Compassionate Action In Motion

January 2023

These are the things that don’t get reported on the mainstream news; not much truth does these days!  But, I’d say small acts of kindness take place silently and quietly—everyday. One divine human being to another. Are we beginning to recognize those hidden parts of our God-likeness—made in the Image of Love? Sometimes, I feel like we are quietly tested—when no one is looking. “I AM” (the creator) sliding this choice across the metaphorical table and silently saying . . . “Now, what are you gonna do? Well, ego, what are you going to do? Is it fear or love you’re going to water today?”

I was on my way home from Costco several weeks ago. I had picked up a few things for myself—and a few other things for a friend. In South Florida it is normally pretty warm—and there were things in the car that needed refrigeration. About 10 or so houses away from my stop, I was flagged down by a funny looking man—I’d say a cross between an elf and a dwarf, missing his four front teeth. I thought perhaps he needed directions or was in trouble, so I slowed the car and stopped to hear his inquiry rolling my car window down. “Publix”, he called out. “Do you know where it is? Around the corner?” He confused me a bit, because, although it was a mile and a half or two miles away, I wouldn’t have said, “Around the corner.” “I need to get this to my wife”, as he held up an oversized crumpled blue shirt.

There is a moment, when a stranger asks for a ride that I pause and ask myself, “Will this put me in danger?” Those thoughts passed by in a millisecond and I weighed my decision. He seemed harmless enough. “Just a minute”, I replied, “let me make some room for you.” I got out and moved a few things that I had tossed in the passenger’s seat next to me. “Alright, let’s get that shirt to your wife.” He directed me to the Publix—small talk along the way—apparently completely unaware of the storm drain construction which had been taking place in the neighborhood for months . . . and months and months. Oh well I thought—we each live in our own reality and perspective. Maybe he doesn’t venture out much?

We arrived at the specified Publix grocery store and he opened the door, got out and thanked me over and over for the ride. I called it a mitzvah, a good deed for the day.

The following week I was at the gym doing cardio on my favorite elliptic machine when I noticed one of the cleaning people. She had been having trouble with her knees, and I had given her a few suggestions about journaling, mantras and a homeopathic remedy from Whole Foods. I observed her walking much better sans limp. I waved. She came right over with a big smile. Yes, her knee was much better she confirmed. We chatted on for a few more minutes and in the course of the conversation was telling me her story of not having bus fare. I said, “Wait a minute.” I gave her $25.00 and said, “Merry Christmas”. She hugged me and said, “I love you”. I said, “I love you too.”

Yesterday, as I spoke with my sister through the blue-tooth in the car, I noticed a homeless man coming towards the car in the crosswalk huddled with his light hoodie pulled tight over his head and his hands as deep in his pockets as they would go. I was stopped at the traffic light. It was a brutally cold Florida day. I rolled the window down and made eye contact. It was Christmas Eve. I grabbed my change from the console, stuck my arm out the open window. “Here I said”, handing him a handful of change as the light turned green. I hoped he would use it at McDonalds for a hot cup of coffee and a burger or something to eat and to get inside for a while and warm up.  My intention was good. I couldn’t be attached to what happen after the few dollars was given. I knew it may only temporarily help his situation, whatever it was, unknown to me.

It is my understanding that compassionate action is Love. I know situations happen—in fact, we have all heard stories of being in a position to pay-it-forward. I have done many small things over the years when others were in trouble. I know sometimes, we don’t realize what our small act of kindness means to another —and it really isn’t important, because I always feel I get more out of it than they do. I can’t suggest a “thing” if I don’t do something myself. I think a good leader leads by example and that’s why I share it with you today. Yet, in these extreme times, it becomes even more important to show kindness to another.

Are we ALL in a test of compassion? We’re all part of the human race. Maybe it helps the energy move to the next level of integrity and that of course will help everyone on earth? Maybe it’s about activating things from our akashic records that have been stored there? Waiting, “watching” and willing, if we are too? Maybe it’s about recognizing the divinity within—without judgment or critique? Maybe compassion is about helping one another in times of need? All I know is, compassion is an act of high consciousness. It’s a balance for our planet. And most of all its an act of Love. I extend an invitation to you—in the coming years—how will you choose to make a difference in some stranger’s life?

An invitation to Send Light!

I connect with many people these days—some clients—some family—some friends (Some are silver and the others are gold) and so many are struggling and challenged by their health or a loved one’s health. Some are tested by failed relationships. Some, grabbling with grief and shock over someone’s passing. Other’s have financial worries. The personal stresses are horrendous at times. I know it is all part of the shift of the world we are in—but the facts remain.

The last few years brought fear to so many.  No matter where you stand on the whole Co-id scandal—families are divided and sudden death has somehow been normalized; frightening and shocking. The darkness seems everywhere and it is in our face locally and globally. Yet in order to create change—and new systems that work for All—we must uncover what has been hidden. Everyone is participating, aware or not. . . .

There is power in numbers, so I write this blog to ask your participation to send Light out into the Universe for the Highest and Most Benevolent Good. Light is defined by the loving angelic Kryon simply as “an energy created as a result of high consciousness”. The metaphor is illumination. You may call it prayer—or energy, words matter little. But, thoughts are powerful ideas and consciousness can shift and heal. It aids to heal both physical and emotional traumas. It lessens worry and fear. It assists in bringing balance—and gives answers to those seeking for their questions, problems and blocks—and peace.

In a multidimensional world to which we belong, All is known by Spirit.  Please join me in the energy and pure intention of High Conscious and Illumination to send energy to the darkest places that need Light, and all those who seek healing—as we approach this giving season of Light & Love.

Many blessings to you and your family, tribe and the strangers who call out for help both here at home and around the world! Thank you for your moment of heart-felt Love as it builds and gives strength to those who need it most.

Being RIGHT or Being HEALTHY

Sometimes we need to know when to lay down our sword. It may have served us at one time—or over the years perhaps, but there comes a point, when “it” must be laid to rest. Our personal need to be right, even if justified, does more harm than good over the long haul.  The greatest strength in fact, is when we are able to release our ego’s insecurities, secrets, blame, disappointment, loss, fear or suppressed negative emotions and step into the trust and surrender of the Universe’s support, which is Love. It is after-all a lesson we set up for ourselves, ironically. A message from us to us to be healed at last. If it’s a relationship with another, see it as an indicator of the other’s level of consciousness or ours—this divine set-up and a box that can be checked as completed—forgive and move on. It’s time! Why wallow in the fight when you can use your energy, and invest in what you truly desire—rather than that old albatross tethered to your back. How long must you carry this weight? How many lifetimes will you carry this lesson? Can we trust and allow that other soul to have their journey as well? Could we possibly see the gift? Why do we hold another so small? Why is our need to control so great? Can’t we just lay our sword down?

Holding onto anger is like drinking poison, and expecting the other person to die. The energy of anger is a ticking time-bomb. But other things to contemplate would include self-judgment or the noisy inner-critic that others mirror back to me.  Why do these feelings of hostility boil inside me—like that whistling tea kettle on the stove—reminding me—screaming—of these unsettled feelings inside I try so hard to ignore? That damn kettle! Yet, they bubble up—there’s no keeping them away. What beliefs or opinions keep me in a prison of my own design? What eats me up inside? (Negative Feelings need an outlet for expulsion.) Why do I have such an uncompromising attitude? Or why is it that I feel so rigid and cannot bend? Can we rewrite the story? Am I open to something new? Am I open to Love?

When we ignore these emotional sign-posts—the body amps up the game. Now we have compounded the unresolved emotional triggers with a physical issue—and another—and another and another. The cosmic 2×4 just swings harder hoping we get this message from ourselves. One thing is true, you can’t play “Uncle” with the Universe and win. These lessons are here for our growth and expansion—that we actually designed for ourself. We can make it easy or hard. The choice is always up to us.

We must take responsibility for our own healing journey. It cannot be delegated to another. Perhaps, in a greater understanding of divine cosmic Love, peace, joy, harmony, mercy and compassion we must pay attention, to these concepts and turn the page. It is ours and ours alone. It is only us that can dislodge the causes of our trauma. Can we know our true self?

Everything is neutral. It’s the meaning we give it. It’s funny, that there are no problems—only events. “It’s the mind that turns the event into a problem.” Yet, you are the creator in your own micro-universe. You have a choice to be victim or victor. Everything that happens to us is of our creation, desire and need. Isn’t it time we drop the old consciousness—the old worn out story—the tape in our mind, and instead embrace our divine elegance and magnificence? Isn’t that what we came here to do?

We are Earth Angels, here in disguise, to do good. We are here on time with our Soul Partner, Mother Earth, and our mission, that needs a higher consciousness and increased vibration to move this global shift forward. It takes us all to play our part. Are we ready to be healthy? Are we ready for resolution? Are we ready to be free? Are you willing to love yourself?

As the Ancient Tibetan Monk, Dong How Li reminds us, “Truly the heart is your treasure. It is the seat of all your healing powers.” The Warrior Ramtha adds, “The only healer of disease is the creator of it, which is self. Nothing can heal the body unless you first heal the attitude.”

Bring yourself back into harmony, by giving your pure intention—to be healthy—not right!

And so it is.

Turning Tides

The tides are turning . . . I heard in my head this morning wondering what direction my blog would take for August. The intense energies and planetary shifts continue to swirl around the earth like a cauldron cooking over that ever metaphoric burning fire—cleansing some and burning others like a hot poker; wake up—it’s time! You’re gonna get burned if you don’t open your eyes!

Just for grins, I googled Turning Tides and to my surprise found a song written in 2017 by an English group called Wildwood Kin. The lyrics include the lines “Why don’t we talk about it? We are fine, through all we say, There we will transfigure, We’ll no longer be enslaved.”

Wow, was my reaction. It feels to me we are walking through the last years of this war on darkness as our collective Light increases allowing us to see what we couldn’t before. How long? No one can say. Higher consciousness exposes such things. The talking heads and puppets of the black hats continue to spout misinformation to the trusting, naÏve and unsuspecting. More C-v-d lies and propaganda; follow the money, please! That of course is followed by another scare of guessthepoxnow which continue to stoke the fires of fear and anxiety. Death and illness from the toxicity of this premeditated “bioweapon” aka a vaccine and fierce censorship have divided many family, friends and relationships.  Financial insecurities abound, trafficking secrets lurk, food scarcities are predicted from land grabs and food processing fires. Some farmers are fighting for their lives. And we’ve all felt the fuel extortion as gas prices at the pumps continue to make Billions for a few. These factors have only amplified our fears and anxieties.  Who knows what else the black hats will hurl across this battlefield next? But, as I heard in my head this morning—the tides are turning! And, yes they are!

Men and women of integrity are speaking out. If you are unfamiliar with names like Dr. Peter McCullough, Del Bigtree, Childrens Health Defense, Dr. Pierre Kory, Catherine Austin Fitts, America’s Front Line Doctors,  Dr. Robert Malone, Mattias Desmet or podcast personality Joe Rogan—find them. They are leading the charge. You of course won’t find them on Google, but DuckDuckGo, Rumble and Brave search engines give you another picture of the true carnage and body count.

And, lately, us unvaxed “villains” are finally being vindicated. An Australian journalist named Susan Dunham recently wrote “Only weeks ago, it was the admitted goal of our own leaders to make life unlivable for the unvaccinated. And as a deputized collective, we force-multiplied that pain, taking the fight into our families, friendships, and workplaces. Today, we face the hard truth that none of it was justified — and, in doing that, uncover a precious lesson.”

Another piece published from a “well educated nurse”—named Christine addressed her letter to whom it may concern penned, “I have never seen a vaccine that threatens the relationship between family, colleagues, and friends. I have never seen a vaccine used to threaten livelihoods, work or school, or one that would allow a 12-year-old to override parental consent. I have never seen a vaccine like this one, which discriminates, divides and judges society. It does all those things except IMMUNIZE! If, fully vaccinated, we still need a booster dose, still need to get a negative test, still need to wear a mask and still wind up in the hospital, it is time for us to admit that we’ve been completely deceived.”

David “Avocado” Wolf posted an even more chilling thought, “If you understand what’s going on and didn’t take the poison, you have survived the greatest psychological warfare in human history. Do you realize how much time, resources, money and effort they put into this? They have tried to manipulate, brainwash, and force you. They have been attempting to scare you.  . . . make you feel guilty . . . bribe you with gifts, confuse you, to question your reality and also your sanity. Abandon your principles, morals and values . . . but wait, stop the presses.

Perhaps time has come to see the real villains for who they are—Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, Klaus Schwab, WHO, and others who have premeditated this grand set-up and pandemic and have other plans in the pike to enslave us all, as suggested by Wildwood Kin.

However—they are a few—and we are many. In ancient times it was written, “the meek will inherit the earth”. As a dear friend of mine says, “meek” was a poor choice for translation. For this powerful meek person is you—us! We are the most powerful on the planet. We choose to evaluate another with the criteria of Love, not wealth, position or situation. We are the ones who will change negative to positive—evil to kindness. We are the ones who have the power to heal individuals and groups and are changing the planet itself. We know that Love is the true source of power—and we create it. WE are the ones that warriors of darkness fear. Love is the “champion of the times.” It’s the bond of the Universe and power of the field. We must all shine our light as we are the one shifting this turning tide of global transformation, awareness and healing! Now, go shine your Light!

The Eye of the Storm—The Transformation of Our World

Unusual times we are in—confusing—and misunderstood—we look for answers wherever we can find them. I offer a perspective you can adopt or reject in this blog. I find it gives me peace, hope and an outlook at our new beginnings as a global, national and personal capacity for growth and expansion.

I am in the Northwest for a visit. I grew up here. I enjoy the energy of the mountains, lakes, Puget Sound and forests as a reprieve from the tropical hot intense energy of South Florida; not good or bad, just different.

This year I chose to drive. I needed the solitude and an absence and break from the constant fear I felt from so many. An energy I cannot get behind. I also decided to camp my way here. It was the decision to make a simple connection back to the earth and to myself. Although, along the way, I had conversations with a number of others also escaping from the oppression of the news and fearful continuing messages pounding away designed to “keep us inline.” They too needed a break. I shared my perspective—and it seemed to bring some relief— common sense to the chaos we are in presently. A perspective not many had considered—so I share it with you today.

What if—just what if . . . we are in the midst of a “reboot”? What if this started over 30 years ago? What if we all agreed that we were going to the next step in our evolution as a human race? And, what if in order to do this we needed to clean house? And all those things that have been hidden behind the metaphorical closed doors, are now coming to the Light? We have been in the Procession of the Equinoxes. Procession in Latin means to “move forward.” So, the Procession of the Equinoxes means we are moving forward out of one older energy and into another, new.  (Seen as kind of a wobble in space and predicted by the ancients.) This new energy is a place humanity has never been before while on the earth and of course is a different part of space. It is sending us new “data” fed to the grids, based on intent and is birthing our higher consciousness or thinking. This new information is one of more benevolence, tolerance and respect: it is more loving and compassionate. We are moving into a mindset where we will finally begin to stop the abuses of Mother Earth and each other. Yes, it will take a while—but like the saying goes—by the ancient Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu, “A journey of a thousand miles starts beneath one’s feet.”

We chose to be here. We are boots on the ground. We are in the test of energy. And we are being watched and are affecting the entire Universe(s) and cosmic sea. We are part of the divine creative source and along the way—we will begin to recognize our magnificence. What if . . . the souls who are leaving during this COVID event are also being reset and will be right back? We are eternal and forever—in both directions—not just one. I believe they will be recalibrated, revitalized, renewed and reset to the new vibration of the earth plane. What if they have chosen this for the greater good—for the whole?  Like passing the baton in a relay race, only in a circle of time? What if the fires, storms, and quakes as of late are part of this shift in consciousness, and will bring new perspective and priorities for what’s next in our lives? There is unrest, but it moves energy and creates change. What if this time is about asking critical questions and question all we thought to be true is true? Asking what we’ve been taught, or what we believe? Could it be bigger? Grander? And better than we ever imagined? Can it ultimately bring more joy? What if these times are to awaken the shepherd in all of us? What if these times are about taking our power back? What if these trying times leads us to our divine and magnificent roots? What if this is the greatest shift of Humanities existence so far? Can we imagine the possibilities of where we can go?

How about a simple “YES? Our future and our reality are unfolding before our eyes. We participate every day. Remember you are Cosmos creating its own creative field and its own future with all you think, do and say—everyday. All correctly aligns and works with precision. What is your “What if?” Make it a good one! ❤️

Message from Butterfly

Last week, I was enjoying a quiet few minutes in the backyard—sipping freshly brewed coffee—beginning my day—and knowing that it would soon be way too hot to sit outside with the sun’s blistering summer-rays and spiking humidity and soaring temperatures.  Plus, I had work to do. As it was, a yellow volunteer milk weed had planted herself along my fence and was in full bloom. These plants are favorites of butterflies—and this morning, it had attracted one. It kept circling—then fly a short distance away—and circle back again. It was fascinating to watch as most do not stay very long.  And, then, I asked myself, “What was the message from Butterfly?”

The butterfly, as most of us know, is a very “spiritual bug”. To the Native Americans, it represents “good spirits.” Butterfly signals change, metamorphosis, balance, harmony, grace, peace, beauty, and spirituality. Of course, on a personal level, it is all of these things—but what about world-consciousness?  Perhaps, it is both? Many “individual” parts each make up the wholeness on both the micro and macro level on the earth plane; unfortunately, we don’t have the view from the quantum cosmic observational tower to see these changes deeply and profoundly happening daily to us all.

Could Butterfly have been reassurance to me that everything is on track—in spite of the constant fighting, negative news and the national kindergarten folly or madness happening in D.C. and spreading to low-consciousness leaders throughout the U.S.?  As the energy changes and intensifies, the old energy of control—seems—to be losing their authority and strong hold—and recent pushes to pass laws to try regain the dominance they once enjoyed for eons. It is the battle of light and dark. The darkness is short-sighted. They are in a losing battle, as higher consciousness and light continue to gain strength and power. The fight for balance,  integrity, compassion and love for All is a Universal Force and is a fight they won’t win. As I have told many, you can’t play “Uncle” with the Cosmic Matrix Energies now and win. Consciousness has shifted and isn’t in alignment with the old controlling forces any longer.

In Pamela Eakins Tarot deck, the Four of Wind, pictures four butterflies. The message from this card is: “Knowledge is being mastered. Answers have been pinned down. This is a rewarding time, but the excitement of the learning process may begin to ebb as we achieve a state of completion.” In short, she writes, “at a certain point, something that we work hard to create can eventually become a kind of entrapment.” Have you felt trapped by many things imposed on us by the “rules of life.”  Maybe we have outgrown them and we are ready for something better?  Could it be that new information—new ways of living—new perspectives and understanding are coming to each of us?  What about the realization that we are All part of the Creative Source? The crack in the door has been opened. I want to “make up”—that the message from Butterfly last week was that the harmony, grace, and peace humanity is seeking is on the horizon. The symbolism of the yellow Milk Weed (yellow meaning enlightenment) and the symbolism of butterfly who visited me last week is assurance that we are evolving in perfect harmony and is becoming more visible each day. Aren’t many of us feeling more heart-based?

When we reside in openness, the paths that we choose to follow allow us to expand our minds and allow us to be able to navigate more freely to expand our reach. Are we able to see, or feel or know, the divine relationship enveloping us—in our developing chrysalis state? Ted Andrews, in his book Animal Speak reminds us butterfly is the Transmutation and Dance of Joy.  Butterfly teaches that growth and change does not have to be traumatic. Butterfly will teach us as gently and sweetly and as joyfully as we wish. Pamela Eakins writes that we can expand in the Awareness of Love. We are supported. We are loved. Kryon reminds us that pure intention signals our change and growth within. We can integrate this fully. Message from Butterfly to the world: Received loud and clear! It is up to us to live and carry that Love and Harmony—that transformation to ‘what’s next’ within each cell of our divine being based on our Pure Intention; the dance of joy is ours for the asking.

 I’m in!

Are you?

Exploring the Multidimensional Side of Ourselves!

“Life is infinitely stranger than anything which the mind of man could invent.”           ~Arthur Conan Doyle (Author of Sherlock Holmes)

I walked into the Pompano Civic Center in March of 2004 to meet Sally Baldwin and listen and explore the concept of channeling. I sat in the second row—dead center—intently listening and trying to figure out how this process worked.  She began and continued for a good 20 minutes.  There were no notes and no papers visible on the table where she sat. I thought to myself—no one could memorize all that. I was intrigued and puzzled at the same time. Her words were wise—and answers astute.  During the break, I walked over to say hello and introduce myself. She smiled warmly and said, “Welcome back”.  I replied that this was the first meeting I had attended—and she answered—“We must know each other from the Astral.”  I simply nodded my head and smiled, thinking to myself, “What the hell is the astral?”

Years later, I am now aware that she was tapping into a multidimensional part of ourselves—one that has always been there—and one that will always be there—hiding in plain sight and called things like intuition, or psychic awareness or a “pre-cog” which lies “out there” in the interconnectedness of our wholeness; body, mind and spirit. This intimate connection goes on 24/7 through our pineal which serves as our own personal wifi—translated by our brain—and connected to our heart. In a sense we are connected to the Cosmic Universal Internet. This process is still unrecognized by many today, but the “equipment is installed, there and ready to be turned on for use!” We talk a good story until we get down to specifics—and then our old beliefs and stories kick in and we stick our heals in the mud—and refuse to go any further. We are more than we see in the mirror.  As Joan Rivers used to say, “Can we talk?”

Today, I read my horoscope, it went like this:

“Look beyond physical appearances and tune into spirit identification. The truth is bodies which contain souls are but empty vessels filled with infinite light. Honor your feelings, but watch what you consume — media, food, or conversation — so you are not swept up by the madness of the day. Center yourself and calm your mind before interacting with others now. The greatest vow is to love one another and to spread kindness wherever you go.”

If I read and interpreted correctly, my daily horoscope refers to a bigger more connected part of “who” we really are. It was funny, because this subject had been rolling around in my mind for several weeks now—and today was the day I had designated to write my blog.  The synchronicities and meaningful coincidences; undeniable.  TodayReally?  It seemed to be written just for this blog post; those cosmic ears were listening!

Looking into the connectedness beyond our 3D physicality, and the multidimensional aspect of ourselves, I consulted Peggy Phoenix Dubro’s book, Elegant Empowerment . In the glossary she wrote: Multidimensional: “Simultaneously possessing properties or characteristics of more than one vibrational plane or coordinate system. The idea that dimensions exist outside of our normal 3-dimensional world is now a basic statement of our advanced theories in physics.”

This seem to validate our connected mind and consciousness into a seamlessly interconnected whole. Our multidimensionality aspect and part of our DNA keeps us plugged into the whole, and unseen beyond, but always present riding along waiting and ready to help. . . . I was tapping into this whole, it seemed and so are you.

Thoughts and feelings merged into the unrecognized whole to which we participate with more and more realization like the avatars, guru’s and master’s of yesteryear. But, did they really disappear? Or are they here with us in their multidimensional state—like our seed parents—assisting us along the way? I believe they’re riding this journey right along with us—for those who are open to this bigger part of our reality and family connection. After all we all reside in this unity of Oneness; they are part of us and we are part of them.  And, then I began to ponder, what else in our lives was visible that we could consider multidimensional? Were we missing more clues?

What about our dreams? The past and the present get all twisted around in a time loop which has three components—a biological, a psychological and a spiritual. Perhaps, not all, but some dreams seem to be a windows to our soul on Earth.  I understand our brain is “defragging”—rearranging, sorting, and rewriting our experiences. If we rewrite things, we can change the energetic affect or frequency it has has on our life. Dreams then, must be interdimensional experiences that have no equivalent when we are awake. Ready for another?

What about a near death experience?  I pulled this short passage from a piece that I had saved on my computer, touched by the words. It had been submitted to The Near Death Research Foundation in August 2006. It was called “Anna’s story of her near death experience” and she recalled these things.  It felt as though I was drifting in and out between the two worlds, this physical world and the other side, but every time I drifted into the “other side” I seemed to go deeper and experienced more “scenes”.  There was one where I saw how my life had touched all the people in it – it was sort of like a tapestry and I saw how I affected everyone’s lives around me.  There was another scene where I saw my brother on a plane, having heard the news I was dying, coming to see me (this was verified to me as when I started to come round, my brother was there, having just got off a plane).  I then saw a glimpse of my brother and me and somehow seemed to understand it was a previous life, where I was much older than him and was like a mother to him (in this life, he is older than me).  I saw in that life I was very protective towards him.  I suddenly became aware he was on the plane to come and see me, and felt “I can’t do this to him – can’t let him come and see me dead.  Then I also saw how my husband’s purpose was linked to mine, and how we had decided to come and experience this life together.  If I went, he would probably follow soon after. . . . What I saw, perceived, and felt, and the clarity I experienced about life, was more than anything we are able to conceive, so words have not been created to describe it. I was dying of cancer, and the doctors had said I only had about 36 hours to live.  It was at this point where I started drifting between another dimension and this one. Even though I was in a coma, I seemed to be going in and out of consciousness, so I was aware of both “sides”.  I was also aware of conversations taking place outside the room, beyond my earshot. . .”

Obviously, I could write a whole book on being multidimensional and this is just a blog about an expanded Awareness of such possibility.  There are other things that fall outside our “known” 3-D reality such as remote viewing, astral projection, Emoto’s scientific work on prayer and crystallization of water, Physicist John Stuart Reid’s work on cymatics or miraculous healings that are never reported from behind the hospital walls.  “The guys and gals” working on quantum biology and string theories that will soon show us more—outside of Newton or Kelper. And, when we can measure these things with more “scientific” accuracy it will be slowly incorporated into our belief system. There is a relationship between our parts.

The Universe is much bigger than we ever imagined—and so are we!  Certainly everything we thought was physical is not. This is all part of our evolution of thought. I conclude with a few of these thoughts from Peggy’s book below. Because, if the Universe is non-local, quantum and multidimensional—and we are part of everything—then so are we!  Our thoughts and feelings matter and influence our lives and our reality because they are tied to our energy fields; spiraling vortexes in human form.  Pay attention to those intense feelings or to your intuition. Your inner guidance is speaking to you. Embrace your Multidimensional side with joy and celebration and pure intent! It is like discovering a lost part of ourselves—only to find it was there all along!  (Our own personal GPS).

Are we?:

  • Non-local
  • Unbroken Wholeness
  • Co-ordinated Organization
  • Independent of Space and Time
  • Inseparability of Observer  (from the experiments)
  • Existence of a quantum Field underlying all forces on matter
  • A consciousness that permeates all living and non-living things

Oh, and btw, in case you are wondering, the Astral Plane is where your Essence goes when it leaves the body—whether the body is asleep—or after completing our lessons on the physical plane—of 3D.

Communication—Always—Everywhere—ALL Ways

One of the many Washington State Ferries

Gone were the days of hopping onto the ferry for a quick ride across the Sound—unless of course, you were on foot. Riding the iconic green and white ferry this past weekend is not only a familiar, favorite pastime of many tourists to Seattle, including myself, but serves a vital transportation network for more than—wow— 23 million passengers annually in the Northwest.

The Washington State Ferry system is the only way to reach some of the islands around the Puget Sound*—technically now part of the Salish Sea and nestled between two picturesque mountain ranges:  Cascades and Olympics.  But in the meantime—you wait in line for a boat.

And so, I was invited to spend the weekend with a friend of mine in Sequim and as we waited and chatted catching up in the car, creeping slowly down the mile+ long line that ran up and around the hill, all the while inching toward the ferry toll booths to buy tickets to make the short crossing from Edmonds to Kingston— on to the Kitsap Peninsula, and then further west to the diverse Olympic Peninsula bordering the expansive Pacific Ocean.

We sat poised behind a 18 wheeler inching ever closer as the line curved down the hill—the many cars patiently waiting—-to board. Out of the blue, a white Ford SUV cut in line—right in front of the truck bearing the British Columbia plates. Ouch!

Now, as notice to the reader, there are many signs posted—about no “cutting-in-Line,” and for good reason, if you have ever waited—hours sometimes to board and cross the water—depending on which route, time, day, and where you were headed.

So, when this SUV pulled ahead of the semi-truck, my friend Brad, and a frequent ferry rider, decided to let them know this was not only not cool, but the toll takers would turn them around to the back of the line.  Before we knew and he could get there, the Canadian truck driver had also jumped out to make this aberrant vehicle aware of the protocol breech.   In a quick exchange with the SUV driver and passenger, the truck driver shouted to Brad, “if I hit the guy—I am going to jail”—and got back in his vehicle. And so, good natured Brad took his turn.  His experience was no better and with the belligerent response and defiant attitude, he decided to turn to his other option: reporting the vehicle using the special hot line established by the WSF system—and that’s exactly we did.

As fate would have it, we had all progressed and stopped to a stone’s throw of the three toll booths, and it was time to alert the toll takers.  We again witnessed an attitude as two toll takers preceded to move the vehicle out of line and turned them around; about like hitting a nest of yellow-jackets.  (And, you don’t want to be anywhere close when the stick hits the hive.)  But, justice prevailed and I am sure the on-lookers were most amused. No one was hurt or hauled off to jail, although the woman inside the car had gotten out and was taking pictures of those who had offended her and foiled her cheating-cut-in-line intention—shouting something about hitting her car—what???

Later the next afternoon, Brad and I stopped to get sandwiches at a local Safeway.  We had passed a fiddle player outside the grocery store on the way back to the car and had enjoyed a few strums as we passed him heading across the asphalt when we realized in the row in front of us and a space to the right was a large pickup parked and playing his tunes in a very, very base—you know shake the windows—kind of style.  A few sentences into a conversation about how neither of us cared for this “genre”—the kids next to us in the mini-van with the door open—said that that was their brother we were talking about—and how this was America and they could do anything they wanted—and then filed out of the van—daisy dukes—tattoos and all, to let their brother know—we didn’t exactly embrace his music.  Quite a family, I must say . . . “Mom” came out shortly with a couple bags of groceries and within a few minutes they were gone.  However, big brother, spun his truck around, his Mother’s bags of groceries quickly tossed and rolling across the bed of his truck.  He was more concerned with us, as he pulled behind where we were parked, and walked up to Brad’s window.  “Hi, I’m sorry you didn’t like my music.  Next time, I’ll play it louder!”  I looked at Brad and he back at me in between bites of the sandwiches on our laps.  In a way it was almost humorous.  What the heck just happened, I mused?  It had been a weird kind of weekend—something that over the many trips to the Peninsula had always been quiet and peaceful—and again found ourselves innocently in the middle of a shifting and what seemed angry outburst.

Communication, I thought, how often do we realize that everything we do is a form of communication—both verbally and nonverbally alike.  I have known for decades that non-verbal communication is more honest and truthful that verbal.  We cannot hide the way we express ourselves, observed in—our dress—our hair—our cars—our houses— “our tattoo’s” if any—or our music to name a few.

But, does communication come to us in other forms as well?  What about the stars and their magnetic influence and pull?  Certainly the moon affects us as evidenced by ER visits. Or Mercury when it goes retrograde; it’s effect on electronics, travel, decisions and communication. Do the trees communicate with us?  We all know “tree huggers.” What do the trees say to them? Crystals are givers and receivers of information, especially quartz.  I have friends that have the ability to communicate with the rocks and crystals.  And, water—we know it communicates as well—certainly from Masaru Emoto’s work which not only supports this, but scientifically documents water’s messages.

But, what else communicates with us that we have no awareness, because of our lack of understanding or our multidimensional nature? Dreams? And, can we receive messages from the whales and dolphins?  Is that why we are so fascinated by these magnificent cetaceans?   What about the Sun?  I understand it is talking to the heliosphere of Earth, and this is talking to the esoteric grids—which is communicating to our DNA and consciousness.  Could that explain the weekend?  Our politics?  Our relationships?  Our desires—our wants—needs—our changes, endings and beginnings taking place at every level of our lives and beingness?  What about our intuition? What important ideas and thoughts come this way?

How do our intentions and words influence our daily lives? Have you noticed anything new? What is different in your life?  How do you communicate with yourself and others? We all seem to be individual receivers and communication—visible or not—is coming to us ALL ways and always.

KIDS: Natural and Logical Consequences

When Joshua, my oldest was five, I enrolled him in El Paso Country Day School.  We were stationed at Ft. Bliss military base and living up near the hospital in field grade military quarters; there were big problems with the small local elementary school just outside the military gates. I wanted his first experience and exposure to school be as positive as possible; after all wouldn’t this in someway determine his future?  My husband was doing his internship and residency and spend inhuman hours at the hospital; I have the pictures to prove it—even today.

One day exasperated, I confess in a conversation with Susan Jordan, PhD, assistant to the founder of the school, that I would never get Joshua to school on time without the morning drama that eventually ended up with me upset.  Was yelling really necessary to get him to move in the morning so we could get to school on time? I guess I was seeking answers; needing help.

Her response was utterly astounding to me.  She simply advised, “let him get dressed at school if he is not ready when it is time to leave the house.” I was speechless.  “I can’t do that”, I instinctually responded and added,  “He will come to school in his pajamas!”

Sweetly, she smiled and answered my protest,  “Let him know what time you are leaving,” I listened intently.  She continued with the precise but simple instructions.  “Tell him when you are leaving, and if he is not ready, he can get dressed at school. Tell him that you will put his clothes in a bag and that he can get dressed in my office.  Then upon arriving, bring him into my office and set his bag of clothes on my desk.  He can get dressed in here.  And, I will see you in the afternoon, with his sleepware in the bag; you can pick it up off my desk.”

She then explained this parenting technique called Natural and Logical consequences.  It puts the responsibility on the child. The child always has a choice.  If Joshua chose to get dressed, for example, at home, then the experience he has is different than choosing to play with toys and not be ready. Then by his inaction he must get dressed at school. His other option is to get dressed at home before leaving. Each choice the child makes brings a new experience from his or her decision. Each a valuable learning experience based on his/her choice.  But the responsibility is put on their shoulders; not yours.

I processed this new concept, asking myself, was I brave enough to try this novel approach?  At least to me it was different than anything I had known at the time.  Something I was totally unfamiliar with, however, it certainly sounded like sage advice and something that would support a new healthier routine each morning getting out of the house.

Morning came. Joshua was still playing when it was time to head for school.  I had followed her instructions. I loaded Joshua and David into the car.  His school clothes neatly in a brown grocery bag, and ready for him to put on upon his arrival at school.  However, when we pulled up—Joshua was a bit alarmed.  I don’t believe he expected me to carry through with what I had explained to him earlier.  I led him to the office with both his clothes nestled in the bag and his younger brother in tow—riding on my hip.  Susan was there waiting and like the precision of a swiss watch,  I gently handed her the bag and my son’s hand.  No words were exchanged.  Only a passing smile and an exchange of eye contact; the rest was in her hands. I had done my part for now.

The following morning, I again followed the new routine that Susan had schooled me in.  This time however, Joshua was half way dressed when we arrived; scrambling to dress in the car.  He finished dressing in Susan’s office that morning too.  The big shift came on day 3.  This time he was dressed and ready for school.  I never again had to say a word.  He was always ready; the drama gone.  As a matter of fact, when his brother David was around 5 or 6, there was a distraction one morning—probably a video game—I honestly do not remember, but David was not ready for school.  It was Joshua, who I overheard, telling his brother to get ready for school “DAVE, YOU DON’T WANT ‘THE BAG’ ! ”   I smiled and we headed out the door for school. It was a lesson for my kids, but a bigger lesson was for me.  And that made me smile.

Rewriting the Future

IMG_1208.JPGThree days before, Ela and I had driven our way into town, and we comfortably checked into a room we would be sharing for the next five days; everything seemed to show its age.  The hustle and bustle of the historical old Arlington Hotel was visible.  I equated it to the strain of a faded late-model Chevy and a few too many miles.  No one was counting as the odometer had simply pooped out years before.  The driver, still happy she got him faithfully to town and back when the occasion arose.  And yet, for the most part, no one seemed to notice.  The town was more famous for our now past president’s boyhood home and the old bathhouse relics which lined the main street; in their prime 100+ years before.  I had come here to partake in another Pineal Toning Choir, an exercise and purpose that spoke to me on a level far beyond any conscious reasoning or logical sense; the pull was too great.  I had been registered eons before the 1924 construction date of the Arlington or before this territory was called Arkansas; even perhaps before the Native Americans called it their home recognizing its sacredness as something special.

Yet interestingly enough, half-way through the day of our pineal tones Crystalline Choir recording and final performance, I had a serious passing thought: could this really be real?  We were over seven billion on the planet and counting and I was in a group of 300 souls singing tones in real time—in a quantum language—opening time capsules—placed here by our seed parents—thousands of years before and yet we were right on time.  I pondered the immensity of something so profound, as we continued to sing . . .  YOO EE YOO EE YOO EE YOO EE YOO .

This was my third choir, and somehow the most surreal for me.  We were rewriting the future.  Underway was a transmutation of the energies of trauma, suffering, hardship, and dolor history that had embedded itself in our earth and esoteric invisible crystalline grid.  It showed in our human experience and our collective low consciousness as war, death, sorrow, hardship. It showed in our politics, education, health care and beliefs about longevity, disease and women—all from our many expressions here on earth— stored and remembered at some unconscious level.    I knew it first hand or should I say, I had experienced it first-hand. This deep intense sorrow manifested itself years before on a trip with my husband and young boys.  We had driven through the battle fields of Mississippi and it was almost overwhelming for me despite the manicured green rolling hills and bright blue sunny day.  I felt such deep sadness present years after the last bullet was fired, the last solider killed and buried.  No one was there, and yet, the earth remembered and I felt it.  Now, it was time to erase all that.  It was time to “rewrite the grid” and overlay the new intentions for peace on earth, compassion and love towards each other, happiness, joy and beyond what we had come to expect of life here.  The cycles we knew so well would not be repeated.

The day before, our final performance, Marc, one of our choir directors had walked down the street in search of a local coffee bar/cafe. As synchronicity would have it, a conversation with a local Native American ensued. This conversation then led to an invitation for Lee Standing Bear Moore to speak briefly to our choir.  A tall distinguished soft spoken man with a long gray braid down the center of his back accepted the microphone.  Standing on stage in boots, a peach short-sleeved summer shirt and blue jeans, he spoke of the history and some of the more interesting legends of his people and their connection to this sacred ground they called, “Place of Peace or The Unbroken Circle: Manataka.” He ended with a website where more information could be found and left with a standing ovation.  I felt our oneness and our missions entangled together; everyone “playing” their part in the story of Earth and our ascension.

The next day, a physician from Canada shared a story from their website, Manataka—simply said from the text I quote below he summarized:

Stunned, the council did not know how to respond to the elderly Nun.”

“We learned of your dream about the Place of Peace, also experienced by three other Sisters of your  church.  This is the dream we heard:  “A Light will be born at the Place of Peace that will grow and spread to many lands. . . .  It is now time to tell you the Crystal of Manataka is not only a symbol representing abstract and sacred meanings.  The artifact holds the key to opening a portal of high energy and frequencies, sacred sounds, partly necessary to giving birth to a light that will grow and spread to many lands.  The key, when used as a tool in conjunction with six other sacred crystals, placed in correct alignment and formation, will open the heavens of consciousness within humanity. “

Again, we were being given pieces and information hidden and then revealed when our understanding met our higher consciousness and pure intent within this present time of 2016.

We learned we were sitting on the largest deposit of quartz crystal on land; an inverted pyramid or mountain almost below our feet as well as transmitter of information. This deposit, a node, serving as an amplifier—and together with the diamond grid west of our locale was also assisting humanity with the potential for radical transformation and sweeping far-reaching leaps to a whole new world; a profound leap into the future both personally and within the area presented—locally, globally and galactically— connected to a null and the other half of this matched pair in Patagonia, Mt. Fitz Roy. This was about melting barriers to multidimensionality and interdimensional communication both from Dr. Todd, Lee Carroll, Kryon and to us.  The choir was the activation for this esoteric information to be released; the key.

This is all very philosophical.  It sounds like a science fiction screen play being bantered about by high profile Hollywood executives wondering if it will sell to investors and the mainstream public who buys tickets to reclining soft chairs in dark movie theaters while munching on buttered popcorn.   As the rewriting continues and as humanity shifts, we will one day look back and have valid evidence that this is in-fact—real, and profoundly altering states of consciousness and giving us the gift and opportunity for a new humanity.  After all, shifting belief systems change reality—and that creates a new future, one that we are “quickly” rewriting this very moment.  And, just like the old Chevy, the key is in the lock and the engine hums carrying us down the road into the future.  We may not know how the car gets us to town, but always does safely and for that we are grateful.  The same may be said for humanity’s new era—and for that we are grateful too!
