferred both B.A. and M.D. degrees. Advanced training was at Georgetown University Hospital, with a Residency and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine followed by a Fellowship in Pulmonary and Intensive Care Medicine. During his Pulmonary Fellowship, the specialty that concerns the lungs, Dr. Todd began his research with cells of the immune system. Many procedures were done on AIDS patients to diagnose their lung problems. Observing this dire disease firsthand and the toxic results of early medical treatments, Dr. Todd developed a passion for finding better solutions. Towards the end of his Fellowship, he became aware of the benefits of Holistic Medicine for improving the function of the immune system while building rather than impairing the function of other systems. This is his protocol below:

Dr. Todd Chart

Other measures to reduce the severity of infection are:

Infrared sauna which boosts immune function through the release of heat shock proteins rather than the heat having a direct antiviral effect as some have speculated

Cryotherapy, being cooled to temperatures as low as minus 220 degrees Fahrenheit (minus 140 degrees Cel- sius) releases feel good endorphins and boosts immune function.

Medicinal mushrooms such as shiitake, reishi, and maitake can be considered
Adaptogens such as ginseng, ashwagandha, and rhodiola enhance our ability to adapt to stresses, may be mood

elevating, and generally enhance immune function.

>> >Caution with the use of elderberry has been raised as it appears to increase the release of interleukin-6 (IL-6), a cell chemical or cytokine that promotes inflam- mation and has been implicated in cytokine storm that damages the lung and results in severe respiratory distress. Until this controversy is clarified it may be best to avoid this otherwise recommended pulmonary support botanical.

These Preventions are proactive actions you can take, since there seems to be very little information regarding anything other than self-isolating, masks, and gloves and the 6’rule which all help keep the fear going strong, rather empower ones self and give one tools to stay healthy. Please consult with your Doctor for specific advice as necessary. These are overall guidelines. More information is provided from Dr. Todd Ovokaitys which you can access at info@gematria.com.

When we take responsibility for our own well-being, we all win. Use your discernment.  Remember only fear dims our Light. High consciousness and well-being go hand-in-hand! Wellness is high consciousness! Empower yourself and be well!

And P.S., one of the unresolved emotions of the flu is feeling confined and stuck!

Relationships – More Than Meets the Eye

Life—is bigger than we know. And I know that the same is true with relationships—whether we’re connecting with our dog, our kids, our friends, the ocean or the trees and plants in our garden or the forest outside in nature.  Everything is much bigger than our intellect and ego safely insist and wants to catalog in a neat book or box or pre-set set of rules of how things are or how things can or should be.  Sometimes, they just aren’t.

While walking through the bookstore last weekend, I noticed the racks—and shelves of books and magazines on relationships.  How to start one. How to maintain one. How to fix what’s broken.  Questions that address intimacy, feeling supported, making a contribution in the relationship, flexibility, judgment, jealously, to name a few; this list is almost endless.  I pulled numerous books off the shelves and leafed through the indexes and tables of contents. None of them addressed true soul relationships, except one which noted, Soul mates were seductive and completely silly, the author certainly pooh-poohed the idea that relationships could be made in previous lives.  Really?

So, let me start with the belief or premise that we are eternal and forever and as souls, we come to earth again and again and again; it’s what we do!   In fact, I believe that 2, 3, or 4 lives may be ONE experience for our soul as seen as continuous experience, purpose and growth which we know as lifetimes. For our soul—a traveler between dimensional worlds— some things would just be carried forward. That would include relationships; our likes, dislikes, fears and phobias sure are.

Each time we are here, it is recorded in our Akashic record.  For those unfamiliar, the Akashic Record, is a “dimension of consciousness that contains a vibrational record of every soul and its journey”, writes author Linda Howe.  Every life is recorded and remembered while on Earth and in a modern-day lingo—downloaded here for safe keeping upon death and uploaded upon our return.  The souls that have been here the most and the longest are the old souls who carry the most wisdom.  You can equate this to years in school; the graduate student holds more wisdom than the one in kindergarten; lifetimes are the same sort of way.

But, back to my topic of relationships.  Yes, we have soul relationships with many—but not with all of the people in our lives.  Some people just resonate with you; you feel it, and know it—whether it makes any sense at all.  How many have talked to complete strangers, they just “know”?

In fact, there are many soul relationships and each carries its own distinct “flavor” or “energy”. There is one called cording. In this relationship, one is the “giver” of energy—the other is the “receiver”. Monad relationships are another, for which there are many different types, and are experienced in both directions around a specific issue. A monad is formed for a learning experience, but it is not necessarily a karmic one.  This relationship often feels as if two souls are on a see-saw—the most common being “teacher-student”.  Another soul relationship is one called a task companion.  Usually everyone has at least one task companion; it’s about performing one or many tasks together.  This relationship is very compatible without a lot of arguing or bickering or dealing with intense (karmic) issues. Still another is called essence twins or twin flames.  A twin flame has purpose behind it, driving toward a goal. Real-world examples: Ronald Regan had a soul mate called Nancy. But the discovers of the DNA structure, Watson and Crick, were twin flames, so were Mikhail Gorbachev and his wife Raisa. Often times it is a dicey and challenging relationship, but with great purpose.  Another is major Karma. Karma is an emotionally intense experience which causes a sense of imbalance in the parties. The law of karma is unfinished business—and when you have an emotionally intense experience with someone, you will eventually experience that emotionally intense experience from the perspective of the other participant.  And lastly, that which the media and popular belief have made so famous is the soul mate.  A soul mate is a partner for life. It does not have to be a romantic one. What they don’t say or know, is that your soul mate may be your grandmother, son, daughter or the neighbor next door.

The other thing the books don’t talk about is the fact, that LOVE is a quantum energy.  (So are magnets and gravity.)  And, although we accept these things, we can’t really explain them.  Relationships seems to be like that too. Like the seasons, all relationships change over time—as we grow and change every day.  We don’t all grow at the same pace, nor do relationships.  Within each relationship, we have the potential for compatibility, sympathy and understanding—we also have degrees of tension, antipathy or lack of communication.  All relationships, especially romantic ones bring expansion or growth. Maybe some of the “rules” and “judgments” for ourselves and others must change as well? And while the books are great tools, the real truth, probably is not found on the pages the books, but in the heart—every man and woman’s communion with an external source of hidden knowledge within—which each individual must seek and find for him or herself.
