An invitation to Send Light!

I connect with many people these days—some clients—some family—some friends (Some are silver and the others are gold) and so many are struggling and challenged by their health or a loved one’s health. Some are tested by failed relationships. Some, grabbling with grief and shock over someone’s passing. Other’s have financial worries. The personal stresses are horrendous at times. I know it is all part of the shift of the world we are in—but the facts remain.

The last few years brought fear to so many.  No matter where you stand on the whole Co-id scandal—families are divided and sudden death has somehow been normalized; frightening and shocking. The darkness seems everywhere and it is in our face locally and globally. Yet in order to create change—and new systems that work for All—we must uncover what has been hidden. Everyone is participating, aware or not. . . .

There is power in numbers, so I write this blog to ask your participation to send Light out into the Universe for the Highest and Most Benevolent Good. Light is defined by the loving angelic Kryon simply as “an energy created as a result of high consciousness”. The metaphor is illumination. You may call it prayer—or energy, words matter little. But, thoughts are powerful ideas and consciousness can shift and heal. It aids to heal both physical and emotional traumas. It lessens worry and fear. It assists in bringing balance—and gives answers to those seeking for their questions, problems and blocks—and peace.

In a multidimensional world to which we belong, All is known by Spirit.  Please join me in the energy and pure intention of High Conscious and Illumination to send energy to the darkest places that need Light, and all those who seek healing—as we approach this giving season of Light & Love.

Many blessings to you and your family, tribe and the strangers who call out for help both here at home and around the world! Thank you for your moment of heart-felt Love as it builds and gives strength to those who need it most.

Ghostly Fun

What else rolls out of sight besides pumpkins? Are we evolutionary beings playing in this body of thought, harmony and love—really pure energy in a multidimensional field of Light that we can embrace daily or run from? Sometimes the line is blurry—between what we know or don’t. And what lies beyond the great chasm we call death?

Up the road from Houston Texas on Highway 59 is where my adventure called life experience took me. Years ago now, my ex-husband had quickly outgrown his first medical office; it had just become too small for his needs. My then step-father-in-law, Harold and I took it upon ourselves to find a new suitable location. The synchronicity fell into place and very quickly I had placed ernest money down on a old house—which sat on the same road—Highway 59 across the street from Walmart.

The old house—was of course, in need of remodeling before it would be  suitable to be repurposed into a growing medical practice office. The old plush lemon cream carpet reflected the occupants tastes although it was soiled and somehow littered with old withered autumn leaves and places of dried mud and discarded paper. You could still see traces of a very much loved and cared for home—now in a state of neglect, disrepair and shabbiness. Upon her death, I assume, the once lively house had been sold because we bought it from a liquor store that had plans to tear it down. But I could see something more. It’s new purpose was a house of healing—and I set out to make it so. Drawing blueprints and designing the office for patients, staff and doctor, each step progressed as the old property was slowly transformed over the months.

I used to stop in to inspect the day’s progress. Often times it would be dark—or late. I thought, perhaps, I would somehow “see” or meet the one-time occupant; an older woman I presumed. And although I never had that experience—I felt that I was never alone.

Faux finishing was the favored trend of this late 90’s project. I hired two gals, to paint the waiting room, as most of the carpentry and major construction had been finished. I can’t remember their names, however,  they worked all weekend—and when I stopped in to see them Monday morning—they inquired about the piano music—telling me that they “heard all weekend”. I led them into the interior hallway and showed them two wires sticking out of the ceiling contained within a circular hole and bright aluminum junction box. “No sound system yet,” I replied.

It was the pictures that moved each night down that main hallway—which lead to three exam rooms—the ultrasound room and the procedure room. There was also a place to write notes, answer phone calls, a nurses desk and our accounts manager’s office who worked on insurance billing and “pre-approvals” before surgery. Dr. Silver’s office was at the end of the hall. Each decorated for the women who sought care.

But I puzzled at the crooked pictures each morning in this hallway, and thought to myself, what does Christine, the woman who cleaned the office, do at night? I placed quake proof under the corner of the pictures. It didn’t help.

One of our employees who worked at the front desk was Keisha. To this day, I don’t know what happened, but she was afraid to go into the office by herself. Normally, she was the first one at the office. She would drop her small son at daycare drive to the office and then head in the back door—turn on the lights and start getting things ready for patients. Something shook her. She was terrified.

One day, I decided I had simply had enough. I made the decision to have a conversation with the woman (assuming it was a woman) who lived in the property at 4715 North Street that had become the new office. I called the staff together and stood at the corner where patients settled their bills and received instructions before leaving. “Mrs. So n’so, I began.” Having no idea what her name was or had been—I continued, “times change and we are grateful for the opportunity to have this house of yours. Dr. Silver helps so many patients here, and we are honored that this house came to us for his office.” I continued for several minutes more, and finished with “Thank you.”

I never noticed the pictures move again. I felt whoever was trying to get my attention was satisfied. For what reason? I can’t say. Perhaps, she was assisting me—my growth—my evolution—my journey and experience to fully realize we are so much bigger and so much more lies outside of what we can see, touch, and feel.

I have come to believe there is no veil—and we are all in this cosmic soup together. The pumpkins, the animals—and all that surround our multidimensional selves is often a mystery. Maybe that’s the scariest thing of all—knowing that we are part of everything and everything is a part of us.

Happy Halloween!

Turning Tides

The tides are turning . . . I heard in my head this morning wondering what direction my blog would take for August. The intense energies and planetary shifts continue to swirl around the earth like a cauldron cooking over that ever metaphoric burning fire—cleansing some and burning others like a hot poker; wake up—it’s time! You’re gonna get burned if you don’t open your eyes!

Just for grins, I googled Turning Tides and to my surprise found a song written in 2017 by an English group called Wildwood Kin. The lyrics include the lines “Why don’t we talk about it? We are fine, through all we say, There we will transfigure, We’ll no longer be enslaved.”

Wow, was my reaction. It feels to me we are walking through the last years of this war on darkness as our collective Light increases allowing us to see what we couldn’t before. How long? No one can say. Higher consciousness exposes such things. The talking heads and puppets of the black hats continue to spout misinformation to the trusting, naÏve and unsuspecting. More C-v-d lies and propaganda; follow the money, please! That of course is followed by another scare of guessthepoxnow which continue to stoke the fires of fear and anxiety. Death and illness from the toxicity of this premeditated “bioweapon” aka a vaccine and fierce censorship have divided many family, friends and relationships.  Financial insecurities abound, trafficking secrets lurk, food scarcities are predicted from land grabs and food processing fires. Some farmers are fighting for their lives. And we’ve all felt the fuel extortion as gas prices at the pumps continue to make Billions for a few. These factors have only amplified our fears and anxieties.  Who knows what else the black hats will hurl across this battlefield next? But, as I heard in my head this morning—the tides are turning! And, yes they are!

Men and women of integrity are speaking out. If you are unfamiliar with names like Dr. Peter McCullough, Del Bigtree, Childrens Health Defense, Dr. Pierre Kory, Catherine Austin Fitts, America’s Front Line Doctors,  Dr. Robert Malone, Mattias Desmet or podcast personality Joe Rogan—find them. They are leading the charge. You of course won’t find them on Google, but DuckDuckGo, Rumble and Brave search engines give you another picture of the true carnage and body count.

And, lately, us unvaxed “villains” are finally being vindicated. An Australian journalist named Susan Dunham recently wrote “Only weeks ago, it was the admitted goal of our own leaders to make life unlivable for the unvaccinated. And as a deputized collective, we force-multiplied that pain, taking the fight into our families, friendships, and workplaces. Today, we face the hard truth that none of it was justified — and, in doing that, uncover a precious lesson.”

Another piece published from a “well educated nurse”—named Christine addressed her letter to whom it may concern penned, “I have never seen a vaccine that threatens the relationship between family, colleagues, and friends. I have never seen a vaccine used to threaten livelihoods, work or school, or one that would allow a 12-year-old to override parental consent. I have never seen a vaccine like this one, which discriminates, divides and judges society. It does all those things except IMMUNIZE! If, fully vaccinated, we still need a booster dose, still need to get a negative test, still need to wear a mask and still wind up in the hospital, it is time for us to admit that we’ve been completely deceived.”

David “Avocado” Wolf posted an even more chilling thought, “If you understand what’s going on and didn’t take the poison, you have survived the greatest psychological warfare in human history. Do you realize how much time, resources, money and effort they put into this? They have tried to manipulate, brainwash, and force you. They have been attempting to scare you.  . . . make you feel guilty . . . bribe you with gifts, confuse you, to question your reality and also your sanity. Abandon your principles, morals and values . . . but wait, stop the presses.

Perhaps time has come to see the real villains for who they are—Bill Gates, Anthony Fauci, Klaus Schwab, WHO, and others who have premeditated this grand set-up and pandemic and have other plans in the pike to enslave us all, as suggested by Wildwood Kin.

However—they are a few—and we are many. In ancient times it was written, “the meek will inherit the earth”. As a dear friend of mine says, “meek” was a poor choice for translation. For this powerful meek person is you—us! We are the most powerful on the planet. We choose to evaluate another with the criteria of Love, not wealth, position or situation. We are the ones who will change negative to positive—evil to kindness. We are the ones who have the power to heal individuals and groups and are changing the planet itself. We know that Love is the true source of power—and we create it. WE are the ones that warriors of darkness fear. Love is the “champion of the times.” It’s the bond of the Universe and power of the field. We must all shine our light as we are the one shifting this turning tide of global transformation, awareness and healing! Now, go shine your Light!

Sensing the Bigger Picture

“That man from Sulphur Creek had spoken the truth when telling how cold it sometimes got in the country. And he had laughed at him at the time! That showed one must not be too sure of things.”

― Jack London, To Build A Fire

Have Masks become the new religion or even scarier, a brainwashing technique to control and enslave a population or an entire world? Remember the Borg? “Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.” There are a few of us, in the minority, that have resisted this collective mind control. Scientific studies show face masks represent no benefit in stopping the transmission of COVID-19, and yet there is belief and a pushed fanatical narrative that they offer protection against the virus. The timbre keeps getting louder with greater intensity as the dangerous narrative grows extremely ferocious.

I believe I hold my own power within.  Something deep inside my being cannot comply. It is as if my soul vowed and screamed, “Never again! “  Did you know? For over four centuries, the church “briddled” women to silence them in the presence of men. (Horrific and tragic considering women were respected as the spiritual arm of the couple and community in Lemuria.) Puritan Pilgrims in the early days of this country were also forced to wear metal masks while being severely punished, for offenses when “free thinkers” violated their cultural or religious values, or if you were identified as a witch. There were still others who used metal masks and devices to silence those imprisoned throughout history, including captured African slaves. Masks were for torture and punishment—for enforced compliance and control. Here we are again, the mandated use of face masks to represent a “culture of silence, slavery, and social death.”

Souls have been transitioning from this flu—and all dis-ease for lifetimes. However, for this particular flu, the mantra on an unspoken level is this invisible enemy will kill you. Yes, people have died. But which is a better death?  Is a long battle with cancer a better death? What about complications from diabetes? A stoke? A car accident? Are we responsible for these deaths too? Remember, we are eternal and forever, playing our part as human beings in a test of energy (consciousness). We cannot cause someone to leave or die. We do not have that power. We come and we go and we come and we go—cycling on and off the planet. We cannot see the bigger picture, plan or potential, but only a few pixels at best. In fact, all illness and disease comes from within—and our higher-self and our Soul are in charge. We are here to learn and grow and find the God inside. Disease does not exist in a high-consciousness soul. There is something bigger at play.

Yet, have you ever noticed that the Church takes responsibility for your soul? The Government for your finances? (We’ll take care of you. Did you receive your $600.00 dollar check?) and our Sickcare Healthcare system for your health. Isn’t it high time we take responsibility upon ourselves?

Let’s start with those pointless masks—unless of course you want to be enrolled even deeper as a slave to Mr. Global—whoever that massless group is! I’ll call it brainwashing. BTW, the characteristics of brainwashing are: mental dependency, psychological addiction, mental imprisonment. Also, throwing away your inner voice or intuitive guidance.  Handing over decision making in an area to someone or something else is also on the list. What about having an unquestioning absolute acceptance of one source or group? Let’s call that deep programing by the media that blasts the fear minute by minute 24/7—and when it seems to ease—changes the game and rules to include things such as “asymptomatic carriers” and never mind about the 99% who recover from this flu. What about the extensive censorship of people who disagree with this narrative? Or those that have been murdered? Why?

Yes, I do believe it was engineered by man. I do believe it “escaped” prematurely from the Lab. I believe both China and, I’m sorry to say, USA were involved. Isn’t it interesting that Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci were talking about a pandemic since 2015? Did they have a crystal ball or have they been involved in its development from the beginning? The virus, test kits and “so called” vaccine are all patented—and many stand to profit billions. The hardest part in this diabolical plan was getting people enrolled into the funnel for the chemical vasectomy to our divinely designed RNA. Some of the most educated are even finding that this doesn’t even meet the definition of a vaccine. But, fear solved that problem, didn’t it? Many, many are getting their “vaccine” despite no benefits of immunity, resistance, or life returning to normal. Where is the common sense?

The evidence doesn’t support mask wearing, but brainwashing does. So does social distancing. So does separating everyone and creating fear—to the invisible enemy. Throughout history, men of power have enslaved and controlled others. This is the fight between Light and Dark. It is a wake-up call to the masses.  Our strength is our Light and Love. We can’t be in fear and Love at the same time. What will you choose?

As a good friend of my says, “Those who sit in the circle of their own creation are the ones who are peaceful.” Seek answers from within. Question everything, and know you are a piece of God. No man, vaccine or mask can give you anything that you don’t already have inside. Go there. Find your strength and protection there. Step out of fear and into Love. After all, Love is the greatest power in the Universe and for Us—and it will overcome whatever obstacle we face—even a plandemic!

The Eye of the Storm—The Transformation of Our World

Unusual times we are in—confusing—and misunderstood—we look for answers wherever we can find them. I offer a perspective you can adopt or reject in this blog. I find it gives me peace, hope and an outlook at our new beginnings as a global, national and personal capacity for growth and expansion.

I am in the Northwest for a visit. I grew up here. I enjoy the energy of the mountains, lakes, Puget Sound and forests as a reprieve from the tropical hot intense energy of South Florida; not good or bad, just different.

This year I chose to drive. I needed the solitude and an absence and break from the constant fear I felt from so many. An energy I cannot get behind. I also decided to camp my way here. It was the decision to make a simple connection back to the earth and to myself. Although, along the way, I had conversations with a number of others also escaping from the oppression of the news and fearful continuing messages pounding away designed to “keep us inline.” They too needed a break. I shared my perspective—and it seemed to bring some relief— common sense to the chaos we are in presently. A perspective not many had considered—so I share it with you today.

What if—just what if . . . we are in the midst of a “reboot”? What if this started over 30 years ago? What if we all agreed that we were going to the next step in our evolution as a human race? And, what if in order to do this we needed to clean house? And all those things that have been hidden behind the metaphorical closed doors, are now coming to the Light? We have been in the Procession of the Equinoxes. Procession in Latin means to “move forward.” So, the Procession of the Equinoxes means we are moving forward out of one older energy and into another, new.  (Seen as kind of a wobble in space and predicted by the ancients.) This new energy is a place humanity has never been before while on the earth and of course is a different part of space. It is sending us new “data” fed to the grids, based on intent and is birthing our higher consciousness or thinking. This new information is one of more benevolence, tolerance and respect: it is more loving and compassionate. We are moving into a mindset where we will finally begin to stop the abuses of Mother Earth and each other. Yes, it will take a while—but like the saying goes—by the ancient Chinese philosopher, Lao Tzu, “A journey of a thousand miles starts beneath one’s feet.”

We chose to be here. We are boots on the ground. We are in the test of energy. And we are being watched and are affecting the entire Universe(s) and cosmic sea. We are part of the divine creative source and along the way—we will begin to recognize our magnificence. What if . . . the souls who are leaving during this COVID event are also being reset and will be right back? We are eternal and forever—in both directions—not just one. I believe they will be recalibrated, revitalized, renewed and reset to the new vibration of the earth plane. What if they have chosen this for the greater good—for the whole?  Like passing the baton in a relay race, only in a circle of time? What if the fires, storms, and quakes as of late are part of this shift in consciousness, and will bring new perspective and priorities for what’s next in our lives? There is unrest, but it moves energy and creates change. What if this time is about asking critical questions and question all we thought to be true is true? Asking what we’ve been taught, or what we believe? Could it be bigger? Grander? And better than we ever imagined? Can it ultimately bring more joy? What if these times are to awaken the shepherd in all of us? What if these times are about taking our power back? What if these trying times leads us to our divine and magnificent roots? What if this is the greatest shift of Humanities existence so far? Can we imagine the possibilities of where we can go?

How about a simple “YES? Our future and our reality are unfolding before our eyes. We participate every day. Remember you are Cosmos creating its own creative field and its own future with all you think, do and say—everyday. All correctly aligns and works with precision. What is your “What if?” Make it a good one! ❀

LOVE IN THE AIR

Several years ago now—I resisted the gym, which, I must say I thought was strange, but there was such a pull to be outside.  It had been coming—but this particular year—I couldn’t go back to the stuffy atmosphere and stationary workout equipment I knew so well. Something strong was calling me, so I went with it. I called it Gaia. I needed to walk—to feel the fresh air and sit by the beach. To commune with the palm trees and sand, the unique tropical birds and big bright green iguanas who watched me, silently; weird moveable eyelids and their prehistoric nature all became part of my experience.  And then one day it became routine. Every morning for almost two years I walked the neighborhood. In the process—I said hello to new faces and others became familiar on my walk each morning; soon I had old friends that I passed each day waving to and greeting with a smile. I watched the neighborhood change as houses were put up for sale and new families moved in. Other houses were remodeled, and their new beautiful renovations updated the quiet streets. Lawn and maintenance crews were always present somewhere along the way like standard fixtures. So were the police, waitresses—and the businesses of Lauderdale by the Sea and the community in which I lived; it was all mine.

And, then there was Richard. He worked as a maintenance man at one of the big elegant condominiums on the beach. Normally, most mornings when I passed by, he was out in front with a hose—washing the side walk. I said hello—and he smiled—and said hello back. Occasionally, as I got to know him better, we would chat for a few minutes. Never very long—as there were cameras everywhere he would say—and he wasn’t keen for trouble.  So, most mornings—it was a wave and a hello and a smile and a cordial wish for a good day. We all have people in our lives like this—and I enjoyed his smile and energy as much as he enjoyed mine.

And then, like the tide—I was called back to the gym. And, I would now only walk occasionally. Months later—while walking “my route”—Richard was out in front washing the sidewalk like always. I said hello—and he said, “where have you been?”  I told him I had gone back to the gym—he said he had missed me, asking for my number.

To my surprise, he called me. We met at Starbucks a few times to talk. I gave him one of my books. I learned he was a gifted musician and music was his passion. He was divorced. He had two children. He had been born in Jamaica. I shared my story too. But, most of all Richard was just sweet. He had a contagious smile and caring eyes. And, probably one of the nicest people I knew. Our friendship grew—and he would drop over to the house from time to time. He played his CD for me one day—and his voice and talent were amazing. I’d make him coffee if he’d had a long day—and we continued to talk about life; never shallow conversations. Our friendship was real and honest. I guess that’s what made it so special. When I was out of town and hurricane Irma was barreling in our direction—it was Richard who came over and hauled in all my stuff in and prepared my house for the storm. That’s who he was.

On October 29th he texted me at 8:09 am. The text said . . . “Good morning”. “Thinking bout u.” I respond back—“Good morning! How are you doing?” “im good can i stop by”. “What time?” I replied. “Now” he texted back to me. (I was in the middle of breakfast for my LAL students who live in my house—and still hadn’t had my coffee.) I texted him. “Later?”, I asked? “Ok i will try.” But that day went like a flash and we did not meet.

On November 5th my cell phone rang. It was a 305 area code and a number I didn’t recognize but I answered it anyway. “This is Richard’s friend Noel”, the caller began. “Richard died last night.” I paused, “Richard Friesland I asked?” “No Richard Harvey”, the gentleman replied. What? I paused drawing a blank for a nanosecond as my brain searched for meaning. “WHAT?” I said again. “How did this happen? When?” I was shocked—and told Noel—I needed a few minutes to process this untimely news. Richard was 43 and had young children. “How could this be?”, I thought to myself.

I talked to his brother Ian several times—he sounded just like Richard. I attended his funeral two weeks ago.  It was a celebration of his life! But, I miss him today. Without realizing it, he had impacted me in a very subtle and profound way. His brother said he talked about me a lot. I guess I had impacted him too.

As I reflect  on our friendship—I guess you never realize how somebody’s going to impact you—or what meaning they hold in store for you. And, how this “chance encounter” would affect me so deeply today.  I feel him around me. I “hear” his voice and laughter. I wonder if he is one of my guides now? I feel that he is. (My friend Annie confirmed this is in fact so.) And wonder now, if that is why I had such a pull to walk pulling away from the gym? I know there are no coincidences or accidents. I also know that there is no such thing as an inappropriate death.

Before his “graduation from earth school”, his young nephew awoke from a deep slumber—walked into his Mother’s bedroom and said, “Richard can’t stay. He’s got to go.” Two days later Richard was gone from a undiagnosed kidney infection.

I know that there was a love between us that was unexplainable—an undefined intense soul connection—that I for one didn’t understand. Maybe he did?

I think it is important with all the division and fighting, and angst in the world right now—and in the United States in particular, to create a unity with others. At the end of the day—we are all the same—all from the creative source—all with divinity inside. We must throw away the idea of separateness and embrace our Love for one another; one Human Being to another. This much I know is true. I think Richard did too.

Cassadaga

orb-2Over the years the names Cassadaga and Lily Dale surface from time to time—some who visited the villages’ reported they were wowed by the experience—some, not-so-much.  And, so it was that our Matrix Energetics Healing Group decided to take take a field trip to the famous spiritual camp this past weekend and check it out for ourselves.

All of the fanfare of course is billed upon the unseen energies, spirits, mediums, ghosts, and the existence of life after death; a minuscule community established in 1894 by a man named Colby which is spread over 57 acres of outback land in Central Florida.  I certainly believed in these things—how could I channel—and counsel about spiritual things without such understanding or belief myself?  It was a given. Our lives and our natures were so much bigger than what we saw in the mirror everyday.

I don’t consider myself a “spiritualist”.  For that matter, the first time I was asked if I was a light worker, I just shrugged my shoulders and was confused by the question.  I was unfamiliar with the term a dozen years ago; now I feel the importance of the task. We are way showers and bridges to the future on earth; an expanded vision of who we really are.   I always knew that I didn’t fit well into mainstream not realizing I was an old soul; I heard the beat of my own drum and followed it.  Sure I had wisdom, but I thought everyone should have that “knowing” and knowledge buried deep—wherever those things were contained.  I smiled at how far my journey had led me.

I had come easily to grasp upon these expanded views that quickly surpassed my traditional upbringing; It was an intellectual archaeological dig of our true divine beginnings for me and I was open for something more; the quest was exciting.  There was always something that was limiting, untold or left out; a piece of the puzzle missing within the modern religious orders.  Had we done our best? Perhaps, it was just the churches fear of going to far.  Whatever that meant.  They wouldn’t  want to empower their followers after all; that meant less money in the coffers. Lol. Maybe more of a video game hierarchy  was closer to the truth. Each level gained more points.

Somewhere along the way, we had descended the evolutionary ladder—with our consciousness and DNA only working about a third or less of its true capability. The ancients’ views had been mocked or absent from our culture, a bias of sorts condemned to stray to far outside the keepers of theology, the study of divinity, truth and God.  It seemed to be a private club of power, knowledge and control. In the end, “we” became the conquerors of yesteryear, now  modern-day missionaries condemning the indigenous peoples beliefs as somehow wrong.  Just maybe, they knew something we did not?

Fast-forward back to the 21st century, this was a quest for me. A quest of reading and learning and being open-minded to more.  It was an exhilarating exploration that I yearned for—a truth seeker of sorts; those ideas and philosophies that resonated with my soul, not necessarily the neighbor next door.

The class and then tour began at 7:30 pm in Cassadaga but not without a slide presentation offering proof to those in the room—but what I already knew.  I had years of orbs, unexplained lights, shadows and “paranormal” energies already on my iPhone; they are everywhere.  More normal than we realize.

In spite of how the title and name looked, they were in their box; god was apart, outside and separated from ourselves.  There was nothing especially different except the external effort they put in trying to prove their theories.  I wanted to interject to the audience to use their discernment; it was not my place.  But I ask you now to use your discernment—and seek your truth—not someone else’s ideas passed down through the generations by some male authority figure outfitted colorful silk regalia.

Women have always provided the spiritual component in human relationships—it is one of our strengths and our gift.  Not just in this life time but over the eons humanity has been here working through the darkness to the light; humanities journey among the Universes and galaxies.  Since underneath our human costumes—we are part of God.  It’s time to let our magnificence shine.  After all the human soul is not really human.  Death is simply a transfer of energy.  Our pineal gland is sort of a human wi-fi device picking up information and translated into thoughts and words to guide, nudge and teach us.  I know it is always working.  (How else could I awaken from a deep sleep and ask if Joshua, my oldest son, had made it home from work during a part-time job in high school—only to find out he was not and the pickup truck he was driving would not start. We were there in an instant. How did I know?)  Something bigger and larger kept my family safe.

The biggest point before I close—is this is the planet of free choice—the choice to discover and know the divinity inside. And, no matter what the face of god looks to you,  it is triggered by our pure intent.  We are the one who must open the door; no one can do it for you.  Is it time to open the door and discover the god inside you? And, CLAIM it for your own.  Lighting the torch is easy–all it takes is a “YES”.

Milestones

img_2845It had already been a few weeks of significant change and major life events for me as a boarded another flight out of Ft. Lauderdale ten days ago. I was headed for Boston’s Logan International; my youngest son David, was getting married to a beautiful young woman named Hannah. They had fallen in love seven years prior while they were both in college.  Now they were marking the beginning of yet another cycle in their relationship; a vow to each other and commitment to their future together.

Weeks before, I had celebrated my Mother’s 85th birthday with my siblings and their families on the cool Pacific Ocean in the picturesque town of Cannon Beach, Oregon.  Thirteen days later my Mother would pass unexpectedly in her sleep; a surprise to all. She, on the soul level, was complete.  The end of another cycle; her transition was proof as shocking and surreal as it seemed to us, upon receiving the heartbreaking phone call.  We were all together again. This time at her memorial service appropriately held in the First Hill neighborhood at the historic Trinity Episcopal Parish in Seattle.  This was a place of memories; she had been married there—so had my brother.  She had held a similar service where we sat upon her own Mother’s passing—my grandmother and my namesake; I remember that, so many years ago.   History on many levels as I learned that her Father had helped to found the still beautiful old English Gothic Revival landmark; milestones. . . .

At my son’s wedding, I would be seeing my ex-husband and his new wife. He was a reminder of another milestone: my painful divorce in 2006. I would be saying hello to my aging ex-mother-in-law, seeing my happy, energetic red-headed two-year old grandson, my oldest son Joshua and his wife Jessica, and meeting Hannah’s parents and sisters for the first time.

I had vowed to myself to show up powerful, balanced, peaceful and loving.  I felt, I had fulfilled that promise—to myself:  for me that was another milestone and cycle that was complete.  I had been working towards that resolution for the last ten years.  It was the mastery inside that I strove for daily, and my compassion and evenness was proof that day.  These events, coming like hard packed snowballs, one after another, certainly acted as good barometers for not only myself—but can be markers, for all of us—on how far we’ve come, or how much work on ourselves we have left to do. No denial or illusion would mask any remaining sorrow, grief, anger or emotional hurt which remained.

Milestones— those major events in our lives are happening all the time to everyone.  They are defined as a “significant event or stage in the life, progress, development, or life of a person, or of a nation.”  We often think of birth, death, divorce, and marriage as the biggest and I believe they serve as our greatest teachers in life.

Each and every one of those events could have been a traumatic emotional sand trap; life’s hazards of sorts; “Watch Out!” However, in the center of any storm, you can stand as the unmoved mover and reside at the place of stillness within.  What comes to mind as I write this blog, is the merry-go-rounds they had in parks when I grew up.  You could more easily stand the ride if you could get to the middle of the quickly moving circular metal platform—a brightly painted spinning disc with welded grab bars called fun!   On the outer edges the ride was definitely more dizzying and much harder to hang on.  Isn’t life like that too?  How easy or difficult is it to get to the center of ourselves—our eternal core of strength when there is so much change happening so quickly? This can be dizzying too. The core of internal strength, please remember, is that which we carry inside ourselves.  It is in everyone. It is that piece of the divine that so many dismiss as separate, and external from our very being.  But, acknowledging this I AM strength is a gift we can access at any time; it’s there for the asking.

And then I wonder and ask, do we need to be more like the leaf on the river, always being guided around the rocks and undercurrents? When we are able to trust this always spinning revolution and know that our lives are co-created by our complete and whole beingness including that God-part within; we are like the leaf.   Or are we barely hanging on for dear life, dizzy, shaken, and too weak and unable to stand upright?

I have come to believe the Wheel of Fortune—represents the wheel of life.  It is a powerful metaphor for our lives; our milestones.  It continually moves—up and down.  It is our job to stand in the center.  At the highest level, writes Pamela Eakins, the wheel is seen as “the wheel of consciousness and a wheel of evolving destiny.”  She continues, “The Wheel of Fortune is seen as a path that brings individuality into alignment with the movement of the Cosmos.”

When necessary these past weeks, I felt strong.  I felt compassion.  I have allowed myself to be vulnerable.  I have been loving. I am at peace.  I felt like I have stood at the center of the wheel. I feel like I am in alignment with the Universe.  I have pulled on this strength within and I invite you to do the same.

“As the world turns,

so do I.

When I change for the good,

I can touch the sky.”

Dear Dad . . . Open Letter for Father’s Day

IMG_0967

Dad’s 80th Birthday–with siblings:  L to R, Chris, Caryl, Cathrine, Charles Jr

Dear Dad,

I won’t be calling or sending you a card this year, but you already know that, don’t you?  It has been almost a year since your transition—or what I affectionally call ‘your graduation day’ (from earth school).  Your expansion and lessons for this incarnation complete. I cannot be sad; that would be selfish.  I saw your frustrations—exasperations—and vexations prior to your exit. Life did not hold the same pleasures or satisfaction; no words were necessary to explain, I knew. Unexplainable to most, I know you have not left me or anyone dear to you for that matter.   I know you are with me always—everyday—and every moment; divinity hidden behind the veil of mystery. Separation only an illusion.

We all react differently to death. I must say that I know you are around me more now than when you were here physically as my Father.  I know you helped me bury my cat Sasha last October.  In my minds-eye, I heard you tell me “go get your gloves and shovel.” We did that together. To confess, it’s not because I ever felt disconnected  but, because I know a piece of you has stayed with me and I know you understand more of what I’m about; who I am and what I believe.  I know I confused you at times; but that is ok too.  You get me now.  Your understanding has clarity. You exist in a quantum expression entangled with all here on Earth.

We said our good-bye’s in May.  I am grateful.  I never thought about what an example you were to me; I only hoped that I can impart these qualities to my own two sons. I share that now.  Perhaps, that is why we chose these soul relationships this time around?  You my father; I your eldest daughter.

I am grateful you showed me compassion by your way of being; your gentleness, caring, concern and kindness towards others. I say it kept me sane.  This way of being shown through with your customers at Equine House and the way you treated our animals; the horses, adopted dogs and barn cats.

You taught me about unconditional love.  When I married my now ex-husband, you may not have understood, but you assured me that as long as I was happy—you were happy too.  Not all parents can do that.  You stepped up when it counted.

As a young child and young adult, you always respected us—all of us.  You listened and tried your best to solve the crisis at hand;  I appreciated that you listened.  Sometimes, we just need to be heard; I needed to be heard and you were there.

You taught me patience and anticipation.  These were lessons while horseback riding, but they apply to life too.  I believe now they are a metaphor for how we live.  They were not fearful warnings, but common sense practical guidance. It works as well today, as it did decades ago. I know life is a wheel—constantly moving up and down.  Cycles within cycles; patience is key—so is trust. You taught me that too.

You taught me about the simplicity of the the small pleasures perhaps the real secret to life; that satisfaction from within.  The value of spending time with your children.  The side trips along small winding country roads back to the barns from the feed store or the hardware store. You held the space for the family vacations; that once a year camping excursion to The Big Woods camp ground, the Calgary Stampede, Grand Tetons or Yellowstone Park.  Thank you.  I too shared adventures with my sons while they were young.  I know they will one day look back fondly—just as I look back fondly now.  It could have been yesterday.

Most recently, I discovered you always loved to finish your dinner with a dessert. I never realized that growing up; maybe everything was lost in the hustle of school and hurried family dinners.  It was only when I visited those few weeks each year, I discovered this nugget.  I understand Grandfather was like that too—the apple never falls far from the tree.  (smiling) There was a child-like pleasure when Linda ( your wife) and I announced we had a sweet-treat to complete the meal baking in the oven.  A twinkle in your eyes, and smile as a child like innocence couldn’t contain the excitement over the confection presented; an image indelibly seared forever in my mind.  I recall the bakery that we used to visit every trip to Washington in La Conner; that delicious apple dumpling—more like a single serving apple pie!  How cool is that Dad? I found a recipe on line. I know you’ll enjoy it with me—when I make it at home!

And so, on this Father Day—I know you view the world differently these days from your new vantage point; I don’t know how that looks.  You know what I am thinking. You know more about me than I know about myself.  You know many of the secrets of the Universe that I would love to know—and that’s ok. I’ll wait.  But, one thing I do know, is love is something that rends the veil.  It is a multidimensional attribute.  And so, from my soul to yours, I wish you Happy Father’s Day—and Thank you for being you!  Recorded in the history of earth and humanity—that will never change and always be part of who we are—and who we have been and for that I can celebrate this day and all Fathers’ Days to come!

Love Always,

Cathrine

Oh, and no, I won’t forget the Vanilla Ice Cream—I know it wouldn’t be complete without the frozen sweet topping melting over the hot apple dessert!  LOL  Yum. 🙂

My Father’s Death

Dear Fellow Travelers and Beloved Souls,

IMG_5926

Me, holding his horse as a young colt.

As most of you know from my Facebook post, on July 6th, I unexpectedly and suddenly lost my loving, gentle, and kindhearted  father.  He was 84.  The obituary in the paper began  . . . the gentle giant. . . I never saw him that way, but many did with his 6’6” stature. I just knew him as ‘Dad.’ The services were Monday, July 13th—the day after my 58th birthday.

At the funeral services many different ideas and beliefs surfaced as we all directly faced the question of death and mortality.  I realized this as a spontaneous mini-exposĂ© in front of those gathered,  speaking at the microphone that my father would be back. I would know him, I continued,  this time playing on the playground, laughing and joyful—perhaps as my grandson—and we would recognize each other when I saw his eyes; the windows to the soul. Life is a continuous circle with —no beginning and no end.  We are eternal and forever and as old as the cosmos. In esoteric circles it is accepted  that we most often reincarnate in karmic  (old term) or akashic groups.  As close family and friends gathered in the small Weller chapel together; we witnessed, his journey as Charles complete. And those he touched were tearful as we said our good-byes; big or small, he had touched us all.

Who was he? And, who are we? Each milestone always begs questions, bigger questions from us all, does it not?  I share what resonates; it may or may not with you—but this is my truth.  God doesn’t change; we do. Try it on.  Does it make you feel better?  More at peace?  Or does it shake your belief system?  Make you uncomfortable?  It is not meant to; these ideas are meant to bring peace.  Remember these are just words and thoughts—nothing harmful or anything to fear—ideas, that’s all.

If we look back in history, we are aware of other belief systems that at one time were true—only to be replaced by updated ideas and new systems of belief.  Two of my favorites are when we as humanity believed the earth was flat, or that germs did not exist, only because we could not see them; they were there all along.  We think differently today.  Is this multi-dimensional view simply the next step in an evolutionary process of human consciousness and acknowledging the god within?  Perhaps a  growth, expansion and awareness of our individual divinity?  That we are the light?

Could it be as simple as putting down our elementary school primer—and graduating to a high school or college text?  I ask you to ponder this possibility.  Of course, there will never be any proof until we take our last breath and our own journey across the veil transferring our energy to our real state—our home; the great central sun.  A metaphor I like.  Great because it’s about our angelic magnificence.  Central because it’s inside us and everywhere. Sun, because we’re light and part of the creative source we call god. What a grand vision. We must each use our own discernment—even stepping back from what our intellect “knows.” These ideas come with a deep knowing and intuitive understanding about  our ‘temporary state’ here on the earth plane—certainly part of a much bigger picture than we could possibly imagine or possibly fit into our small linear 3-D brown corrugated  box on the earth plane within the multi-verses we have occupied.  Each life we live brings its own story, lessons, “tests”, wisdom and compassion. Entangled together like a collected ball of yarn with many colors and textures, our reality more akin to a grand and classic Shakespearean play.  Knowing when the curtain goes down, the one with the knife in his chest gets up and bows with the rest—going on to the cast party afterward to celebrate the success of the play.  Death is like that too.

In his life as Charles, my father was a poet and author. He was a horseman.  He was a father to four children—a husband—a son—and a brother.  He served his country. He loved his garden roses.  Red was his favorite color. He delighted in meeting others and hearing their stories.  He loved cars.  He loved to laugh.  He loved his family— fascinated in discovering his ancestral linage.  He loved to wear ties and his collection was vast and varied; fun and meaningful to him. He delighted in history, quirky humorous movies and the Washington Huskies, never missing an opportunity to don his purple and gold in his later years.    But, that is only part of our story.  It is a story of our linear bias and human mind.  It is a story that we tell ourselves and it has purpose.  But what if it was far grander than our human eyes could see?  What if this was all about learning and growing? The planet of free choice and discovering the magnificence inside and our god piece, raising the vibration and the consciousness of our planet? What if this is a catalyst for even more growth and learning; not only for us here on earth but for our cosmic family—in a mission of love?   What if it could open our eyes to something bigger—if we are only willing to look?

I know he is around me. I feel a glow around my heart.  There has been an transference of energy and he exists simply at a different vibration; he views my colors now.  I wish I could see his colors—but that is not my gift as Cathrine. Einstein taught and left us the iconic phrase ‘energy cannot be created or destroyed.’ Therefore, even science acknowledges he is around me always in that quantum multidimensional state, which restricts our full understanding of our grandness in our limited human form and perception of our multi-dimensional state.

There is a store in my neighborhood. Jezebels, carries many wonderful and unique cards. The words on one brightly colored note complete with hand-painted pink silk-screened roses and vines caught my attention one day.  “When we are born, we are crying and everyone else is smiling.  When we die, we are smiling and everyone else is crying.”

When I am sad, I think of this.  I think of all the wonderful memories we shared as Father and Daughter.  “You had a special relationship with your Dad.” my cousin wrote in his condolence card.  We did.  I hadn’t realized it was so visible to others; energy is that way. So is love. The last gift he left me was a birthday card; he loved cards.  As he lay in the hospital, my birthday was a week away.  Did he know he was not going to be here to share cake and blow out candles?  He sent his wife home to retrieve his cards; he selected one for me.  A young girl and her horse; that was me.   The early memories we shared were remarkably simple: trips to the feed store—getting hay—repairing fences—doctoring horses—the farrier—Dairy Queen.  Those easy simple times that meant the most to me as the years passed.  I told him so. He kept me sane I confessed.  The happiest memories of my childhood—and the freedom I felt at the “Barns.” Perhaps it was the same for him too?

I feel a glow around my heart.  I know it is him.  He is always with me.  We are eternal and forever in both directions. We have traveled many times before.  He graduated first.  One day it will be my turn.  We are not finished.  We have work to do on earth.  And, he will be back.  I know he feels me too and ‘hears’ this message.  I can talk to him anytime. Thank you Dad, for all the loving, simple, laughing and compassionate moments. Next time, DQ is on me!
