Exploring the Multidimensional Side of Ourselves!

“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent.”           ~Arthur Conan Doyle (Author of Sherlock Holmes)

I walked into the Pompano Civic Center in March of 2004 to meet Sally Baldwin and listen and explore the concept of channeling. I sat in the second row—dead center—intently listening and trying to figure out how this process worked.  She began and continued for a good 20 minutes.  There were no notes and no papers visible on the table where she sat. I thought to myself—no one could memorize all that. I was intrigued and puzzled at the same time. Her words were wise—and answers astute.  During the break, I walked over to say hello and introduce myself. She smiled warmly and said, “Welcome back”.  I replied that this was the first meeting I had attended—and she answered—“We must know each other from the Astral.”  I simply nodded my head and smiled, thinking to myself, “What the hell is the astral?”

Years later, I am now aware that she was tapping into a multidimensional part of ourselves—one that has always been there—and one that will always be there—hiding in plain sight and called things like intuition, or psychic awareness or a “pre-cog” which lies “out there” in the interconnectedness of our wholeness; body, mind and spirit. This intimate connection goes on 24/7 through our pineal which serves as our own personal wifi—translated by our brain—and connected to our heart. In a sense we are connected to the Cosmic Universal Internet. This process is still unrecognized by many today, but the “equipment is installed, there and ready to be turned on for use!” We talk a good story until we get down to specifics—and then our old beliefs and stories kick in and we stick our heals in the mud—and refuse to go any further. We are more than we see in the mirror.  As Joan Rivers used to say, “Can we talk?”

Today, I read my horoscope, it went like this:

“Look beyond physical appearances and tune into spirit identification. The truth is bodies which contain souls are but empty vessels filled with infinite light. Honor your feelings, but watch what you consume — media, food, or conversation — so you are not swept up by the madness of the day. Center yourself and calm your mind before interacting with others now. The greatest vow is to love one another and to spread kindness wherever you go.”

If I read and interpreted correctly, my daily horoscope refers to a bigger more connected part of “who” we really are. It was funny, because this subject had been rolling around in my mind for several weeks now—and today was the day I had designated to write my blog.  The synchronicities and meaningful coincidences; undeniable.  TodayReally?  It seemed to be written just for this blog post; those cosmic ears were listening!

Looking into the connectedness beyond our 3D physicality, and the multidimensional aspect of ourselves, I consulted Peggy Phoenix Dubro’s book, Elegant Empowerment . In the glossary she wrote: Multidimensional: “Simultaneously possessing properties or characteristics of more than one vibrational plane or coordinate system. The idea that dimensions exist outside of our normal 3-dimensional world is now a basic statement of our advanced theories in physics.”

This seem to validate our connected mind and consciousness into a seamlessly interconnected whole. Our multidimensionality aspect and part of our DNA keeps us plugged into the whole, and unseen beyond, but always present riding along waiting and ready to help. . . . I was tapping into this whole, it seemed and so are you.

Thoughts and feelings merged into the unrecognized whole to which we participate with more and more realization like the avatars, guru’s and master’s of yesteryear. But, did they really disappear? Or are they here with us in their multidimensional state—like our seed parents—assisting us along the way? I believe they’re riding this journey right along with us—for those who are open to this bigger part of our reality and family connection. After all we all reside in this unity of Oneness; they are part of us and we are part of them.  And, then I began to ponder, what else in our lives was visible that we could consider multidimensional? Were we missing more clues?

What about our dreams? The past and the present get all twisted around in a time loop which has three components—a biological, a psychological and a spiritual. Perhaps, not all, but some dreams seem to be a windows to our soul on Earth.  I understand our brain is “defragging”—rearranging, sorting, and rewriting our experiences. If we rewrite things, we can change the energetic affect or frequency it has has on our life. Dreams then, must be interdimensional experiences that have no equivalent when we are awake. Ready for another?

What about a near death experience?  I pulled this short passage from a piece that I had saved on my computer, touched by the words. It had been submitted to The Near Death Research Foundation in August 2006. It was called “Anna’s story of her near death experience” and she recalled these things.  It felt as though I was drifting in and out between the two worlds, this physical world and the other side, but every time I drifted into the “other side” I seemed to go deeper and experienced more “scenes”.  There was one where I saw how my life had touched all the people in it – it was sort of like a tapestry and I saw how I affected everyone’s lives around me.  There was another scene where I saw my brother on a plane, having heard the news I was dying, coming to see me (this was verified to me as when I started to come round, my brother was there, having just got off a plane).  I then saw a glimpse of my brother and me and somehow seemed to understand it was a previous life, where I was much older than him and was like a mother to him (in this life, he is older than me).  I saw in that life I was very protective towards him.  I suddenly became aware he was on the plane to come and see me, and felt “I can’t do this to him – can’t let him come and see me dead.  Then I also saw how my husband’s purpose was linked to mine, and how we had decided to come and experience this life together.  If I went, he would probably follow soon after. . . . What I saw, perceived, and felt, and the clarity I experienced about life, was more than anything we are able to conceive, so words have not been created to describe it. I was dying of cancer, and the doctors had said I only had about 36 hours to live.  It was at this point where I started drifting between another dimension and this one. Even though I was in a coma, I seemed to be going in and out of consciousness, so I was aware of both “sides”.  I was also aware of conversations taking place outside the room, beyond my earshot. . .”

Obviously, I could write a whole book on being multidimensional and this is just a blog about an expanded Awareness of such possibility.  There are other things that fall outside our “known” 3-D reality such as remote viewing, astral projection, Emoto’s scientific work on prayer and crystallization of water, Physicist John Stuart Reid’s work on cymatics or miraculous healings that are never reported from behind the hospital walls.  “The guys and gals” working on quantum biology and string theories that will soon show us more—outside of Newton or Kelper. And, when we can measure these things with more “scientific” accuracy it will be slowly incorporated into our belief system. There is a relationship between our parts.

The Universe is much bigger than we ever imagined—and so are we!  Certainly everything we thought was physical is not. This is all part of our evolution of thought. I conclude with a few of these thoughts from Peggy’s book below. Because, if the Universe is non-local, quantum and multidimensional—and we are part of everything—then so are we!  Our thoughts and feelings matter and influence our lives and our reality because they are tied to our energy fields; spiraling vortexes in human form.  Pay attention to those intense feelings or to your intuition. Your inner guidance is speaking to you. Embrace your Multidimensional side with joy and celebration and pure intent! It is like discovering a lost part of ourselves—only to find it was there all along!  (Our own personal GPS).

Are we?:

  • Non-local
  • Unbroken Wholeness
  • Co-ordinated Organization
  • Independent of Space and Time
  • Inseparability of Observer  (from the experiments)
  • Existence of a quantum Field underlying all forces on matter
  • A consciousness that permeates all living and non-living things

Oh, and btw, in case you are wondering, the Astral Plane is where your Essence goes when it leaves the body—whether the body is asleep—or after completing our lessons on the physical plane—of 3D.

Does Coconut Milk Help With Osteoporosis?

Veggies for our Health and Wellness

Great question for most of us. I acknowledge you for looking deeper–beyond the mainstream thinking, and advertising by famous celebrities such as Sally Field, my favorite Flying Nun.

I guess the real question is: why do I have osteoarthritis, and is it a symptom of something larger going on within my system or body? Can I balance my pH with coconut milk or perhaps do I need to start adding in some additional foods that will help to give my body the balance it innately desires and needs? Is there something I can do to reverse this trend? (these comments and thoughts, are not meant to diagnosis, treat or cure.)

The body is a brilliant energy designed to be self-healing–our thoughts, and what we eat and drink have an effect in how we feel. For most of us, until we are about 40-45 our body has a great ability to buffer and neutralize the acid conditions within, but after we hit that 45 +\- marker, that ability begins to fall and people begin to show imbalance–which we label as sickness and disease or dis-ease. So what can we do?

One hundred years ago, Thomas Edison said, “The doctor of the future will give no medicine, but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.”

Brilliant researcher and author, T. Colin Campbell, PhD writes, “Investigations of Human populations show that our risk of hip fractures and osteoporosis is made worse by diets high in animal-based foods. Animal protein leeches calcium from the bones by creating an acidic environment in the blood. We now have a deep and broad range of evidence showing that a whole foods, plant-based diet is best for our kidneys, bones, eyes and brains.” The China Study, p.349

It is time to head in another direction. Let’s begin to think about adding foods to support in the reduction of that acidic state (one end of the equation) and support our body’s access to more alkaline foods,(the other side of the equation) so it’s not forced to steal calcium from our bones, joints, cartilage and teeth to maintain that critical blood pH of 7.365-7.4 pH. Foods that support this delicate balance include: spinach, kale, avocado, asparagus, dandelion greens, wheat grass, and alkaline-ionized water.

I also drink Kangen water which is mineral rich, alkaline-ionized with powerful anti-oxidants. Check out www.energiesofhealing.com. Another easy practical way is to add “live” powered organic greens to your shakes or stir them into water. I like the Green Organic International available at www.thepowerofph.com. See my post on greens for a super green shake you can make and drink and go in under 5 minutes!

And, the answer to your question: Does Coconut Milk Help With Osteoporosis? Coconut milk varies with a pH between 6 (still slightly acidic) and 7 pH (neutral). So, based on that information, the answer is no,coconut milk is not alkaline. And anything that is acidic would be pulling minerals from your bones. My personal testing of coconut water is the same– on the acidic side. You decide. Leafy green vegetables would be a better choice for your osteoporosis. Raw green veggies contain calcium and are alkaline too! Kale, Dandelion greens,Collard and Turnip greens being some of the best.

Be Well,

Cathy
