Compassionate Action In Motion

January 2023

These are the things that don’t get reported on the mainstream news; not much truth does these days!  But, I’d say small acts of kindness take place silently and quietly—everyday. One divine human being to another. Are we beginning to recognize those hidden parts of our God-likeness—made in the Image of Love? Sometimes, I feel like we are quietly tested—when no one is looking. “I AM” (the creator) sliding this choice across the metaphorical table and silently saying . . . “Now, what are you gonna do? Well, ego, what are you going to do? Is it fear or love you’re going to water today?”

I was on my way home from Costco several weeks ago. I had picked up a few things for myself—and a few other things for a friend. In South Florida it is normally pretty warm—and there were things in the car that needed refrigeration. About 10 or so houses away from my stop, I was flagged down by a funny looking man—I’d say a cross between an elf and a dwarf, missing his four front teeth. I thought perhaps he needed directions or was in trouble, so I slowed the car and stopped to hear his inquiry rolling my car window down. “Publix”, he called out. “Do you know where it is? Around the corner?” He confused me a bit, because, although it was a mile and a half or two miles away, I wouldn’t have said, “Around the corner.” “I need to get this to my wife”, as he held up an oversized crumpled blue shirt.

There is a moment, when a stranger asks for a ride that I pause and ask myself, “Will this put me in danger?” Those thoughts passed by in a millisecond and I weighed my decision. He seemed harmless enough. “Just a minute”, I replied, “let me make some room for you.” I got out and moved a few things that I had tossed in the passenger’s seat next to me. “Alright, let’s get that shirt to your wife.” He directed me to the Publix—small talk along the way—apparently completely unaware of the storm drain construction which had been taking place in the neighborhood for months . . . and months and months. Oh well I thought—we each live in our own reality and perspective. Maybe he doesn’t venture out much?

We arrived at the specified Publix grocery store and he opened the door, got out and thanked me over and over for the ride. I called it a mitzvah, a good deed for the day.

The following week I was at the gym doing cardio on my favorite elliptic machine when I noticed one of the cleaning people. She had been having trouble with her knees, and I had given her a few suggestions about journaling, mantras and a homeopathic remedy from Whole Foods. I observed her walking much better sans limp. I waved. She came right over with a big smile. Yes, her knee was much better she confirmed. We chatted on for a few more minutes and in the course of the conversation was telling me her story of not having bus fare. I said, “Wait a minute.” I gave her $25.00 and said, “Merry Christmas”. She hugged me and said, “I love you”. I said, “I love you too.”

Yesterday, as I spoke with my sister through the blue-tooth in the car, I noticed a homeless man coming towards the car in the crosswalk huddled with his light hoodie pulled tight over his head and his hands as deep in his pockets as they would go. I was stopped at the traffic light. It was a brutally cold Florida day. I rolled the window down and made eye contact. It was Christmas Eve. I grabbed my change from the console, stuck my arm out the open window. “Here I said”, handing him a handful of change as the light turned green. I hoped he would use it at McDonalds for a hot cup of coffee and a burger or something to eat and to get inside for a while and warm up.  My intention was good. I couldn’t be attached to what happen after the few dollars was given. I knew it may only temporarily help his situation, whatever it was, unknown to me.

It is my understanding that compassionate action is Love. I know situations happen—in fact, we have all heard stories of being in a position to pay-it-forward. I have done many small things over the years when others were in trouble. I know sometimes, we don’t realize what our small act of kindness means to another —and it really isn’t important, because I always feel I get more out of it than they do. I can’t suggest a “thing” if I don’t do something myself. I think a good leader leads by example and that’s why I share it with you today. Yet, in these extreme times, it becomes even more important to show kindness to another.

Are we ALL in a test of compassion? We’re all part of the human race. Maybe it helps the energy move to the next level of integrity and that of course will help everyone on earth? Maybe it’s about activating things from our akashic records that have been stored there? Waiting, “watching” and willing, if we are too? Maybe it’s about recognizing the divinity within—without judgment or critique? Maybe compassion is about helping one another in times of need? All I know is, compassion is an act of high consciousness. It’s a balance for our planet. And most of all its an act of Love. I extend an invitation to you—in the coming years—how will you choose to make a difference in some stranger’s life?

The Eye of the Storm—The Transformation of Our World

Unusual times we are in—confusing—and misunderstood—we look for answers wherever we can find them. I offer a perspective you can adopt or reject in this blog. I find it gives me peace, hope and an outlook at our new beginnings as a global, national and personal capacity for growth and expansion.

I am in the Northwest for a visit. I grew up here. I enjoy the energy of the mountains, lakes, Puget Sound and forests as a reprieve from the tropical hot intense energy of South Florida; not good or bad, just different.

This year I chose to drive. I needed the solitude and an absence and break from the constant fear I felt from so many. An energy I cannot get behind. I also decided to camp my way here. It was the decision to make a simple connection back to the earth and to myself. Although, along the way, I had conversations with a number of others also escaping from the oppression of the news and fearful continuing messages pounding away designed to “keep us inline.” They too needed a break. I shared my perspective—and it seemed to bring some relief— common sense to the chaos we are in presently. A perspective not many had considered—so I share it with you today.

What if—just what if . . . we are in the midst of a “reboot”? What if this started over 30 years ago? What if we all agreed that we were going to the next step in our evolution as a human race? And, what if in order to do this we needed to clean house? And all those things that have been hidden behind the metaphorical closed doors, are now coming to the Light? We have been in the Procession of the Equinoxes. Procession in Latin means to “move forward.” So, the Procession of the Equinoxes means we are moving forward out of one older energy and into another, new.  (Seen as kind of a wobble in space and predicted by the ancients.) This new energy is a place humanity has never been before while on the earth and of course is a different part of space. It is sending us new “data” fed to the grids, based on intent and is birthing our higher consciousness or thinking. This new information is one of more benevolence, tolerance and respect: it is more loving and compassionate. We are moving into a mindset where we will finally begin to stop the abuses of Mother Earth and each other. Yes, it will take a while—but like the saying goes—by the ancient Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu, “A journey of a thousand miles starts beneath one’s feet.”

We chose to be here. We are boots on the ground. We are in the test of energy. And we are being watched and are affecting the entire Universe(s) and cosmic sea. We are part of the divine creative source and along the way—we will begin to recognize our magnificence. What if . . . the souls who are leaving during this COVID event are also being reset and will be right back? We are eternal and forever—in both directions—not just one. I believe they will be recalibrated, revitalized, renewed and reset to the new vibration of the earth plane. What if they have chosen this for the greater good—for the whole?  Like passing the baton in a relay race, only in a circle of time? What if the fires, storms, and quakes as of late are part of this shift in consciousness, and will bring new perspective and priorities for what’s next in our lives? There is unrest, but it moves energy and creates change. What if this time is about asking critical questions and question all we thought to be true is true? Asking what we’ve been taught, or what we believe? Could it be bigger? Grander? And better than we ever imagined? Can it ultimately bring more joy? What if these times are to awaken the shepherd in all of us? What if these times are about taking our power back? What if these trying times leads us to our divine and magnificent roots? What if this is the greatest shift of Humanities existence so far? Can we imagine the possibilities of where we can go?

How about a simple “YES? Our future and our reality are unfolding before our eyes. We participate every day. Remember you are Cosmos creating its own creative field and its own future with all you think, do and say—everyday. All correctly aligns and works with precision. What is your “What if?” Make it a good one! ❤️

Magic and Us; Are You a Wizard or a Muggle?

The world has been in turmoil. It has separated so many people and things into really two camps—or multiple aspects on whatever the subject or issue happens to be moment by moment, day by day—as one world dissolves, and another one is born.

I want to step away from that reality and open the door to a world of magic. Magic, as a verb is defined as: move, change, or create by or as if by magic. What if we were the magic—hidden from ourselves—until the time of now? We need only to believe in our own transformation.

Is this another world—yet exists within our world too? It takes only imagination to say, what if? What if all is not how it seems? Go ahead, take your wand—and create from a level of possibility, liberation and the new.

We have always enjoyed fairy tales that contain magical elements. In the story of Harry Potter, the world is divided into the wizards and muggles. Is our world shaped that way? Was this really the Hopi prophecy’s message? Or other indigenous from around our globe? Are they the original wizards? Did they have sight far beyond what most of us have today? Is this the new world pulsing, waiting, and pushing us to step over the threshold and enter through the multidimensional doorway which is ours for the asking? Is a small voice begging us to pierce this 3D illusion and create something we haven’t yet been able to see? Can we? Will we believe? And when we do, what will we discover? What will we learn?

Once we enter that world of our magic—we’ll never be able to go back; unlearning is impossible.  Our sight will have changed. Our insights—knowledge and understanding—expanded. This is the world of the unseen, a world of knowing. Is it a world we have been waiting for—and many who watch us from ‘the other side of the veil” are excited about what they “see”.  It is the world of timelessness, unconditional love, empathy, oneness—and what they call the void. Something we don’t’ understand; yet many of us feel it, and the excitement is growing. It is the language of Lights; the third language.  Something that exists beyond space and time, but here now—waiting. There is a magic about you—that is all your own.

Let’s turn the page. What if our instructions given in the energy of yesteryear were never meant to remain static? Does the graduate still cling to the primer? Recognizing our participation in the cosmic experiment somehow makes more sense. It gives us a much bigger picture of our connectedness to each other and a bigger part of who we actually are, and the ability within to create anything we wish.  The experiment of Divinity—that which is nameless but known by a thousand names, is the energy that we are part of. We know water seeks its own level and water rises collectively. We must do this together. When we turn the dial of the kaleidoscope, what can we see? What does the wizard know?

Yes, we are surrounded by Cosmic energy, that can read our thoughts.  How about knowing our hurts and wounds, and realize our potentials? Are our thoughts, wishes, desires, and pure intent our magic wand? We have only to wave our magic wand across our intentional focus of what we desire, and we can manifest our reality. Is that power now stronger? Are you in the wizard orbit or the muggle rotation? Our beliefs become our reality you know.

Can your beliefs stretch, and incorporate that we are seeded from the stars? That we were given the spark of divine roots, and it is contained in our multidimensional DNA. The muggles call it junk. The wizards call it quantum.

If we could pull back our left brain—what could we see? Is it possible to feel the cosmic bliss of unconditional love? Is it possible to “know” that we are surrounded by loving benevolent energy appearing as colors of lights? And, when we are not here—we just may be one of those lights? We are recognized by our colors, you know.

If we exist in a multidimensional Universe—then we ourselves are multidimensional. And, if we are multidimensional, what is possible wizard? You are the alchemical miracle of the Universe.

“When you place a limited paradigm over a complex one, you only get partial answers. But those in the limited paradigm don’t know it. They think they’re complete, and their thinking is clear. If all you can do is add and subtract, and you try to compute complex physics problems, you’re going to get very simple and inaccurate answers. But if all you can do is add and subtract, then you’ll never know they’re inaccurate, will you?”

We are the Magus—the Magician—and the creator of our own lives. Things are not always as they seem, but I wave my magic wand and leave you with the astute words of Pamela Eakins, author of Kabbalah and Tarot of the Spirit, so you can claim the wizard inside, the marvelous mystery of our own creative evolution. Remember, you are the wizard and the wand.

May I consciously create force and form in my life.

May I transcend all bondage and know I am free.

May I love with freedom and respect, wisdom and compassion

opening ever-wider to greater forms of love.

May my love form the groundwork for all thought and action.

May I realize the expansion of my own possibility.

May I tap the universal source of limitless potential.

May all my actions reflect wisdom.

May my wisdom mirror the still reflective sea

gently cradled in the mountainous regions of my soul.

May I Open to Receive the Key of the Magus—Magician.

“Could It Be True?”

I just returned from a trip to Bulgaria. I participated in another Pineal Tone Choir. The purpose, you ask as an enquiring reader? Opening time capsules put in place by our seed parents 200,000 years ago should we make it this far. Truth or fiction? The truth is fluid—and changing. What was once doubted and unimagined may in fact be assisting humanity to bring more Light to our planet, the Earth; to expose the darkness and bring peace on Earth. The tones are part of an alignment with the stars, which profoundly affect human consciousness.

You get to decide. There were 250+ people from 40 countries. They, myself, and many others believe this is Truth and speaks to us on a very deep level. They  carry profound meaning to those who sing the tones, lullabies and the newly added ‘Song of Victory’.

To far for some—intriguing for another. It really depends on how open you are to what’s possible—and what resonates deep within your soul. What speaks to your personally and what lies within your Akashic records. This is after all, this is the planet of free choice.

I share this to bring hope to the chaotic times we are witnessing, which at times feel as though it is too much for some.  In a planet of over seven billion, we are a blink in the wave of humanity—yet it is good news. It is active. It is pioneering. It is shamanic. It is multidimensional. And, it is invisible. And, yet, changes occur to the attendees lives—which changes the past and the future to come, as well as the planet.

Rila is a mountain village that lies about an hour from Sofia. It is located in what is called a Node. One part of twelve pairs on the planet. As of this writing, ten pairs have been open—each with it’s matching polarity Null, delivering information to those who give the intent to receive and the greater purpose to help accelerate Human Consciousness.

We sing and make carefully orchestrated sounds lead by international world-class musical directors. We sing them in pairs. These emulate the unearthly voices of the Pleiadian Star Mothers. (Who had dual vocal cords.) As the choir sings together we create sounds of harmonics which create joy, healing energy, and the expansion of consciousness. Cosmic mission or sheer folly? I believe they have been brought to us to enhance and fastrack our planetary shift. They were designed to create “compassionate action.” Perhaps, those wise Pleiadian Star Mother’s knew we would need these things right about NOW!  🎼 OI-IYO-IYO-IYOM, AH-AH-AA-AO, AH-AA-AH-AH. 🎼 “And, so it is.”

Apple – Vision for Our Future?

Most of us who have ever walked through the mall, know what the Apple store looks like, even if you have never owned a Mac or iPhone—or any Apple product. You have, however, probably noticed the busy hum from behind the glass windows as you walk by this praesepe. It is always like a big giant cocktail party without the cocktails! I preface this, because on Monday, I spent hours inside the store. First, making the appointment—then returning for my designated appointment time—and then making a third trip back to the store after a backup. (They gave me the option of backing up my computer before they unloaded my data and reloaded it back onto my computer.) Anyway, as I sat there going through the whole process waiting as the expert worked to diagnose my computer’s issue and then worked on a solution to fix it—I gazed out from my designated stool where I sat at the Genius Bar and took notice of the meld and diversity of clients, waiting, looking, shopping and learning. This was America. And our strength showed in the extreme diversity. Even more impressive, its cohesiveness.

With all the fighting and vitriol spit out by our current political administration—it was so nice to see what I believed along; we all have the ability to get along. The genius who helped me had many long colored braids. She was a multi-cultural mix very different than my own northern European lineage. She was Cuban and Puerto Rican and Polish and Russian and had this exotic beauty that radiated from her being. Sitting next to her, also being helped, was a gentleman from the Dominican Republic—and another from South America. We all shared many of the same concerns; we all wanted to live peacefully and in harmony with each other. Our conversation of agreement, not discord.

This picture and vision in my mind today made it very clear that we, as a great nation were founded on diversity; it is our strength. It’s funny how sometimes technology can bring us together in unsuspecting ways. I’m sure this was not exactly Steve Job’s vision, but one that was born out of his legacy, many years after his passing. I would say, the founding fathers may have had this vision too. Needless to say, if our current powers that be, could step down outside their ivory towers, they too might observe something their blinders have prevented them from seeing. Fear separates and tears us apart—love brings us together. If you are in one place, you can not be in the other. As we continue to shift and grow in conscious evolution, we will be more able to appreciate one another when we stand in compassion—and come from that small place which resides in our hearts; after all we all belong to the same human family. This is humanities alchemy; the magical process of transformation. If we could only look out over the Cosmic Sea of Oneness and see our sameness—the world can shift much faster. Oh, maybe we can?  I saw that vision of Oneness in the Apple Store last Monday—and so can you!

Reflections and Musings for 2019

You know, I’m in kind of a reflective place today. My newsletter will be sent out later than I like. The calendar has flipped a page—day, month and year. And, nothing seems normal anymore.  The holiday season is officially over. Craziness and chaos seem to be the norm. I feel like if we were buckets of paint—the paint is swirling and changing colors and creating new patterns, textures and doing things that paint just doesn’t do. Should I fear this new paint—or should I enjoy a little inter-dimensional finger painting and embrace the fun?

I don’t know if it has to do with the transits and electromagnetic energy—the eclipse’s, the new moon(s) or the catalyst energy of 2019. (Although I know it started decades ago.) I don’t know if it has to do with new and continuing cosmic data coming in from space. I don’t know if it’s our relationship to the invisible cosmic realm that’s triggering our changes, both within ourselves—and then slowly spilling out into our institutions, politics, and society?  But this intention and wave of multidimensional energy is taking place within us and is being reflected back at us daily; a new truth and way of being–emerging from a long amnesiac hibernation? We’re just not the same as we were. I believe this to be a good thing, yet it seems as we are struggling with all these changes at once. We seemed to have jumped the tracks and we are entangled in our own cosmic web of illumination. Are we finally growing up? Perhaps, we are just starting to work more efficiently, our quantumness awakened that “god particle” and we are learning—stepping into our divine potential as humans to a world we can’t remember? Even the french car Citroën wasn’t very successful driving on three tires! Our low consciousness hasn’t been great for us either.

As I look around, many people are continuing to leave, and we are missing them. My Mother’s estate is finally getting settled. I gathered the usual cast of characters (my friends and students) for Thanksgiving and we had a great dinner sitting outside underneath the string of lights and warm temperature of south Florida. I attended a gay christmas party—and for those who resist and judge such lifestyles—I say that love cannot be legislated and we need to embrace all in LOVE. I look forward to a bit of traveling in 2019—enlightening experiences that come with sacred ceremonies—full moon and drum circles, the pineal tone choir, all awakening in my present self—those ancient memories, bringing the language of light to our physical experience now. The synchronicities and meaningful coincidences continue to occur with meaning at lightening speed.

We were given another gift 200,00 years ago by our seed parents as nulls and nodes continue to open like “cosmic eggs” (my visual) providing new and important “information” assisting us to make this leap to higher consciousness possible; we have and we are getting it bit by bit. I know, that in spite of the fighting, and how it looks on the news—things are eventually going to turn out fine.

I believe with all my heart we are slowly pushing the old energy out, which btw, is kicking and screaming. After all they are the ones who have controled us by promoting drama, war, and fear. NO more—it is a new day—a new time and a new era in our much bigger cosmic calendar. We are witnessing this change before our eyes. And, as painful as it is to watch, we as a collective are changing for the better. I look forward to old systems falling and new working systems implemented—as we participate with Gaia bringing LIGHT and this new day to Earth where we can finally celebrate peace and “live together as ONE.” However, in the meantime—bucket your seatbelt, for the ride ain’t over yet and keep your paints handy. Who says interdimensional finger painting can’t be fun to ease the chaos, stress and tap into your eternal cosmic self?

Wishing everyone a prosperous, healthy, and enlightening year ahead!

Exploring the Multidimensional Side of Ourselves!

“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent.”           ~Arthur Conan Doyle (Author of Sherlock Holmes)

I walked into the Pompano Civic Center in March of 2004 to meet Sally Baldwin and listen and explore the concept of channeling. I sat in the second row—dead center—intently listening and trying to figure out how this process worked.  She began and continued for a good 20 minutes.  There were no notes and no papers visible on the table where she sat. I thought to myself—no one could memorize all that. I was intrigued and puzzled at the same time. Her words were wise—and answers astute.  During the break, I walked over to say hello and introduce myself. She smiled warmly and said, “Welcome back”.  I replied that this was the first meeting I had attended—and she answered—“We must know each other from the Astral.”  I simply nodded my head and smiled, thinking to myself, “What the hell is the astral?”

Years later, I am now aware that she was tapping into a multidimensional part of ourselves—one that has always been there—and one that will always be there—hiding in plain sight and called things like intuition, or psychic awareness or a “pre-cog” which lies “out there” in the interconnectedness of our wholeness; body, mind and spirit. This intimate connection goes on 24/7 through our pineal which serves as our own personal wifi—translated by our brain—and connected to our heart. In a sense we are connected to the Cosmic Universal Internet. This process is still unrecognized by many today, but the “equipment is installed, there and ready to be turned on for use!” We talk a good story until we get down to specifics—and then our old beliefs and stories kick in and we stick our heals in the mud—and refuse to go any further. We are more than we see in the mirror.  As Joan Rivers used to say, “Can we talk?”

Today, I read my horoscope, it went like this:

“Look beyond physical appearances and tune into spirit identification. The truth is bodies which contain souls are but empty vessels filled with infinite light. Honor your feelings, but watch what you consume — media, food, or conversation — so you are not swept up by the madness of the day. Center yourself and calm your mind before interacting with others now. The greatest vow is to love one another and to spread kindness wherever you go.”

If I read and interpreted correctly, my daily horoscope refers to a bigger more connected part of “who” we really are. It was funny, because this subject had been rolling around in my mind for several weeks now—and today was the day I had designated to write my blog.  The synchronicities and meaningful coincidences; undeniable.  TodayReally?  It seemed to be written just for this blog post; those cosmic ears were listening!

Looking into the connectedness beyond our 3D physicality, and the multidimensional aspect of ourselves, I consulted Peggy Phoenix Dubro’s book, Elegant Empowerment . In the glossary she wrote: Multidimensional: “Simultaneously possessing properties or characteristics of more than one vibrational plane or coordinate system. The idea that dimensions exist outside of our normal 3-dimensional world is now a basic statement of our advanced theories in physics.”

This seem to validate our connected mind and consciousness into a seamlessly interconnected whole. Our multidimensionality aspect and part of our DNA keeps us plugged into the whole, and unseen beyond, but always present riding along waiting and ready to help. . . . I was tapping into this whole, it seemed and so are you.

Thoughts and feelings merged into the unrecognized whole to which we participate with more and more realization like the avatars, guru’s and master’s of yesteryear. But, did they really disappear? Or are they here with us in their multidimensional state—like our seed parents—assisting us along the way? I believe they’re riding this journey right along with us—for those who are open to this bigger part of our reality and family connection. After all we all reside in this unity of Oneness; they are part of us and we are part of them.  And, then I began to ponder, what else in our lives was visible that we could consider multidimensional? Were we missing more clues?

What about our dreams? The past and the present get all twisted around in a time loop which has three components—a biological, a psychological and a spiritual. Perhaps, not all, but some dreams seem to be a windows to our soul on Earth.  I understand our brain is “defragging”—rearranging, sorting, and rewriting our experiences. If we rewrite things, we can change the energetic affect or frequency it has has on our life. Dreams then, must be interdimensional experiences that have no equivalent when we are awake. Ready for another?

What about a near death experience?  I pulled this short passage from a piece that I had saved on my computer, touched by the words. It had been submitted to The Near Death Research Foundation in August 2006. It was called “Anna’s story of her near death experience” and she recalled these things.  It felt as though I was drifting in and out between the two worlds, this physical world and the other side, but every time I drifted into the “other side” I seemed to go deeper and experienced more “scenes”.  There was one where I saw how my life had touched all the people in it – it was sort of like a tapestry and I saw how I affected everyone’s lives around me.  There was another scene where I saw my brother on a plane, having heard the news I was dying, coming to see me (this was verified to me as when I started to come round, my brother was there, having just got off a plane).  I then saw a glimpse of my brother and me and somehow seemed to understand it was a previous life, where I was much older than him and was like a mother to him (in this life, he is older than me).  I saw in that life I was very protective towards him.  I suddenly became aware he was on the plane to come and see me, and felt “I can’t do this to him – can’t let him come and see me dead.  Then I also saw how my husband’s purpose was linked to mine, and how we had decided to come and experience this life together.  If I went, he would probably follow soon after. . . . What I saw, perceived, and felt, and the clarity I experienced about life, was more than anything we are able to conceive, so words have not been created to describe it. I was dying of cancer, and the doctors had said I only had about 36 hours to live.  It was at this point where I started drifting between another dimension and this one. Even though I was in a coma, I seemed to be going in and out of consciousness, so I was aware of both “sides”.  I was also aware of conversations taking place outside the room, beyond my earshot. . .”

Obviously, I could write a whole book on being multidimensional and this is just a blog about an expanded Awareness of such possibility.  There are other things that fall outside our “known” 3-D reality such as remote viewing, astral projection, Emoto’s scientific work on prayer and crystallization of water, Physicist John Stuart Reid’s work on cymatics or miraculous healings that are never reported from behind the hospital walls.  “The guys and gals” working on quantum biology and string theories that will soon show us more—outside of Newton or Kelper. And, when we can measure these things with more “scientific” accuracy it will be slowly incorporated into our belief system. There is a relationship between our parts.

The Universe is much bigger than we ever imagined—and so are we!  Certainly everything we thought was physical is not. This is all part of our evolution of thought. I conclude with a few of these thoughts from Peggy’s book below. Because, if the Universe is non-local, quantum and multidimensional—and we are part of everything—then so are we!  Our thoughts and feelings matter and influence our lives and our reality because they are tied to our energy fields; spiraling vortexes in human form.  Pay attention to those intense feelings or to your intuition. Your inner guidance is speaking to you. Embrace your Multidimensional side with joy and celebration and pure intent! It is like discovering a lost part of ourselves—only to find it was there all along!  (Our own personal GPS).

Are we?:

  • Non-local
  • Unbroken Wholeness
  • Co-ordinated Organization
  • Independent of Space and Time
  • Inseparability of Observer  (from the experiments)
  • Existence of a quantum Field underlying all forces on matter
  • A consciousness that permeates all living and non-living things

Oh, and btw, in case you are wondering, the Astral Plane is where your Essence goes when it leaves the body—whether the body is asleep—or after completing our lessons on the physical plane—of 3D.

Choir Adventures in Avalon

IMG_8096 (1).jpg

Sometimes changes are subtle. Changes can be “quiet.” Small things can be Life-changing. And, some changes don’t make the 6 o’clock news.

The last week in May, I participated in another Pineal Tone Choir.  This year it was in England; Bath. Cute historic villages which dot the English Countryside where history gets written and then forgotten in legend; until we are reminded once again.  Bath is very close to the small and quaint town of Glastonbury—with a history that dates back thousands of years. I understand Jesus and his Uncle made three trading trips to Glastonbury; tin was the metal needed in Palestine at the time.  It was a village of natural sustenance; the place where we romanticize and connect with wandering musicians, poets, and hard fought battles. This was the place able to amplify human consciousness due to the strength of the invisible crystalline grid.  This was also the place able to amplify the desires that exist within every person—known as the “hero’s journey.” The place of King Arthur, Excalibur, The Stone and the Sword.

Last year, in France—400 people from 44 countries gathered for this extraordinary event.  This year there were 440 of us from 40 countries demonstrating the soul family exists outside of our biological family one: we are truly connected to one another in a very profound way.  Choir members feel like long-lost soul brothers and sisters. Was this the greater truth in our voyage to earth? Was the intention to own and amplify our magnificence?  And, in turn help the world to feel theirs as well? A vision and metaphor of what can be?

The Avalon Choir, gathered to sing tones that have been given to Dr. Todd who has a relationship with “those that set them up”—a light language—or quantum code—when sung in pairs with pure intention—open time capsules—and match up polarity points on Earth, change our DNA, and work to awaken new consciousness.  The changes are powerful. In fact the true power comes when the toning is combined with a Consciousness of Action. This action is leading us to a destination that human consciousness hasn’t seen before. Spurred on by the Procession of the Equinox—this 36 year window—is changing the course of humanity along with our Pure Intention.  And, one of the biggest take-aways—is “History will no longer drive the future!”  In-between the HA, HA, HA’s and the AUU, AUU, AUU’s there is perfection and harmony. We as a race are connected intimately and on a fast-track into our future.  And, that future includes LIGHT! Because the tones were developed for our biology by the Superhuman’s from the STARS who set them up, I would bet that we are right on schedule!

What else did we learn in England? We ARE from the STARS.  This is the creation story of the indigenous—and it is modern man’s too. As we move away from our dysfunction, we will begin to change the parameters, and see this system which will move us more deeply into the AGE of COMPASSION.

Glastonbury is where the legend of the Sword and the Stone originates. But it is bigger than this small village west of London. The sword we know has many names—and personalities.  Here it is called Excalibur; a master of its own, stuck in the Rock. The ROCK cannot be destroyed.  As with all great legends, we know the Rock with a Sword in it has been there a long time. The ROCK represents the Darkness of the Past. Who pulls it out of the stone?  The One who has destiny on their side—the energy of Light and the Magic carried inside.  We are the fifth civilization who has tried to pull the sword out—the four others before us failed. The name of the individual in this scenario? It is not man, or woman. It is the human being—or humanity—this civilization #5, and our destiny is change.

And, as the human steps up to the platform and looks at the sword; WE smile. We now know the Sword will come free. We have figured it out. We have the magic. We have a wizard. It’s called 23 pairs of chromosomes. Where does our personal superhuman wizard come from? It is in our DNA, given to us by our seed parents—the Pleiadians—and it is inside of us. Because we have their biology. It is not in a few—but in all of us. (plus the 24 pair which is multidimensional and therefore not yet “seen”.) We are ALL from the Stars. And, when we acknowledge our Wizard, we acknowledge the creation of the wizard as well. Today we may call it our higher-self. But the Magic we carry is God INSIDE. That is what our seed parents from the star system of the Seven Sisters—the Pleiadians gave to us.  And, when we grasped the sword and pull it out of the stone—“everyone” knew.  This is what happen in 2012. And, during that choir in Maui, when we held the Sword up high; the change began. The galaxy celebrated our achievement!

This is the Hero’s journey completed.  Yet, this is not the end of the story.  It’s only the completion Part I. This battle of darkness is one that we have begun with sincere and intense conviction. We have more Light than ever before, and we have a wizard helping us along the way.  And with our fellow Lightworkers—our companions—WE WILL PREVAIL. In every Hero’s journey, there is romance, victory,  great depth, intensity and emotion. ALL ours.

The name of the Sword is peace on Earth, and we know it by many names. The reward for the journey is they say, is not the peak for which we all strive. It is always the here and now. The journey of humanity is no different. And as the Sword (peace on Earth) starts to glisten and shine in the Light, We as humanity will take the Sword, walk it out of the station, ready to do battle with Darkness, knowing we have already won.

This is not the end of the journey—but a new beginning. We have entered a new Time. We have pulled out the sword—we have met the Wizard inside—and We now know we have help. We are illuminated and full of Light. Perhaps, one day it will be on the “6 o’clock news!” Until then, as Jefferson STARSHIP sang . . . “Nothing’s going to stop us now.”

Battle Cruiser

I met the truck only the afternoon before.  My friend Brad had named it the Battle Cruiser with the plate to match: BTLCRSR.  I must admit, it was certainly not a pretty sight. The yellow paint faded—exposed rust in certain places and green moss covering parts of the exterior and hood. It’s four and a half decades were evident; it was a work horse.

After some coaxing, the loyal truck came to life.  I was happy to see the life return as the deep throaty motor sounded like a tired warrior awakening as daybreak arose too early: Brad pumped the gas pedal and cajoled the old Ford pickup into being.

I had a mission—and needed the Battle Cruiser’s help.  The instructions from Brad were simply that first gear was not necessary—to low a gear to start. “Use second” he said. Easy enough I thought and nodded, as I climbed in the next morning and sat in the driver’s seat, starting the engine.  After decades of smaller and smaller cars—and trucks—this old relic was immense.  As tall as I am—and as long a reach as I have—I could not, even leaning over and stretching, open and unlock the passenger door from the inside.   Were the vehicles really this big???  Wow.

And, so it was, I shifted the truck into gear, lifted the clutch and headed up the wooded driveway finding my way to the 101 and to the Kingston-Edmonds ferry off the Olympic Peninsula and toward Bellevue; my childhood home. I thought about my mission to save the trash burner—a request out of my Mother’s house—before it’s fate met the awaiting bulldozer; demolishing it to the ground.  Another era gone.  As I pulled out of the driveway and on to the Sequim neighborhood graveled road, I felt my Father sitting in the passenger’s seat.  Perhaps, he felt my bit of nervousness, apprehension, or trepidation with the old truck?  At any rate, I felt the reassurance as the memories of familiar childhood adventures surfaced.  This time however, I was driving—and he was riding.  I continued my drive south 42 miles to the Washington State Ferry terminal; my mind concentrating on the road as I roared along feeling like something out of Mad-Max Road Fury.

I thought about the laughter that ensued when I voiced my request for the trash burner; I had my reasons and I didn’t really care what anyone thought.  I pulled up to the toll booth to purchase my round-trip fare.   “Lane six”, said the woman in the toll booth as she handed me my change and receipt.  I smiled and thanked her, easing the truck back into gear and driving forward into my designated parking lane to await the Ferry’s arrival into Kingston terminal. Settled, I hopped out of the Battle Cruiser and headed up to grab a cup of coffee—standing in line—I heard someone shout—“Here comes the ferry.”  I abandoned the line and headed back to where the truck was parked.  The adventure had been so smooth thus far and all was going as planned.  Or so I thought.

Lane five moved beside me and I turned the key in the ignition to start the engine.  Nothing. I turned the key off and on once again.  Nothing. I pumped the gas pedal and tried several more times to start the engine . . . nothing.  Not even a peep from the mechanical beast from which I sat behind the steering wheel slightly panicked and watching the other vehicles and passengers drive past me and onto the loading dock—and onto the green and white vessel that crosses Puget Sound so regularly.

“Are you in trouble?” the WSF* system employee shouted, I nodded—“yes, I think I am,” I answered back.

“I’ll get someone to help you.” And, I climbed out of the Battle Cruiser wondering, what just happened?

Within minutes, another, employee named Sarah had wheeled over a portable battery charger to jump the truck.  She stopped—and pointed to the winch on the front bumper.  I turned my head and stared, “Oh, sh-t,” there was smoke coming from the winch. Whirling back towards the terminal—she said—“I’ll be right back—stand back.” I looked at the winch with disbelief, and within moments she was back with a large fire extinguisher ready to douse any flame should it appear and this situation become worse.   With the 11:55 am ferry loaded—I watched my ride sail away—wondering how long I would be sitting on the Kingston dock—somewhat helpless and wondering what was next?

Before I realized, there was more than five WSF employees who appeared from almost nowhere—pitching in to work on the truck. Now, I will tell you, that I feel I have many talents—but auto mechanic—is NOT one.  I was raised helping my Dad with horses, not automobiles and besides having the oil changed, stopping for gas or running the car through the car wash—my desire ended there.  So, the fact that this help had arrived with a positive attitude and generous giving spirit brought me tremendous gratitude to my uncertain circumstances. I explained, that I had just met the truck the previous afternoon . . . it was on loan from a friend.

And, so with an obvious quick assessment of a trauma medic, it was agreed that the winch wires needed to be cut; disconnect the source of the problem! In agreement and with a plan, we began, focused on the task at hand.  I choose to look under the front seat for something that might be able to help cut the wires to the bilious dying winch—and happily came up with a small pair of wire cutters.  Phoning Brad, I explained the dilemma and what had happened.   He offered to come save me—but I told him I thought I was in good hands; I would certainly let him know if I needed his help.

As I turned around to offer the red-handled tool to my new “pit crew” a man two rows over held a crescent wrench, another pair of cutters and gloves.  He began to disconnect the battery.  I turned back around and another lady asked for water.  I handed her mine—and she worked with precision filling the dehydrated battery cells.  I glanced over and noticed that another gentleman was leaning over the front fender and working in hyper speed skillfully cleaning contacts and then rerouting the wires that connected the solenoid, to the battery and to the ailing winch.  (Which apparently was the reason the truck wasn’t starting when jumped.)  This man, wearing a bright orange T-shirt with motorcycle designs, white hair and beard, and half smoked cigarette hanging from his mouth worked with such expertise we all sort of stepped back; everyone seemed to sense his mastery.  Before long, the “bull” arrived and another attempt at starting the disabled Battle Cruiser began.  We—the truck and I— had definitely developed a bond since I had first climbed aboard hours before.  This time when I turned the ignition—the resuscitation of the Battle Cruiser was successful and it issued it’s healthy roar.  I literally welled up as the “pit crew” and other waiting passengers in line clapped and cheered at our triumphal achievement.  I stepped out with a big smile and thanked everyone. The battery cable clips came off and the hood came down—just as the next ferry was pulling into the dock.  The lady in the car next to me handed me a wet wipe—she said, “they’re really for make-up but I think they will work great for the grease on your hands.”  I hadn’t even noticed.  Another woman came up to me—and said, “If they load and you aren’t signaled—please go ahead to me.” I thanked her too.   This was a reminder of humanity at its best.

I waved and honked in gratitude as “Sarah” waved me on . . . I was the first one on the ferry for that crossing and I felt very honored.

I reflected back on all the chaos in Washington D.C—the hatred and vitriol spewed by so many these days. There was certainly no fence sitting anymore; all was being revealed.  You could not be someone you weren’t.  I believe deeply we are all the same; okay—we may look a bit different—but we are all pieces of the divine.  I believed humanity was proving it’s chance for goodness and light; in fact we seemed to be at war with the darkness: greed and lack of integrity and hatefulness.

The event on the Kingston Dock certainly cemented my belief in humanity’s goodness—something I wished the evening news focused on more—not the inherent fear, fear and fear they sold to their vulnerable audiences daily. It is our power of intent—our desire of compassion—and our tolerances and acceptances of our differences which make us strong.  Our common goal must be one of LOVE—which if you haven’t heard, is the most powerful force in the Universe.  LOVE changes physical things and it will change our world too.  The time is now—and we are the Ones! The powerful  difference we each make based on our choices every day changes our world. And, that’s the world I choose to see and live in.

The rest of the trip was seamless and the trash burner is safely stored in Sequim—waiting for its return to service.  I on the other hand—look forward to the next adventure—whenever and however it presents itself. Namasté.

As a post note:  I learned that the man in the orange T-shirt name was Richard.  He was a master mechanic and forensic scientist from the Tri-Cities who had been visiting his wife whose daughter was due to have surgery.  I had gone upstairs on the ferry to use the restroom and have a snack.  I purchased clam chowder and a water—and upon walking up to the cashier—made a last minute decision to add a beer.  LOL—it had been quite a morning.  I sat down—and Richard walked by.  I called his name, and asked him if he drank beer.  He replied—“On occasion.”

“Can I buy you a beer”, I enquired? He nodded.  I got up and went back to the cashier and returned to the cafeteria where Richard sat.  “It’s the least I can do.”  “Thank you for everything” I said—“I have a feeling—I would still be sitting on the dock without you stopping by.”  He said, “I saw the hood of the truck raised.  I travel with my tools.”

I will always be grateful for all who gave me help that day.  On some level, we are always watched over—and he was one of my Earth Angels that day.  I was glad I could offer the simple gesture of thanks.

Did You Have Fun?

Many would argue that the rigors of travel, the time change, the long days, and early mornings could be blamed for the cold I am experiencing at the moment. Science might argue that riding on a plane and sitting in a room of over 400 people from around the globe singing the language of lights quantum style could be blamed.  There are germs—after all!

However, I believe that this choir, my fourth, which took place in Chamonix, France last week was a huge vibratory shift and upgrade in my essence; and my biology is now catching up to this “new” higher vibration. (Many choir members are reporting on Facebook their own shifts and instantaneous changes in their lives as well.) Nearly, 5000 miles from home in the French Alps, sitting in the shadow of Mont Blanc approximately 400 of us from over 33 countries sang tones releasing energies contained within time capsules onto the planet through paired nulls and nodes.  These multi-dimensional time capsules are also held in our DNA, Gaia and within the dolphins and whales. These energies of “information” were placed here thousands of years ago by our seed parents, the Pleiadians, should we make the leap shifting into this new energy paradigm and the ultimate new human consciousness.  Fact or fiction?  You decide.

I was pulled like a tractor beam—-as were so many others who “heard the call”.  Was this my soul’s purpose at this time?  Or one of the reasons I choose to be here during this tumultuous recalibration of Earth’s history and progress as a human race reaching for a new state of consciousness? If we are eternal and forever with no beginning and no end, was this potential set by divine appointment, to assist humanity, way before we have verifiable understanding of the truth, depth and certainty carried within the quantum light language we sang?  Apparently, the Universe and Galaxy know and this knowledge is instantaneous and there is great celebration and admiration for what we are doing “down here” for “out there!” Presently, we are in a struggle between light and dark—and the chaos we see on the news certainly confirms this endeavor.  I know and can report that the light is winning!

We must get out of our boxes to see this in an astute way and realize that there are so many things that we don’t know and can’t explain.  Spontaneous remission can’t be explained by our men of science.  Germs, were invisible (until they weren’t) and were unbelievable to many upon their “discovery”.  In our limited perception, there are many things which logic, analysis and intellect cannot rationalize away. This is one of them. Esoterics are like that.  But, it doesn’t make them not true; mainstream belief is just not there yet.

So, as we sang beautiful pairs of tone combinations and tender enlightening Lemurian Lullabies to awaken our inner light (as well as the Lemurian child), the intention of the time capsules were set to respond to “compassionate action”.  We have changed our planet forever.  The melodious sounds and harmonics created within our group were pure magic—and the purpose even more cosmic. These specific tones released energy, held within the time capsules that the “Pleiadians knew we would need . . . right about now.”

Just before leaving, Dr. Todd asked me, “Did you have fun?”  Maybe I should say, it was out of this world!  Not only did I meet many wonderful souls from around the world—I feel we were an emissary of true light and love for the new potential of what is ahead for our planet. I salute Dr. Todd, Lee Carroll and Kryon—the choir directors, the united loving world of other old souls from around the world who sang with me—our ancestors and our seed parents—and my new calibration!  I wouldn’t have missed it for—the world!  As John Lennon sang in 1988 . . .

You may say I’m a dreamer

But I’m not the only one

I hope someday you’ll join us

And the world will be as one . . .
