Another Look

“Whenever the intelligent part of humanity is suppressed, and rulers demand unquestioning obedience from an uninformed population, you can be sure something nefarious is at work.” ~David Sörensen

I googled the worst villains in animated form. You may have your own list, but the Joker popped up. So did Scarlet Overkill and Bill Cipher from SpongeBob Squarepants movie fame, “Gravity Falls”. Apparently this last villain can transcend dimensions, pause time, take over someone’s body, turn people into chairs, turn people into stone and bend anything to his will.  His only limitation is you have to make a deal with him! Oh, is that where we’ve been captured and held these last three years!? Stuck in a reality I scarcely recognize. Have most been turned into chairs? Or with noticeably lack of critical thinking skills, stone? I get it now!

A few years back, I began to realize that there was another agenda at play. This was a position that was painfully hard to acknowledge. How could, I reasoned, this small group of unelected self-appointed elite “volunteers” insist on their right to ‘play God’? And, who have they blackmailed and threatened to play on Team Dark with them? Thankfully, the energy has shifted a little more and the world is slowly awakening to this evil which goes by many names: The Cabal, Illuminati, Mr. Global, medical cartels (Big Pharma) or financial mafia aka central bankers. There may be other names too. I’m sure you have your favorite. This after all is not bad writing, a horrible screen play or bad acting in some Hollywood B movie. This is the shift of humanity and we’re witnesses to this premeditated horror show. Notice any SADS lately? (Sudden Adult Death Syndrome)

Thankfully, many have taken notice. Things are just not right!  I believe we, as a global population, have finally begun to awaken from our unconscious slumber. And, it isn’t pretty. This other agenda of the few to seemingly control and dominate our world by their vision, their values, and their reality could easily be named “Attempted World Domination”; it goes against our birthright for individual sovereignty as souls. We are not here to be their slaves.

We must all take part in the pushback. We must be the resistance army. If you haven’t heard, the agenda for our soul comes with a huge red flag when we talk about “The Great Reset”,  according to Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates and others’ of that ilk whose vision includes digital passports, digital currency, digital health status dictated by your willingness to be jabbed and survive per their wishes and tied to social credits, which allow you to travel or even buy groceries.  What a scary thought! Theses are the things of night terrors and bad dreams in a world where we exist like that! As a matter of fact, glance to the Chinese society right now! Help me Mr. Wizard!

Did you know, there’s a war on doctors who give “misinformation” or truly speak out against the lies and narrative? (CA Assembly Bill 2098) Essentially doctors are not allowed to practice medicine. Airline pilots are injured. Professional athletes are dropping dead. There is no investigation into these mandated jabs by the FAA or by the NIH, HHS or CDC. And the vagueness surrounding all those sudden deaths. . . .  La, la, la, la la. (Put your fingers in your ears.) This isn’t rocket science folks.

No one with any official capacity wants to find out why. Yet, embalmers are finding ‘huge strands of strange clots’ in those who have died and have been jabbed! These clots are Not in the unvaccinated, oh btw. Cancers are returning at an accelerated rate. And the disability claims are sharply up in the working age range since 2021. Insurance actuaries are revealing just how lethal the jabs are with a significant increase of death benefit claims. Now why would that be? This data certainly tells another story beyond the ℱ “Safe and Effective” of the talking paid-off media and so called fact checkers. I call Bull shit!

I know there is much more. I bring this up because the mainstream news refuses to. I invite you to look beyond what the TV talking heads tell you and connect the dots for yourself. Alliance for Natural Health and Organic Consumers Association are great sources for off-trail news about our food. Telegram, and duckduckgo may give you more of the truth than anything you can find on Google. Russell Brand and J.P. Sears lead off in a humorous, pointed, and often poignant way for discovery of the current world events. The 30 years history of the Childrens Health Defense Newsletter is a good authority for what’s happening on a variety of topics. Del Bigtree from the Highwire is excellent reference and brings well researched stories. Check out Dr. Peter McCullough, Dr. Pierre Kory, Edward Dowd, Steve Kirsch, Jeff Childress or Clif High (on Substack) and others who continue to bring important facts and data forward that does not match Team Dark’s goal or agenda. Imagine that!

It’s time to take deeper look! No more deals! No more hiding. The elite are not as powerful as they want us to believe. Remember the man behind the curtain in the Wizard of Oz?  Their weakness is our Truth. Their only weapon is our fear.  Their MO is to stay hidden while pulling the strings of manipulation and control. It is a page out of the old playbook. Let’s make our voices heard. Let’s shine our Light so brightly that Team Dark will run. The more we uncover, and band together, the faster we move into the Light and a world where we can truly ‘Live As One’, just as John Lennon sang in 1971 in his song, Imagine.  Climb aboard and dream our new world into being. And, just maybe these real life villains can be turned into stone?

Compassionate Action In Motion

January 2023

These are the things that don’t get reported on the mainstream news; not much truth does these days!  But, I’d say small acts of kindness take place silently and quietly—everyday. One divine human being to another. Are we beginning to recognize those hidden parts of our God-likeness—made in the Image of Love? Sometimes, I feel like we are quietly tested—when no one is looking. “I AM” (the creator) sliding this choice across the metaphorical table and silently saying . . . “Now, what are you gonna do? Well, ego, what are you going to do? Is it fear or love you’re going to water today?”

I was on my way home from Costco several weeks ago. I had picked up a few things for myself—and a few other things for a friend. In South Florida it is normally pretty warm—and there were things in the car that needed refrigeration. About 10 or so houses away from my stop, I was flagged down by a funny looking man—I’d say a cross between an elf and a dwarf, missing his four front teeth. I thought perhaps he needed directions or was in trouble, so I slowed the car and stopped to hear his inquiry rolling my car window down. “Publix”, he called out. “Do you know where it is? Around the corner?” He confused me a bit, because, although it was a mile and a half or two miles away, I wouldn’t have said, “Around the corner.” “I need to get this to my wife”, as he held up an oversized crumpled blue shirt.

There is a moment, when a stranger asks for a ride that I pause and ask myself, “Will this put me in danger?” Those thoughts passed by in a millisecond and I weighed my decision. He seemed harmless enough. “Just a minute”, I replied, “let me make some room for you.” I got out and moved a few things that I had tossed in the passenger’s seat next to me. “Alright, let’s get that shirt to your wife.” He directed me to the Publix—small talk along the way—apparently completely unaware of the storm drain construction which had been taking place in the neighborhood for months . . . and months and months. Oh well I thought—we each live in our own reality and perspective. Maybe he doesn’t venture out much?

We arrived at the specified Publix grocery store and he opened the door, got out and thanked me over and over for the ride. I called it a mitzvah, a good deed for the day.

The following week I was at the gym doing cardio on my favorite elliptic machine when I noticed one of the cleaning people. She had been having trouble with her knees, and I had given her a few suggestions about journaling, mantras and a homeopathic remedy from Whole Foods. I observed her walking much better sans limp. I waved. She came right over with a big smile. Yes, her knee was much better she confirmed. We chatted on for a few more minutes and in the course of the conversation was telling me her story of not having bus fare. I said, “Wait a minute.” I gave her $25.00 and said, “Merry Christmas”. She hugged me and said, “I love you”. I said, “I love you too.”

Yesterday, as I spoke with my sister through the blue-tooth in the car, I noticed a homeless man coming towards the car in the crosswalk huddled with his light hoodie pulled tight over his head and his hands as deep in his pockets as they would go. I was stopped at the traffic light. It was a brutally cold Florida day. I rolled the window down and made eye contact. It was Christmas Eve. I grabbed my change from the console, stuck my arm out the open window. “Here I said”, handing him a handful of change as the light turned green. I hoped he would use it at McDonalds for a hot cup of coffee and a burger or something to eat and to get inside for a while and warm up.  My intention was good. I couldn’t be attached to what happen after the few dollars was given. I knew it may only temporarily help his situation, whatever it was, unknown to me.

It is my understanding that compassionate action is Love. I know situations happen—in fact, we have all heard stories of being in a position to pay-it-forward. I have done many small things over the years when others were in trouble. I know sometimes, we don’t realize what our small act of kindness means to another —and it really isn’t important, because I always feel I get more out of it than they do. I can’t suggest a “thing” if I don’t do something myself. I think a good leader leads by example and that’s why I share it with you today. Yet, in these extreme times, it becomes even more important to show kindness to another.

Are we ALL in a test of compassion? We’re all part of the human race. Maybe it helps the energy move to the next level of integrity and that of course will help everyone on earth? Maybe it’s about activating things from our akashic records that have been stored there? Waiting, “watching” and willing, if we are too? Maybe it’s about recognizing the divinity within—without judgment or critique? Maybe compassion is about helping one another in times of need? All I know is, compassion is an act of high consciousness. It’s a balance for our planet. And most of all its an act of Love. I extend an invitation to you—in the coming years—how will you choose to make a difference in some stranger’s life?

Sensing the Bigger Picture

“That man from Sulphur Creek had spoken the truth when telling how cold it sometimes got in the country. And he had laughed at him at the time! That showed one must not be too sure of things.”

― Jack London, To Build A Fire

Have Masks become the new religion or even scarier, a brainwashing technique to control and enslave a population or an entire world? Remember the Borg? “Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.” There are a few of us, in the minority, that have resisted this collective mind control. Scientific studies show face masks represent no benefit in stopping the transmission of COVID-19, and yet there is belief and a pushed fanatical narrative that they offer protection against the virus. The timbre keeps getting louder with greater intensity as the dangerous narrative grows extremely ferocious.

I believe I hold my own power within.  Something deep inside my being cannot comply. It is as if my soul vowed and screamed, “Never again! “  Did you know? For over four centuries, the church “briddled” women to silence them in the presence of men. (Horrific and tragic considering women were respected as the spiritual arm of the couple and community in Lemuria.) Puritan Pilgrims in the early days of this country were also forced to wear metal masks while being severely punished, for offenses when “free thinkers” violated their cultural or religious values, or if you were identified as a witch. There were still others who used metal masks and devices to silence those imprisoned throughout history, including captured African slaves. Masks were for torture and punishment—for enforced compliance and control. Here we are again, the mandated use of face masks to represent a “culture of silence, slavery, and social death.”

Souls have been transitioning from this flu—and all dis-ease for lifetimes. However, for this particular flu, the mantra on an unspoken level is this invisible enemy will kill you. Yes, people have died. But which is a better death?  Is a long battle with cancer a better death? What about complications from diabetes? A stoke? A car accident? Are we responsible for these deaths too? Remember, we are eternal and forever, playing our part as human beings in a test of energy (consciousness). We cannot cause someone to leave or die. We do not have that power. We come and we go and we come and we go—cycling on and off the planet. We cannot see the bigger picture, plan or potential, but only a few pixels at best. In fact, all illness and disease comes from within—and our higher-self and our Soul are in charge. We are here to learn and grow and find the God inside. Disease does not exist in a high-consciousness soul. There is something bigger at play.

Yet, have you ever noticed that the Church takes responsibility for your soul? The Government for your finances? (We’ll take care of you. Did you receive your $600.00 dollar check?) and our Sickcare Healthcare system for your health. Isn’t it high time we take responsibility upon ourselves?

Let’s start with those pointless masks—unless of course you want to be enrolled even deeper as a slave to Mr. Global—whoever that massless group is! I’ll call it brainwashing. BTW, the characteristics of brainwashing are: mental dependency, psychological addiction, mental imprisonment. Also, throwing away your inner voice or intuitive guidance.  Handing over decision making in an area to someone or something else is also on the list. What about having an unquestioning absolute acceptance of one source or group? Let’s call that deep programing by the media that blasts the fear minute by minute 24/7—and when it seems to ease—changes the game and rules to include things such as “asymptomatic carriers” and never mind about the 99% who recover from this flu. What about the extensive censorship of people who disagree with this narrative? Or those that have been murdered? Why?

Yes, I do believe it was engineered by man. I do believe it “escaped” prematurely from the Lab. I believe both China and, I’m sorry to say, USA were involved. Isn’t it interesting that Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci were talking about a pandemic since 2015? Did they have a crystal ball or have they been involved in its development from the beginning? The virus, test kits and “so called” vaccine are all patented—and many stand to profit billions. The hardest part in this diabolical plan was getting people enrolled into the funnel for the chemical vasectomy to our divinely designed RNA. Some of the most educated are even finding that this doesn’t even meet the definition of a vaccine. But, fear solved that problem, didn’t it? Many, many are getting their “vaccine” despite no benefits of immunity, resistance, or life returning to normal. Where is the common sense?

The evidence doesn’t support mask wearing, but brainwashing does. So does social distancing. So does separating everyone and creating fear—to the invisible enemy. Throughout history, men of power have enslaved and controlled others. This is the fight between Light and Dark. It is a wake-up call to the masses.  Our strength is our Light and Love. We can’t be in fear and Love at the same time. What will you choose?

As a good friend of my says, “Those who sit in the circle of their own creation are the ones who are peaceful.” Seek answers from within. Question everything, and know you are a piece of God. No man, vaccine or mask can give you anything that you don’t already have inside. Go there. Find your strength and protection there. Step out of fear and into Love. After all, Love is the greatest power in the Universe and for Us—and it will overcome whatever obstacle we face—even a plandemic!

Willard

You know, every once in a while, someone comes along—and you have a hard time forgetting them. Maybe it’s a lover? A teacher? A bestie from school? Willard was none of those things, but an unforgettable pillar of strength, courage and love.

I had picked up (another) Cathy in Denver. We knew each other from the Pineal Tones choirs, and she oïŹ€ered to join me on the last leg of my journey home. I wanted to camp,  and being by myself in the woods—didn’t seem like such an astute idea. There was always safety in numbers, right?

So, at her suggestion, we had landed at the Loft Mountain Campground, which is part of the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, also known as The Blue Ridge Mountains. The forecast called for rain, this particular Wednesday, our first day in the park, so we ventured oïŹ€ to Mt. Vernon—beloved home of George Washington, and a figure near and dear to my heart. The next day, we agreed to hike down to what was called

Lower Doyles River Falls, weather cooperating. And, so it was that we set oïŹ€ down the trail to the falls. We were just getting started when we came upon an older gentleman standing oïŹ€ the path dressed appropriately in hiking boots, and wearing long hiking style khaki pants, buttoned shirt, army green fishing vest, cap and glasses on a cord hanging around his neck. We stopped to say hello, and he showed us a small acorn under his magnifying glass. He confided that he was an artist—but seemed somewhat shaken after our conversation—as we parted ways—-asking if it was alright if we gave him a hug good-bye.

I had seen him at his campsite when we slowly drove the asphalt drive into the campground, looking for the spot to we would call home for the next three days. However—somehow his apparent circumstances stood out from the “normal” RV,  family, couple or weekend hiker; he was sorting things at his picnic table, as we passed by.

After our “chance” encounter, we visited him several more times, and invited him to our campsite two nights later to enjoy the campfire. He shared his artwork, which was neatly contained in a folder. His story seems unremarkable—just a guy traveling by himself—camping—until you realize that he was 86 years old and had gotten wind that “they” were getting ready to place him in a nursing home. What, I thought? There was nothing about this man that warranted placing him in a facility for the aged or ill. He

shared that he had lived in Vermont for 40+ years—built his home there. His wife of many years had passed several years before and he had a daughter who lived in the LA area. He had a sister that wanted him to live with her in Virginia.

Getting wind of obviously someone’s else’s plans for him, he told us that he bought a copy of Consumer Reports—found the most reliable and economical car they advised and traded in his old one. He found a close-out tent for $24.00 and collected the rest of the miscellaneous camping supplies he would need—and oïŹ€ he went. Arizona was where he spent last winter and felt he would be heading back that way when the weather began to turn. He knew he didn’t want to be around the inclement winters because as he said, he didn’t want to slip on the ice and break a hip.

My mind since, has reflected back to my own Mother and her circumstances and her desire to live her remaining days in her home; a wish my brother-in-law refused to honor. Things are not always as they seem. But, Willard’s story brings up many ideas about parking people in nursing homes—when they are in fact vibrant, and “not ready” to be housed in group homes. Where is the freedom to choose? And, where does that truth lie?

As we were parting good-bye, we wished him well on his journey. He wished us well too. There was a soul connection and something profound and unspoken, we all knew; we could feel it. We also knew that there would be no way to remain in contact; this was it. No email. A sister’s address for legal purposes. A flip phone with limited airtime. No text. I had the knowing it was just the way it was meant to be. As we said our good-byes, he stopped. “You know, on the trail, that first day, I was a bit shaken,” he confided. I had witnessed his welling-up but had said nothing. I saw your light, he said, and it startled me. I smiled and so did Cathy. “I am keeping this as a reminder, he softly noted looked us in the eyes and then slid the tiny acorn into his shirt pocket. I smiled again and gave him another hug. We walked away.

Ironically, the acorn, is a symbol of strength and power. That was who he was—and that was what he held in his hand. It is the same for us. No matter where our life starts—or from our own humble beginnings, we All have the ability, just like the Willard and the tiny acorn. We have the strength like the mighty oak; it’s not inside some of us. It’s inside All of us! We need only to believe. NamastĂ©

Apple – Vision for Our Future?

Most of us who have ever walked through the mall, know what the Apple store looks like, even if you have never owned a Mac or iPhone—or any Apple product. You have, however, probably noticed the busy hum from behind the glass windows as you walk by this praesepe. It is always like a big giant cocktail party without the cocktails! I preface this, because on Monday, I spent hours inside the store. First, making the appointment—then returning for my designated appointment time—and then making a third trip back to the store after a backup. (They gave me the option of backing up my computer before they unloaded my data and reloaded it back onto my computer.) Anyway, as I sat there going through the whole process waiting as the expert worked to diagnose my computer’s issue and then worked on a solution to fix it—I gazed out from my designated stool where I sat at the Genius Bar and took notice of the meld and diversity of clients, waiting, looking, shopping and learning. This was America. And our strength showed in the extreme diversity. Even more impressive, its cohesiveness.

With all the fighting and vitriol spit out by our current political administration—it was so nice to see what I believed along; we all have the ability to get along. The genius who helped me had many long colored braids. She was a multi-cultural mix very different than my own northern European lineage. She was Cuban and Puerto Rican and Polish and Russian and had this exotic beauty that radiated from her being. Sitting next to her, also being helped, was a gentleman from the Dominican Republic—and another from South America. We all shared many of the same concerns; we all wanted to live peacefully and in harmony with each other. Our conversation of agreement, not discord.

This picture and vision in my mind today made it very clear that we, as a great nation were founded on diversity; it is our strength. It’s funny how sometimes technology can bring us together in unsuspecting ways. I’m sure this was not exactly Steve Job’s vision, but one that was born out of his legacy, many years after his passing. I would say, the founding fathers may have had this vision too. Needless to say, if our current powers that be, could step down outside their ivory towers, they too might observe something their blinders have prevented them from seeing. Fear separates and tears us apart—love brings us together. If you are in one place, you can not be in the other. As we continue to shift and grow in conscious evolution, we will be more able to appreciate one another when we stand in compassion—and come from that small place which resides in our hearts; after all we all belong to the same human family. This is humanities alchemy; the magical process of transformation. If we could only look out over the Cosmic Sea of Oneness and see our sameness—the world can shift much faster. Oh, maybe we can?  I saw that vision of Oneness in the Apple Store last Monday—and so can you!

Reflections and Musings for 2019

You know, I’m in kind of a reflective place today. My newsletter will be sent out later than I like. The calendar has flipped a page—day, month and year. And, nothing seems normal anymore.  The holiday season is officially over. Craziness and chaos seem to be the norm. I feel like if we were buckets of paint—the paint is swirling and changing colors and creating new patterns, textures and doing things that paint just doesn’t do. Should I fear this new paint—or should I enjoy a little inter-dimensional finger painting and embrace the fun?

I don’t know if it has to do with the transits and electromagnetic energy—the eclipse’s, the new moon(s) or the catalyst energy of 2019. (Although I know it started decades ago.) I don’t know if it has to do with new and continuing cosmic data coming in from space. I don’t know if it’s our relationship to the invisible cosmic realm that’s triggering our changes, both within ourselves—and then slowly spilling out into our institutions, politics, and society?  But this intention and wave of multidimensional energy is taking place within us and is being reflected back at us daily; a new truth and way of being–emerging from a long amnesiac hibernation? We’re just not the same as we were. I believe this to be a good thing, yet it seems as we are struggling with all these changes at once. We seemed to have jumped the tracks and we are entangled in our own cosmic web of illumination. Are we finally growing up? Perhaps, we are just starting to work more efficiently, our quantumness awakened that “god particle” and we are learning—stepping into our divine potential as humans to a world we can’t remember? Even the french car CitroĂ«n wasn’t very successful driving on three tires! Our low consciousness hasn’t been great for us either.

As I look around, many people are continuing to leave, and we are missing them. My Mother’s estate is finally getting settled. I gathered the usual cast of characters (my friends and students) for Thanksgiving and we had a great dinner sitting outside underneath the string of lights and warm temperature of south Florida. I attended a gay christmas party—and for those who resist and judge such lifestyles—I say that love cannot be legislated and we need to embrace all in LOVE. I look forward to a bit of traveling in 2019—enlightening experiences that come with sacred ceremonies—full moon and drum circles, the pineal tone choir, all awakening in my present self—those ancient memories, bringing the language of light to our physical experience now. The synchronicities and meaningful coincidences continue to occur with meaning at lightening speed.

We were given another gift 200,00 years ago by our seed parents as nulls and nodes continue to open like “cosmic eggs” (my visual) providing new and important “information” assisting us to make this leap to higher consciousness possible; we have and we are getting it bit by bit. I know, that in spite of the fighting, and how it looks on the news—things are eventually going to turn out fine.

I believe with all my heart we are slowly pushing the old energy out, which btw, is kicking and screaming. After all they are the ones who have controled us by promoting drama, war, and fear. NO more—it is a new day—a new time and a new era in our much bigger cosmic calendar. We are witnessing this change before our eyes. And, as painful as it is to watch, we as a collective are changing for the better. I look forward to old systems falling and new working systems implemented—as we participate with Gaia bringing LIGHT and this new day to Earth where we can finally celebrate peace and “live together as ONE.” However, in the meantime—bucket your seatbelt, for the ride ain’t over yet and keep your paints handy. Who says interdimensional finger painting can’t be fun to ease the chaos, stress and tap into your eternal cosmic self?

Wishing everyone a prosperous, healthy, and enlightening year ahead!

Frogs and Other Wildlife—Way Beyond Our Conscious Understanding and Our Connection to the Earth

IMG_8915 (2)

“Mankind has not woven the web of life.  We are but one thread within it.  Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves.  All things are bound together.  All things connect.”                       ~ Chief Seattle

Several weeks ago, while out tending to my plants around my patio and pool—I peered closely into two plastic containers that had been just the right size replacements for an old ornate planter which I bought second hand from my neighbor across the street. Fast forward ten years and after the last hurricane, now sat waiting for me to reposition them again into the iron holder. But, I had not been diligent enough and an unassuming frog had laid her eggs after one of our torrential rains of South Florida’s hot, humid and tropical rain-filled summer.

I instantly became a nurturing guardian to this surprising batch of now-tiny polliwogs. I have been feeding them romaine lettuce each morning and earlier in the week I peeked over closely to check on the rapidly growing amphibians. To my utter surprise, a tiny frog suddenly appeared and gazed back at me “fingers” gripped to the edge of the orange plastic container that had become her make-shift pond and nursery.

What had been the message? I was definitely enjoying the connection. It had been decades since I had seen the jell-like eggs and polliwogs in the large construction puddle behind our house when our neighbor, Mr. Neuman, was working on his home. They had also been visible in the pond and cattails that grew near the Barns where we kept the horses—and every now and then, my brother and I would wander down to take a look during some of our outdoor adventures together.

But why now? What was this message and connection that had reappeared so suddenly in my yard? I knew the ancient peoples, and the indigenous cultures, including our own Native Americans, understood this connection more deeply; they were wise. They also understood our connection to the earth—and the messages contained in their symbols and stories and celebrated the Oneness and its meaning. I certainly was aware of the abuses—the grab and take all that had recently permeated the United States attitude at levels of destruction and abuse of our home—the planet earth. And, the disrespectful desire to pummel all that stood in the way of this broken attitude of money and power—but I hardly believed that was their message to me.

I consulted a wiser source than myself; the book, Spirits of the Earth began: “Frogs are good signs. The Frog is a doctor and a healer, seer, and fortune-teller. Frog is a messenger of rain, and the power of the frog can bring rain and water if one knows how to use its power.” Animal Speak confirmed and added, “Its voice is said to call forth the rains. And they are linked with the lore of fairies and elves. Ted Andrews also wrote that “frogs are tuned keenly to sound—and the sensitivity to sound should be developed by frog people.” (Was I a Frog people?) The last sentence  caught my attention, “Their taste in music will probably not run mainstream, but they can learn to use their voice to stir the emotions and to call for the rains or change the climatic conditions of their own lives.”

I found this interesting as it fell right along my chosen profession at this time—Holistic Health Counselor. I felt I had found my niche as a biological decoder, grief counselor and spiritual teacher.  I was also interested in a unique sound healing—quantum codes of sorts. Was Chief Seattle correct? Did all things connect together?  It was certainly part of my belief system—and for all intents and purposes “hopped right into my yard” showing me again the true connection we have with Mother Nature and our Earth at a very personal level. The micro and the macro intertwined as One.

What symbols, or messages have shown up for you? Are you missing something right in front of you? And, what is the story and how does it apply to you? Working the Cosmic puzzle daily can be fun. What new beliefs are you now opening to?

Embrace the Light, We Need Love Not Hate . . . In the Position of Presidency Now.

Sitting in traffic today, I reflected again on the current state of affairs taking place at every level of our society, which has been highlighted by the White House and influences surrounding Trump including “conservative” big money donor billionaires who stand against what the majority want for our future, and fearful small minded individuals who chortle ideas of isolation and protectionism from “liberal ideals” screaming exclusion to anyone or anything which seems to disagree with their ideology or is “different”.

This small-minded non-astute fear and hate comes in many forms, names and disguises*.  It is very unbecoming to humanity—especially in our land that espouses so many opportunities and was built on the philosophy; freedom for all.  Why have we slapped labels on everyone we encounter?  It really seems a revelation of our ability and depth for compassion action towards others—or lack thereof—our inclusion—or lack of—or our love or our hate and fears now un-hide-able and on display for all to see no matter if you are red or blue—pink, purple, green or orange.  The era of fence sitting is over.  We cannot pretend to be one way and really act another behind closed doors.  The truth is upon us.  For some it will hurt—for others they will be seen as the compassionate human beings they have always been.  But why have we labeled this as conservative and liberal?  Can’t we just call it, “accountable”?  Isn’t it really a war between light and dark? Between choosing love or fear?

I lived in Texas.  I lived in Iowa.  I grew up in Seattle.  And I have made south Florida my home for the last dozen years.  I have a college degree which exposed me to many individuals—all students together on the large campus in Washington and the small one in Nacogdoches, Texas.  My ex-husband spent eight years in the army as part of the medical corps—and the exposure was enlightening. Early in my marriage we drove through many countries in Western Europe. I have traveled to Hawaii, California, and many other states exploring, and traversing the United States with my kids and ex-Mother-in-law in tow.  I lived in England for a short stint—and I took in foreign exchange students from around the globe.  I am proud to say that in my experience, and underneath it all, most everyone just wants to be happy—they seek love.  They want to care for their children.  They want to provide for their families.  They talk of their childhoods. They talk of their parents; their courtships. They want nourishing healthy food to eat.  They love to laugh. They want to help the underprivileged. They want to be well, and have clean water to drink.  They want good education themselves and for society–their children.  Most everyone likes a good story and enjoys sharing theirs—to be heard.  Goodness rules most of the time and is normally quiet—fear and hate are loud, obnoxious and need to have the attention to control; force and broadcast as fear is their motto and mechanism.  This is old paradigm—old energy survival still clinging for “life.”   Haven’t we outgrown this old paradigm, Donald?  Or are you just the one elected to shake the fence of comfort?

We are all here as souls to make a contribution to the evolution of humanity.  Because, “they”, like “I” are all part of the divine creator. Whatever the face of God looks like to you, I ask, how can we spew such vitriol at each other when we all come from the same place?  Different names and different rituals, and different traditions, we are all part of the vast and unknowable living soul of the cosmos.  And, I wonder out loud, how anyone can be so arrogant as to feel they are better than and know more than others?  To push their beliefs as the law of the land which simply doesn’t fit into my box is wrong—so why do they insist I live in theirs? Who made that rule?  Can’t we figure out how to live in peace where the one with the most testosterone doesn’t have to dominate and control others? Where is the tolerance and empathy? Why do they hold us small? Don’t we need and want a country where we can all honor our differences and respect one another?

I am proud of the judge in Seattle.  I believe he ruled correctly. (And the court in San Francisco also.) And now Hawaii. This was a ban of prejudice and exclusion that could only be based on fear. Ironically, Trump seems to want to isolate us, like he has isolated himself in his ivory tower—exploiting many for his gain.  (I have no proof, but suits against him for not paying people for work they have done in good faith are well documented, and I am sure there are many unscrupulous actions and intentions that certainly have crossed the line of decency. Which is oddly deemed as “successful” and even admired in our culture.  What happen to words like, wisdom, courage, love, temperance, or integrity—or kindness, fairness, gratitude, humility, beauty of our earth or excellence?  And we all know, how you do anything, is how you do everything.)

Miami is a multi-cultural melting pot—and a microcosm of our country; there are many more “Miamis” outside Florida.  The faces and heritage have continued to change over the decades and will change into the future. We have all come from somewhere else, no matter who we are when you go back far enough.  Even bigger, we are all a melting pot. It is most obvious for anyone to see.  Perhaps a bigger question to ask, is their hatred of others, really a deep self-loathing mirror about how they feel about themselves?  Is it a revealing portrait of how this lack and never-ending abyss of not-enough is camouflage for self-abomination, and hatred of self, whose actions are bullying, lying, narcissism, control and the perpetuation of fear?  It shows in every other way as well:  Lack of respect for women and the choice for caring and making decisions for ourselves on what is right for us or the total disrespect for the LBGTQ community is disgraceful.  The budget presented recently is certainly another reflection of Trump and the White House’s lack of compassion and concern for others; Military guns, aircraft fighters and destruction, his choice over peace, negotiation and compromise?  Really, are you serious?  Has anyone told him and his merry band that the old prophecies have passed?  That is not the plan for Earth.  It is time to look forward to something new, positive and elevating; we passed that marker—that potential gone.  Why do you keep revisiting this doom and gloom?  Are you trying to be right?

If he wants his fantasy Kingship to be one of greatness, this “Wildcard” in the White House, needs to bring us to unity, love, tolerance, compassionate action and peace both here and around the world: we must set the example.  Otherwise he will go down in flames with the other arrogant leaders of history that thought they were unreviewable and untouchable.  The energy does not support his actions and time will simply reveal his true intention of light or dark.  . . .

Yet the real catalyst may be the stirring within each one of us.  Somehow, when we think its another’s problem, we don’t have compassion for another’s plight or struggle—until it hits close to home.  I watched and read a number of emotional pleas from red state Trump voters who came very close to losing their health care—and their meals. Even PBS’s Big Bird’s head is on the chopping block.  One woman from Indiana was upset when she learned her husband was being deported—he apparently had never completed paperwork—and is now sitting with ICE to be sent back to Mexico in spite of living here for decades.  She was astounded because in her mind—only “bad” people would be deported.  Hitting home stirred her beliefs and her viewpoint.  When we live in a box that does not include others who are different from ourselves, we never change our view of life.  Human nature always seems to point to someone else’s plight and fault—but that’s old too.

We must all take part and perhaps that is what we are being called to do . . . stirrings of a civilization growing up. In the end, Love “trumps” hate which ironically seems to be lost on our leadership today.  And when the leadership understands this, we will be better able to move forward in a more astute way; it is not us against them.  No one ever wins this way, with this mentality.  Our goals of the future, must be goals for humanity, where peace, benevolence, and compassion is given to all including our home, we call Planet Earth.  When we embrace this vision, red, blue, pink, purple, green or orange can come together in unity. Perhaps, we are the army that is being called forth? Can you visualize this unity, peace, love and compassion for all? I believe it is up to us, not just our leadership.  And, if those in Washington, D.C. choose not to carry this vision for us—we can do it for ourselves because it’s our world and there are millions of us to stand together in Love!  This is the power we hold. See and embrace the light!

“Governments cannot exist in an old paradigm when those they rule are in a new one.”

The Great Power of Change

Have you ever felt like you have just landed in a Twilight Zone episode? Or perhaps have just disembarked in a land you hardly recognize, although things feel slightly familiar? That Déjà vu feeling that bleeds thorough your reality to the NOW? It was only a distance of 100+ miles, but on the other side of Alligator Alley I felt I had just landed in the middle of a Hollywood movie set on a recent trip to Naples, Florida.

A friend had arranged a meeting with an engaging, winsome woman who I had met through her podcast radio show several years before, and I jumped at the opportunity to connect once again. She was also a spiritual seeker and I wanted to share my newly published book with her; she excited to meet us as well.

The three of us enjoyed the peaceful and delicious lunch at a charming downtown eatery in Historic Naples. Outside on the patio the conversation was deep, meaningful and relevant to our lives as we shared stories about the twists and turns life offers up. After several hours, we parted and taking advantage of our Saturday adventure decided to walk around enjoying the quaintness and cheerful surroundings. After all it was a “swell” day to walk the old part of town—window shopping and people watching before grabbing dinner and heading home.

Strolling down the sidewalk, snapping a few pictures and watching visitors like ourselves, I felt out of place. It was bigger than that however. I turned to my friend Lynn and commented, that I felt I was living in the middle of the Illusion—that all of this had been constructed for our learning and earth school—in fact each of us playing our parts—all with academy award performances, in fact, as specialists that we are. And beginning to answer the big cosmic question, who are we? Humans here in physical form to affect the WHOLE, extending far out into the Universes and Galaxies beyond our wildest imagination in the name of love. What boundaries do we hold? Or it is only our own limits and perceptions that restrict us?

My concepts of reality had been shifting for some time, but today it was kinesthetic and palatable Was there a rift in dimensions occurring and was that the sense I felt? After all, this affluent, conservative Christian appearing group was so outside the world I recognized by its diversity, color and bi-lingual culture of Broward and Miami-Dade counties. Is this where our realities formed within the bubble we lived? Was this the place where inclusion and exclusion collided? Or where hate and love became judgment and bargaining chips of delusion and fears?

The 1998 movie Pleasantville serves as a great example. Suddenly, Toby McGuire and Reese Witherspoon are cast into a Black and White television series in the fictitious town of Pleasantville. The characters in Pleasantville cannot see color—they don’t know books, or apples or sex or rain. Life is a façade in this place far from reality, as we can imagine. Their world is limited to what they know, which is safe. “What lies outside Pleasantville?”, they ask. The question is a profound one. Is it one that we must ask ourselves as well? And, how many of us still live in the 1950’s world of colorless black and white? Where is our Universe, and does it need to be messed with? What begins to happen when we truly begin to connect with others—all others? Is it only then, that we too can step out of our bubble of illusion and live in the multidimensional world of color which can be a metaphor for Love, Peace, Compassion and our hearts. For as Ervin Laszlo states so eloquently “I am part of the world. The world is not outside of me, and I am not outside of the world. The world is in me, and I am in the world.” Gee whiz, the great power of change.

Bookmark

Bookmarks for me, mark more than just a placeholder for a page in a book—I guess they are more like a tiny time capsule, which seem to mark an event, adventure or period in my life.  Just recently, I had a friend make a remark about my bookmarks, “I am always fascinated what I will find in your books,” he remarked.  Actually, I had never given it much thought until his comment.  Yes, I had used something handy in the moment and then later found old airline ticket jackets, receipts from restaurants, post-it-notes with cryptic messages, raffle tickets, old napkins with handwritten notes and envelopes or simply little scraps and bits of paper that were repurposed into commission to hold a place of importance in the book I was reading at the time. But, it seemed to be “My normal” and usually I took no notice. How odd an observation, I noted to myself, with a sheepish shrug and smile.

Yesterday, however, I pulled down a newer version of The Joy of Cooking, that has found a home atop my refrigerator. (I say newer because the first copy I received was decades ago—upon graduation from high school—from friends of my Mother, as a gift.)  This newer reprint was purchased as my “Florida” version in 2001.  I liked it because of its tables of equivalents and conversions and I used it as an encyclopedia of sorts in the world of baking chemistry, recipes, and basic homemade standbys such as buttermilk biscuits which I could find at a glance; the old 1948 edition of the World Book Encyclopedia collection served the same function growing up regarding inventions and world facts.

But, yesterday, after a lengthy disappearance, I found in one of its pages, a reappearance of a Sainsbury’s label for cranberries. Sainsbury’s was a grocery store I frequented when I lived in England for about six months.  The Cranberries weight measured in grams and the “display” date and the “Best” before date labeled 27 NOV and 28 NOV respectively.

During my stay, the Thanksgiving holiday appeared on my calendar and I insisted on a small Thanksgiving dinner.   Before my trip, I never realized the imbedded importance of what this holiday meant for me.  In my core, it screamed American and for all our criticisms around the world, I realized in 2006 that in spite of living in another English-speaking country which very much represented our history and roots—there were some extremely notable and discernible differences in the way in which our entrenched thoughts and beliefs impacted our present day workings.

Yes, I navigated the right-hand drive—with extreme concentration; it was so easy to slip back into the autopilot of the more familiar American—left-hand drive.  Yes, there were a few words that were particularly “English” and that just made it more fun.  And, yes, there was the occasional derogatory comment about ‘the Americans’, but I was unfazed.

The single most important difference I noticed, was the mentality—that good old American—nothing can stop me now attitude, that I believe separates us and the freedom others seek when they arrive on our shores.  This is the same fortitude that has spurred protests, freedom of expression and the drive for something better—always better.  We may have our share of rotten apples—for no society is ever perfect, but we will sort and sift and find a better way to give everyone a chance to live in harmony with ourselves and our neighbors.

Surprised, that, it is this “time capsule,” a bookmark, the Sainsbury’s Cranberry label and buttermilk biscuits, that reminds me today, that I am proud to be an American.  I know we will get through all this chaos.  It will be sorted out and we will be stronger and more united for it in the end.  Because, that’s who we are!
