“Eating is my Hobby”, Said Ethel – Adventures in Canning –

Where do I begin? First off, I’m blaming Sprouts, a local grocery store, to start. One day strolling through the store a couple of years back just to pick up one item, I noticed beautiful organic strawberries on sale for 99¢ a carton.  OMG! What a bargain! As I rounded the next isle of the produce section, the grocery store had large irresistible yummy sweet potatoes priced for .99¢ a pound—rather than the regular cost of $2.49!

With no root cellar as in days gone by—especially in Florida where a shovel full of dirt may draw water and a strong hurricane may take your electricity out for weeks—the freezing option was clearly dicey at best. Canning seemed like a great alternative. Not to mention some glitches in the supply chain. Real life villains’ Bill Gates, now the largest farm-land owner in the United States, with millions invested in lab-grown Frankenfood.  And the other Real-life Bond Villain, Klaus Schwab, of WEF notoriety pitching how bugs will be our dinner and how we will totally learn to like eating them. NO. Thank. You!

So, I asked my partner in crime, “Do you wanna give canning a try?”

“Yes,” was the answer. As Ethel said to Lucy, “I Can’t Help It, Eating Is My Hobby.”

And, as I said back to my friend Ellen, “What do we have to loose?”

Step two: Ordering a 23 Qt. canner. It arrived on my doorstep in a big box in a timely manner. Now what??

I kept saying to myself this canning adventure definitely had a learning curve. You know that relationship between cost/output and how long it takes to acquire a new skill or knowledge? Although I had made jam from time to time over the years, the pressure canning thing was something that had intimated me. I had heard horror stories growing up about the dangers of pressure cookers. The organic strawberries from Sprouts were quickly turned into a luscious batch of strawberry jam sans high fructose corn syrup. But for the sweet potatoes, I needed a crash course in the finer points of pressure canning.

Enter YouTube. This highly helpful modern “education” platform is a great go-to. It most certainly gives you a hand when learning a new skill whether fixing your garage door opener, repairing a washing machine or learning how to pressure can. I speak here from experience. Real people, as you know, walk you through whatever your issue, using their expertise and experience on with just about any subject. I found videos from “Pioneer Women”, “Preppers” and healthy, helpful Canning sites. Bingo!

In all seriousness, food is more than just a hobby, not to disregard poor Ethel. Our food and what we ingest is a foundational pillar in our well-being. It drives our energy. It nourishes our cells in every part of our physical body and gives us a robust vitality—all designed by the Creative Source. There is a partnership with the Earth. No amount of creative chemistry designed to LOOK like food can give us what Mother Nature’s bounty provides. Period.

The last two years learning to can have been fulfilling. We watched videos on how to do beef stew. And, it’s delicious, btw and easy! We canned spaghetti sauce. We found asparagus on sale and canned it. After all it’s so expensive for a can and an excellent vegetable for health. We canned white potatoes, and of course the sweet ones. We have even ventured to hamburger and turkey. It didn’t stop there. Out of the kitchen we have produced Strawberry and Mango-Raspberry jam. We made Ginger Marmalade using homegrown ginger. We tried our hand with Lemon Curd, again with excellent results. Oh and I can’t forget the delicious Cranberry Sauce which is NOT just for the Thanksgiving table. lol Our latest, canned success, was fresh peaches.

We use wholesome ingredients. No preservatives. No mysterious ingredients you can’t pronounce or can’t identify. Canning is simply the way our Mothers, Grandmothers and Great-Grandmothers preserved the fresh bounty of wonderful, health-giving and nutritious food that have kept humanity going for generations.

So, don’t drag your feet—get to work and try something new! You will be pleasantly surprised.

“Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.”

What Are We Doing To Our Food?

For decades I have been what many consider a “foodie”. But, this was who I was long before the term became “a thing”. I began my young adulthood subscribing to Gourmet Magazine—and saved every issue for five years. After having my two boys, I decided that the new publications, Eating Well and Cooking Light may be better choices. (There was no internet at the time.) And although the bulk of my beloved Gourmet magazines were discarded many years ago, a few saved favorite recipes still make their appearance from time to time today.  My interest in food, nutrition and well-being shows itself in my monthly newsletter—encouraging folks to get back into the kitchen. After all, among many benefits, that is where the love is procured. There is energy in what we make and eat. Good ingredients are key, and we control what ingredients our meals contain. None of those unpronounceable “ingredients”, thank you! So is the attitude in our meal preparation; that’s an imbued energy too. Make it Love, not anger or resentment!

The food we eat, and the nutrition we need are pillars and a significant, often overlooked, foundation to our well-being. Unfortunately, it’s continued deceit over the last 50+ years is evident today. It’s projected to get worse, unless we stand together, and resist this craziness and continued dissolution of live-sustaining REAL food.

I am a graduate of the Institute of Integrated Nutrition. I enrolled in a Culinary Instructors Training program back in 2014. Diane Carlson, my instructor—announced rather abruptly one afternoon, “You clearly have a relationship with food.” I smiled. Yes I do. Yet, it goes beyond the meals I prepare. I know it is tied directly to our health and well-being, something that allopathic medicine is just beginning to admit and recognize.  It is clearly another piece of the wellness puzzle, and one perhaps that is denied by many. Food is more than just fuel! Sadly, we have to be more and more mindful of what we buy, eat and consume. We must check labels and be extremely vigilant. If you haven’t noticed—the rules and regulations enacted, that are supposed to protect us from harmful substances, by our government have eroded and are no longer there. Not really. Its become a shell game of pretend, influenced by lobbyists, and the corporate agriculture door between them and government and vise-versa.

It seems the end game is to actually make us unhealthy—because an unhealthy population falls to their knees and is easier to control in all aspects of daily life. Game over. It also feeds the Big Pharma Mafia.

Belonging to this elite control group is, Henry Kissinger, still alive today. He noted in his 1973 address a particularly chilling thought: “Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world”

Since then the United States has been on track to deliberately destroy family farming in the US and abroad. This has led to 95% of all grain reserves in the world being under the control of six multinational agribusiness corporations. US export strategy in the 1970s was to further control food supplies. In fact, I recently spoke to a young farmer in Virginia. He is a third or 4th generation apple farmer, and said, “they can’t even pay the land taxes—that their Apples sit in warehouses—unsold—from last year.” I feel a deeper darker story there . . . Yet, I digress.

In recent off-mainstream news, if you follow such things, businessman and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates is reported to be the largest private owner of agriculture in the USA, owning some 270+ million acres. He is also highly invested in fake lab grown meat and chicken. Why? What’s the recent interest in farming Bill? Another new initiative of the Biden Regime is called 30 x 30. This move is designed to control 30% of the (farming) land by 2030. Why? What’s the bigger plan unfolding? After the last three years, it can’t be good!

Remember, this is the same group who are also pushing us that we will enjoy eating bugs. I understand they are slowly being added to packaged ingredients—and will be integrated into our food supply. I write this, not to alarm you—but to be mindful of another agenda and to take active steps on what you eat and purchase. And, read labels! These folks are profit driven, and when we vote with our dollar—it creates a huge impact in their corporate decisions. I needn’t remind you of Bud Light. The awareness and Light we create is what can put a huge wedge into the forward progressing Trojan horse and the dark’s warped agendas. Connecting the dots is important no matter how we currently feel. Or what we don’t really want to see.

The holistic way of life considers not only the spiritual, mental-emotional but physical aspects of our life.  All these areas are necessary to maintain and create vitality. Our innate wisdom and cellular structure knows what we are eating! It can’t be fooled.

Here are a few things to examine for yourselves:

  • Fluoride is a neurotoxin, and according to Toby Rogers, America began adding it to our cities water supply in 1945. When you look at a bottle of water, you’ll see “freshwater source” written across the bottle with beautiful mountains and pristine rivers in the background. But the truth is nearly 64% of bottled water sold in the U.S is filtered tap water, according to a 2018 report from the advocacy group Food & Water Watch.10  I purchased a Kangen alkaline machine in 2009. You may consider the same.
  • I had many a housemates that consistently microwaved their dinners. Not only is this highly processed food detrimental to our health, but whatever nutritional value might have remained—the microwaves changed the molecular structure of their food as it heated “from the inside out”. So, why have they pushed and placed a microwave in just about EVERY kitchen in America? Mine, only served as a “bread box’ and kept food safe from wandering ants and BIG wandering cockroaches. Remember, I live in Florida. And we seem to be unable to keep the “wildlife” outside. It is what it is!
  • Round-up is another bad one. By 2007, it had become the most used herbicide in the United States. An estimated 1.4 billion pounds of Roundup are used in more than 160 countries each year. Roundup and its key ingredient, glyphosate, have been linked to several types of cancer, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), b-cell lymphoma and leukemia. Internal Monsanto documents, whose parent company is now Bayer,  also demonstrate repeated attempts, some successful, to manipulate published scientific studies and media reports in favor of glyphosate safety. Seems like we’ve seen this strategy before! Can you say Co-vid? Yet the US government continues to allow this to be sprayed on the food we eat. (And, don’t even get me started on the horrific GMO’s. I never knew anyone allergic to wheat growing up! It’s another “new” thing!) To be helpful, I’ve listed the dirty dozen—and the Clean 15. Produce that should be organic to eat (but still washed) because in order to move them across state lines, they have to be sprayed with—pesticides. But less. The clean 15 you pretty much peel or grows underground.
  • Dirty Dozen: Strawberries, Spinach, Kale, collard and mustard greens, peaches, pears, nectarines, apples, grapes, bell and hot peppers, cherries, blueberries and green beans.
  • The clean 15 are: Avocados, sweet corn (75% is GMO), pineapples, onions, papayas, sweet peas, asparagus, Honeydew melons, Kiwi, cabbage, mushrooms, mangos, sweet potatoes, watermelon, carrots.

Our food is being altered and becoming unrecognizable to our cells. The Pesticides are toxic to our system. Farms lands are being captured. Bottom line is we need to pay attention to the continuing changing world around us. As one who appreciates our real food grown—with integrity and the inherent nutrition that comes with Mother Nature’s divine wisdom.  It is necessary and important to be aware of continued threats to our food and our food supply and to our farmers. Vitamins, minerals, and nutrients from what we have grown over the course of our history has provided us with life.

We as a society and civilization cannot let the controlling government powers—the private sector technocracies —and the skewed visions of the Klaus Schwab’s WEF, his followers and the Bill Gate’s multiple “non-profits” and charities of the world take our freedom— snatch our farm lands, and choke us all with their version of so-called food. We in the United States must continue to resist the Monsanto/Bayer—Roundup invasion that so many countries are beginning to refuse. We must respect our Earth and the life giving energy she gives us, which sustains our life and well-being.

We must grow and enjoy wholesome food which becomes our nutrition and our life force energy. We must support each other in true health and not one bolstered by dozens of pharmaceuticals just to remain “alive”. I for one believe we must have access to good wholesome food, grown in healthy soil, under the sun and sky. We all need that relationship to be reestablished as a key ingredient to good health, vitality and well-being. I leave you with this thought:

“For thousands of years, these foods (re: allergies to seeds, grains, legumes, eggs, and dairy.) have worked for humanity. In these cases you speak about, the main culprit continues to be the way in which these foods are collected and processed. You won’t find these allergies in third-world countries, and you won’t find them within the children who work on farms, where they eat the foods directly. There will eventually have to come a day when you relax some of your efficiency attributes and go back to the way food was meant to be collected and eaten. And yes… there are effects from how the dairy animals are treated, too. Going back to some basics will help, and so will eliminating some of the procedures that supposedly create a “safer food.” These procedures have instead made them begin to look like foreign food to the Human body.” Kryon

Being RIGHT or Being HEALTHY

Sometimes we need to know when to lay down our sword. It may have served us at one time—or over the years perhaps, but there comes a point, when “it” must be laid to rest. Our personal need to be right, even if justified, does more harm than good over the long haul.  The greatest strength in fact, is when we are able to release our ego’s insecurities, secrets, blame, disappointment, loss, fear or suppressed negative emotions and step into the trust and surrender of the Universe’s support, which is Love. It is after-all a lesson we set up for ourselves, ironically. A message from us to us to be healed at last. If it’s a relationship with another, see it as an indicator of the other’s level of consciousness or ours—this divine set-up and a box that can be checked as completed—forgive and move on. It’s time! Why wallow in the fight when you can use your energy, and invest in what you truly desire—rather than that old albatross tethered to your back. How long must you carry this weight? How many lifetimes will you carry this lesson? Can we trust and allow that other soul to have their journey as well? Could we possibly see the gift? Why do we hold another so small? Why is our need to control so great? Can’t we just lay our sword down?

Holding onto anger is like drinking poison, and expecting the other person to die. The energy of anger is a ticking time-bomb. But other things to contemplate would include self-judgment or the noisy inner-critic that others mirror back to me.  Why do these feelings of hostility boil inside me—like that whistling tea kettle on the stove—reminding me—screaming—of these unsettled feelings inside I try so hard to ignore? That damn kettle! Yet, they bubble up—there’s no keeping them away. What beliefs or opinions keep me in a prison of my own design? What eats me up inside? (Negative Feelings need an outlet for expulsion.) Why do I have such an uncompromising attitude? Or why is it that I feel so rigid and cannot bend? Can we rewrite the story? Am I open to something new? Am I open to Love?

When we ignore these emotional sign-posts—the body amps up the game. Now we have compounded the unresolved emotional triggers with a physical issue—and another—and another and another. The cosmic 2×4 just swings harder hoping we get this message from ourselves. One thing is true, you can’t play “Uncle” with the Universe and win. These lessons are here for our growth and expansion—that we actually designed for ourself. We can make it easy or hard. The choice is always up to us.

We must take responsibility for our own healing journey. It cannot be delegated to another. Perhaps, in a greater understanding of divine cosmic Love, peace, joy, harmony, mercy and compassion we must pay attention, to these concepts and turn the page. It is ours and ours alone. It is only us that can dislodge the causes of our trauma. Can we know our true self?

Everything is neutral. It’s the meaning we give it. It’s funny, that there are no problems—only events. “It’s the mind that turns the event into a problem.” Yet, you are the creator in your own micro-universe. You have a choice to be victim or victor. Everything that happens to us is of our creation, desire and need. Isn’t it time we drop the old consciousness—the old worn out story—the tape in our mind, and instead embrace our divine elegance and magnificence? Isn’t that what we came here to do?

We are Earth Angels, here in disguise, to do good. We are here on time with our Soul Partner, Mother Earth, and our mission, that needs a higher consciousness and increased vibration to move this global shift forward. It takes us all to play our part. Are we ready to be healthy? Are we ready for resolution? Are we ready to be free? Are you willing to love yourself?

As the Ancient Tibetan Monk, Dong How Li reminds us, “Truly the heart is your treasure. It is the seat of all your healing powers.” The Warrior Ramtha adds, “The only healer of disease is the creator of it, which is self. Nothing can heal the body unless you first heal the attitude.”

Bring yourself back into harmony, by giving your pure intention—to be healthy—not right!

And so it is.

Flint Sharpens Iron

Is our life built in a series of blocks—or segments beyond the obvious labeled childhood, youth, young adult, middle age and senior years?

Yes, it seems that life can be painfully apparent that way, but could it be more? As I walked back into my bedroom this morning, it hit me with such clarity. Had each segment been building on the other—and when I finally “got it” or “it” had passed some expiration point— a quantum leap to what was next suddenly happened. That was a yes. One chapter closed, and dynamic Cosmic energy then swiftly carries us to the next episode, at the time unknown or realized by us, until it come to pass. Simply speaking when we get the nudge. Sometimes with exasperation and sometimes with excitement we are pushed forward in our life’s journey; one that is uniquely ours and designed for us and by us.

Do our unexpected occurrences and surprises in our jobs, education and relationships with everything we experience along the way built our character, like flint against steel? The moving blocks are not all the same size, texture, or shape. How could they be? They’re not even square. How 3D! They jump and move and morph dancing like unseen faeries in the energy field propelled by our intentions, wants, and desires. Sometimes they’re visible—sometimes we can’t see them at all. But, they push, push and push us forward into segments we know as time blocks, plotted for us, both in and ‘out of time’. And, often times we feel like we have been tossed by the torrential currents of a 220 line or the direct hit of a lighting bolt. Sometimes we feel like the cartoon character with stars circling around our head, a bit dazed.

In childhood, I was the neighborhood babysitter. I spent hours with kids in my care. Later, I worked at Dairy Queen, Woolworths in downtown Seattle, and painted houses in college. My first job after graduating from the University of Washington was with, believe it or not, Pfizer. Looking back, I wouldn’t have tolerated today, what I put up with then. My direct boss, a man from the back woods of Virginia, most definitely needed a good therapist. It was before the days of “organic” and before the first Whole Foods opened it’s doors in Austin, Texas. And hark, I was the first “woman” hired for the Seattle team. I supported my ex-husband in his schooling—and when he opened his practice 12+ years later. We moved a least dozen times along the way. Each move sharpening that flint and iron. When we lived, both in Des Moines, Iowa and El Paso, Texas, the worst and most terrifying storms—tornado, dust or thunder and lightening—snow, always—always—came when my husband was out of town or on-call. I stood alone by myself.  In Iowa you were a “new comer” if your family hadn’t been there at least three generations. That’s also were I hurt my back and ended up in traction in the hospital for four long days. I lost a baby there too. We were outsiders. In El Paso, I tried to find the commissary on Ft. Bliss just after arriving for a four-year stint—only to find out there were no street signs or marked buildings. After numerous attempts to find the Army’s “grocery store”, and with my then very young son in our old used Volvo, I pulled over and burst into tears.

Flint and steel. Each block building on the last. They sometimes appear to be out of sequence or order. Motherhood teaches you immense things, and when we realize we haven’t brought children into the world—but souls destined to be here, our view of life once again turns as it builds into greater grander truths and wisdom—gathering, gathering gathering—and seeking always more.

Our experiential experiences teach us. They mold us. They give us very real, but intangible things we label as independence, sovereignty, and courage, as we discover our passions and learn about ourselves. We learn to employ the intellect, but depend on our innate, divine wisdom and gut. These magical places hold and know things that the brain does not understand, or that make no sense to the logical left hemisphere for they are outside of the rational and logical analysis, linear understanding and exist in a place outside of time. They come from a place we cannot remember, and do not know.

We all have a “what’s next” for us. For me, it is a new adventure into uncharted territory. I am leaving Florida, and as I write this, the turmoil of the world is accelerating. The chaos of the “plandemic” has cooled for the moment. The supply chains are being threatened. The digital financial plan is fuzzy, but looming. But, in this uncertainty, I know that I am guided—as are you. And, the blocks that are lives are built upon continue to grow—hardly noticeable by us, until we step back and see the strength, and courageousness, and fortitude we are, knowing all along that quantum steel and flint have been forged creating those divine sparks we never saw. And, I am ready. You are ready! We are ready!

We Are Part Of The Field

If we can’t see something, does that mean it doesn’t exist? What if that something we can’t see, physically feel or touch does exist but is out of the range of our five senses yet impacts our lives?

The dog whistle is used for canines. Your dog may respond to this form of communication, but it is out of our range. Does it really exist even though we can’t hear it? The dog seems to think so; because his very response, makes it so.

Love is a quantum attribute. It is also invisible. We feel the energy between another, but we are often mystified by it’s appearance, attraction, and disappearance. Is it real? And if so, how do you categorize love? We can’t seem to put it into a box—or really understand it’s attributes, yet we all believe in love, especially when we are touched by it.

We could say the same about magnetics, gravity and the disturbance caused by a tornado or hurricane—the swirling energy of air—and the changes with density, dynamics, and determination (forcefulness). It is powerful, and destructive. It is also benevolent. It cools us on warm days and invigorates us on chilly days. Does it respond to us, to our changes, fears, and consciousness? Does it have awareness of such things?

Is it possible that there is no veil? Is it possible that we are not separated from all we know, and all we don’t? Is it possible that this exchange of energy is happening—always, at all times, all places whether we have awareness of it or not? Is there a field of Energy and Light in which a part of us is always participating, and up until recently, we have not realized its importance or function? Is this the spiritual part—our connection to the God-particle within? And just because we can’t perceive it, can we believe it is there to help us? To give us the answers to questions we seek. To guide us, love us and connect us as One while here in human form?

Step into the world of the magical. We have always been a part of this—invisible world, but for most of us totally unaware of our participation in it.

This is the magic of belief, transformation and co-creation and “What-if”?

It is almost as we are always connected to the “Mother Ship”, which I will call Source Energy.

I think the biggest realization—is that it’s a two-way connection. We are always giving—AND receiving—participating in this benevolent energy field of information and knowledge; and the wisdom of knowing this is so.  And if the Universe always tells us YES. It’s important that we must be mindful of our thoughts, wishes and desires and what we repeat to others or voice out loud. We must also remember that “YES” may come in a package that we don’t recognize. Then we find ourselves disappointed. It’s important to turn the Divine Kaleidoscope to see the gifts at times.

The connection with the “Other side” assures we are connected with ALL on the planet. This collective begins to shift when we help ourselves—knowing that because we are connected as one, we are helping another, by just being. It is our love that binds us together—even to one on the other side of the world—a stranger who is in need of help.

The Light, we hold inside, is the force of divine power—and our God-magnificence. It is our choice to use this for good, wisely and of service to ourselves and to others. Random thoughts in a world connected by the invisible force of the field—benevolent—loving—and whether we can see it or not—intimately connected to that multidimensional part of our DNA, pineal and heart; us. That force that we cannot see but, are always transmitting—and always there. Even our loved ones, are all accessible, as part of the cosmic soup of our eternal existence. Can we call them transmissions from home? Messages? What are you receiving today? What is your intuition telling you?

“Blessed are the Humans who look for unseen things that are intuitive but not yet accepted into the reality of life. They will be rewarded with knowledge and wisdom, and will become the forerunners of the newest sciences on the planet.” ~Kryon

Sensing the Bigger Picture

“That man from Sulphur Creek had spoken the truth when telling how cold it sometimes got in the country. And he had laughed at him at the time! That showed one must not be too sure of things.”

Jack London, To Build A Fire

Have Masks become the new religion or even scarier, a brainwashing technique to control and enslave a population or an entire world? Remember the Borg? “Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.” There are a few of us, in the minority, that have resisted this collective mind control. Scientific studies show face masks represent no benefit in stopping the transmission of COVID-19, and yet there is belief and a pushed fanatical narrative that they offer protection against the virus. The timbre keeps getting louder with greater intensity as the dangerous narrative grows extremely ferocious.

I believe I hold my own power within.  Something deep inside my being cannot comply. It is as if my soul vowed and screamed, “Never again! “  Did you know? For over four centuries, the church “briddled” women to silence them in the presence of men. (Horrific and tragic considering women were respected as the spiritual arm of the couple and community in Lemuria.) Puritan Pilgrims in the early days of this country were also forced to wear metal masks while being severely punished, for offenses when “free thinkers” violated their cultural or religious values, or if you were identified as a witch. There were still others who used metal masks and devices to silence those imprisoned throughout history, including captured African slaves. Masks were for torture and punishment—for enforced compliance and control. Here we are again, the mandated use of face masks to represent a “culture of silence, slavery, and social death.”

Souls have been transitioning from this flu—and all dis-ease for lifetimes. However, for this particular flu, the mantra on an unspoken level is this invisible enemy will kill you. Yes, people have died. But which is a better death?  Is a long battle with cancer a better death? What about complications from diabetes? A stoke? A car accident? Are we responsible for these deaths too? Remember, we are eternal and forever, playing our part as human beings in a test of energy (consciousness). We cannot cause someone to leave or die. We do not have that power. We come and we go and we come and we go—cycling on and off the planet. We cannot see the bigger picture, plan or potential, but only a few pixels at best. In fact, all illness and disease comes from within—and our higher-self and our Soul are in charge. We are here to learn and grow and find the God inside. Disease does not exist in a high-consciousness soul. There is something bigger at play.

Yet, have you ever noticed that the Church takes responsibility for your soul? The Government for your finances? (We’ll take care of you. Did you receive your $600.00 dollar check?) and our Sickcare Healthcare system for your health. Isn’t it high time we take responsibility upon ourselves?

Let’s start with those pointless masks—unless of course you want to be enrolled even deeper as a slave to Mr. Global—whoever that massless group is! I’ll call it brainwashing. BTW, the characteristics of brainwashing are: mental dependency, psychological addiction, mental imprisonment. Also, throwing away your inner voice or intuitive guidance.  Handing over decision making in an area to someone or something else is also on the list. What about having an unquestioning absolute acceptance of one source or group? Let’s call that deep programing by the media that blasts the fear minute by minute 24/7—and when it seems to ease—changes the game and rules to include things such as “asymptomatic carriers” and never mind about the 99% who recover from this flu. What about the extensive censorship of people who disagree with this narrative? Or those that have been murdered? Why?

Yes, I do believe it was engineered by man. I do believe it “escaped” prematurely from the Lab. I believe both China and, I’m sorry to say, USA were involved. Isn’t it interesting that Bill Gates and Anthony Fauci were talking about a pandemic since 2015? Did they have a crystal ball or have they been involved in its development from the beginning? The virus, test kits and “so called” vaccine are all patented—and many stand to profit billions. The hardest part in this diabolical plan was getting people enrolled into the funnel for the chemical vasectomy to our divinely designed RNA. Some of the most educated are even finding that this doesn’t even meet the definition of a vaccine. But, fear solved that problem, didn’t it? Many, many are getting their “vaccine” despite no benefits of immunity, resistance, or life returning to normal. Where is the common sense?

The evidence doesn’t support mask wearing, but brainwashing does. So does social distancing. So does separating everyone and creating fear—to the invisible enemy. Throughout history, men of power have enslaved and controlled others. This is the fight between Light and Dark. It is a wake-up call to the masses.  Our strength is our Light and Love. We can’t be in fear and Love at the same time. What will you choose?

As a good friend of my says, “Those who sit in the circle of their own creation are the ones who are peaceful.” Seek answers from within. Question everything, and know you are a piece of God. No man, vaccine or mask can give you anything that you don’t already have inside. Go there. Find your strength and protection there. Step out of fear and into Love. After all, Love is the greatest power in the Universe and for Us—and it will overcome whatever obstacle we face—even a plandemic!

Decoding Our Lives Podcast – coming soon!

Fear—or Superpower?

What if we had the freedom to live fully without the energy of fear? I get that we all carry fear from time to time. We are human, after all. But some of us are trained and conditioned and controlled daily. Fear cripples. Our attitudes and happiness can be ruined in minutes, often just from watching the news!  I have watched more TV than I normally do in the last few weeks visiting a friend—that is his place of relaxation—and disconnection. What I object to most is the constant barrage of advertisements, all selling fear. Constipation, prescriptions/coverage, car repair insurance, phone deals, religious saviors, masks and deadlines weeks away—call now! Not to mention all the stuff QVC peddles. How can our life be complete?

Perhaps, it would not bother me so much, but I had a mother who lived in fear and worry. The go-to answer was NO. I got so tired of hearing no; I could have screamed.  Maybe that’s why everything from the news broadcasting 24/7 telling of the horrors, pounding COVID numbers of NEW CASES—(Not how many have recovered—like the regular flu—did we ever have those numbers? I guess not, never mind!) It seems that by “holding” us in a state of fear—others control our actions, including our own government. Fear influences our spending, (remember the toilet paper shortage?) our habits, our life in every way, and the decisions we make now and about our future.  Hell, they might as well be holding a loaded revolver to our heads. I understand there are some who continue to wear their masks indoors and live alone! What??? Notice—no proven anti-viral preventive supplements like Vitamin C or D or zinc . . . on the news. That would be empowering!

So, I want to declare war on fear. I say, it is our enemy. Fear decreases our immunity. It takes away our happiness. It strips us of our freedom and forces to look for an external answer of “trust” and reliance outside ourselves. It separates us from each other. It creates a place of anxiety—and imagining the worst increases fear . . . The Church seems to hold authority and “ownership” for our souls; the government uses laws and regulations to control our behavior and financial worth and the hospital runs a sick-care system. Responsibility for our health is owned by big Pharma and a group of corporate advertisers who tell us about everything we need to be happy, healthy and wealthy by showing us what happens if we don’t do as they say by planting those seeds of doubt, uneasiness and dis-ease.

When do we get to toss aside this ecclesiastical, governmental, pharmaceutical reliance, or the “corporate brainwashing techniques” no matter what or who is doing it and rely upon our own innate wisdom? We all have it. We were born with it. And, when we empower ourselves—we find the confidence to use it and guide us daily. Common sense and intuition should be our guideposts, not some commercial, for example, on TV that repeats over and over telling us how we should feel until our subconscious believes it is so!

When we empower ourselves, we feel less frightened and more in control. Right or wrong the decisions are our own. Responsibility for ourselves feels good when we get to choose what is right for us.

Perhaps, these past eight months have caused us unconsciously to begin to draw that line in the sand? Can we be scared into more social distancing and fear or has the consciousness begun to shift? HAVE WE HAD ENOUGH? Perhaps, it is time to push through any remaining remnants of fear—like superman opening his cape to reveal and recognize who he is and his unseen and unstoppable power? Can we be that too? I am not talking about leaping tall buildings or stopping bullets or speeding locomotives. I am talking about knowing that we are protected. We all have divine guides and angelic helpers. They are there to help us when we ask—everyone no matter what your belief. God inside does not discriminate or play favorites, and there is no “set way”. We are eternal and forever; death is merely a transition of energy and a freshening of expression and we will reunite with our loved ones. (Maybe they are being recalibrated for what’s next on the earth plane? And we will be too!)

As Pamela Eakins writes so brilliantly, “What we think, we conceptualize, what we dream could be, has enormous potential to become real if we accept and assume responsibility for our freedom. We increase our spiritual energy through affirming our will to create. We increase our emotional energy through affirming our openness to Love. We increase our mental energy through accepting no limitations, persevering, and allowing our imagination to take flight.”

What would it feel like next time you were scared to ask for help—with your very personal invisible cosmic help? To know that you are enough. To push through that which scares you most? To even use that fear to say, “Enough!” BS. Nonsense. Crap. Maybe now is the time to see clearly and expand the soul of our being? As ideas take shape, the butterfly of our soul is set free. Try it next time you are fearful. Can you see the illusion and walk through it anyway? . . . And see how you feel! The very successful American Idol star, Adam Lambert, released a new song called Superpower. And says,“The idea of taking control and talking back your power. I think on a personal level I’ve been heading that way professionally, too. It really embodies this whole thing that I’m talking about in taking the reins.” Wave good-bye to your fear. If he can find his superpower—we can too!

Magic and Us; Are You a Wizard or a Muggle?

The world has been in turmoil. It has separated so many people and things into really two camps—or multiple aspects on whatever the subject or issue happens to be moment by moment, day by day—as one world dissolves, and another one is born.

I want to step away from that reality and open the door to a world of magic. Magic, as a verb is defined as: move, change, or create by or as if by magic. What if we were the magic—hidden from ourselves—until the time of now? We need only to believe in our own transformation.

Is this another world—yet exists within our world too? It takes only imagination to say, what if? What if all is not how it seems? Go ahead, take your wand—and create from a level of possibility, liberation and the new.

We have always enjoyed fairy tales that contain magical elements. In the story of Harry Potter, the world is divided into the wizards and muggles. Is our world shaped that way? Was this really the Hopi prophecy’s message? Or other indigenous from around our globe? Are they the original wizards? Did they have sight far beyond what most of us have today? Is this the new world pulsing, waiting, and pushing us to step over the threshold and enter through the multidimensional doorway which is ours for the asking? Is a small voice begging us to pierce this 3D illusion and create something we haven’t yet been able to see? Can we? Will we believe? And when we do, what will we discover? What will we learn?

Once we enter that world of our magic—we’ll never be able to go back; unlearning is impossible.  Our sight will have changed. Our insights—knowledge and understanding—expanded. This is the world of the unseen, a world of knowing. Is it a world we have been waiting for—and many who watch us from ‘the other side of the veil” are excited about what they “see”.  It is the world of timelessness, unconditional love, empathy, oneness—and what they call the void. Something we don’t’ understand; yet many of us feel it, and the excitement is growing. It is the language of Lights; the third language.  Something that exists beyond space and time, but here now—waiting. There is a magic about you—that is all your own.

Let’s turn the page. What if our instructions given in the energy of yesteryear were never meant to remain static? Does the graduate still cling to the primer? Recognizing our participation in the cosmic experiment somehow makes more sense. It gives us a much bigger picture of our connectedness to each other and a bigger part of who we actually are, and the ability within to create anything we wish.  The experiment of Divinity—that which is nameless but known by a thousand names, is the energy that we are part of. We know water seeks its own level and water rises collectively. We must do this together. When we turn the dial of the kaleidoscope, what can we see? What does the wizard know?

Yes, we are surrounded by Cosmic energy, that can read our thoughts.  How about knowing our hurts and wounds, and realize our potentials? Are our thoughts, wishes, desires, and pure intent our magic wand? We have only to wave our magic wand across our intentional focus of what we desire, and we can manifest our reality. Is that power now stronger? Are you in the wizard orbit or the muggle rotation? Our beliefs become our reality you know.

Can your beliefs stretch, and incorporate that we are seeded from the stars? That we were given the spark of divine roots, and it is contained in our multidimensional DNA. The muggles call it junk. The wizards call it quantum.

If we could pull back our left brain—what could we see? Is it possible to feel the cosmic bliss of unconditional love? Is it possible to “know” that we are surrounded by loving benevolent energy appearing as colors of lights? And, when we are not here—we just may be one of those lights? We are recognized by our colors, you know.

If we exist in a multidimensional Universe—then we ourselves are multidimensional. And, if we are multidimensional, what is possible wizard? You are the alchemical miracle of the Universe.

“When you place a limited paradigm over a complex one, you only get partial answers. But those in the limited paradigm don’t know it. They think they’re complete, and their thinking is clear. If all you can do is add and subtract, and you try to compute complex physics problems, you’re going to get very simple and inaccurate answers. But if all you can do is add and subtract, then you’ll never know they’re inaccurate, will you?”

We are the Magus—the Magician—and the creator of our own lives. Things are not always as they seem, but I wave my magic wand and leave you with the astute words of Pamela Eakins, author of Kabbalah and Tarot of the Spirit, so you can claim the wizard inside, the marvelous mystery of our own creative evolution. Remember, you are the wizard and the wand.

May I consciously create force and form in my life.

May I transcend all bondage and know I am free.

May I love with freedom and respect, wisdom and compassion

opening ever-wider to greater forms of love.

May my love form the groundwork for all thought and action.

May I realize the expansion of my own possibility.

May I tap the universal source of limitless potential.

May all my actions reflect wisdom.

May my wisdom mirror the still reflective sea

gently cradled in the mountainous regions of my soul.

May I Open to Receive the Key of the Magus—Magician.

Willard

You know, every once in a while, someone comes along—and you have a hard time forgetting them. Maybe it’s a lover? A teacher? A bestie from school? Willard was none of those things, but an unforgettable pillar of strength, courage and love.

I had picked up (another) Cathy in Denver. We knew each other from the Pineal Tones choirs, and she offered to join me on the last leg of my journey home. I wanted to camp,  and being by myself in the woods—didn’t seem like such an astute idea. There was always safety in numbers, right?

So, at her suggestion, we had landed at the Loft Mountain Campground, which is part of the Shenandoah National Park in Virginia, also known as The Blue Ridge Mountains. The forecast called for rain, this particular Wednesday, our first day in the park, so we ventured off to Mt. Vernon—beloved home of George Washington, and a figure near and dear to my heart. The next day, we agreed to hike down to what was called

Lower Doyles River Falls, weather cooperating. And, so it was that we set off down the trail to the falls. We were just getting started when we came upon an older gentleman standing off the path dressed appropriately in hiking boots, and wearing long hiking style khaki pants, buttoned shirt, army green fishing vest, cap and glasses on a cord hanging around his neck. We stopped to say hello, and he showed us a small acorn under his magnifying glass. He confided that he was an artist—but seemed somewhat shaken after our conversation—as we parted ways—-asking if it was alright if we gave him a hug good-bye.

I had seen him at his campsite when we slowly drove the asphalt drive into the campground, looking for the spot to we would call home for the next three days. However—somehow his apparent circumstances stood out from the “normal” RV,  family, couple or weekend hiker; he was sorting things at his picnic table, as we passed by.

After our “chance” encounter, we visited him several more times, and invited him to our campsite two nights later to enjoy the campfire. He shared his artwork, which was neatly contained in a folder. His story seems unremarkable—just a guy traveling by himself—camping—until you realize that he was 86 years old and had gotten wind that “they” were getting ready to place him in a nursing home. What, I thought? There was nothing about this man that warranted placing him in a facility for the aged or ill. He

shared that he had lived in Vermont for 40+ years—built his home there. His wife of many years had passed several years before and he had a daughter who lived in the LA area. He had a sister that wanted him to live with her in Virginia.

Getting wind of obviously someone’s else’s plans for him, he told us that he bought a copy of Consumer Reports—found the most reliable and economical car they advised and traded in his old one. He found a close-out tent for $24.00 and collected the rest of the miscellaneous camping supplies he would need—and off he went. Arizona was where he spent last winter and felt he would be heading back that way when the weather began to turn. He knew he didn’t want to be around the inclement winters because as he said, he didn’t want to slip on the ice and break a hip.

My mind since, has reflected back to my own Mother and her circumstances and her desire to live her remaining days in her home; a wish my brother-in-law refused to honor. Things are not always as they seem. But, Willard’s story brings up many ideas about parking people in nursing homes—when they are in fact vibrant, and “not ready” to be housed in group homes. Where is the freedom to choose? And, where does that truth lie?

As we were parting good-bye, we wished him well on his journey. He wished us well too. There was a soul connection and something profound and unspoken, we all knew; we could feel it. We also knew that there would be no way to remain in contact; this was it. No email. A sister’s address for legal purposes. A flip phone with limited airtime. No text. I had the knowing it was just the way it was meant to be. As we said our good-byes, he stopped. “You know, on the trail, that first day, I was a bit shaken,” he confided. I had witnessed his welling-up but had said nothing. I saw your light, he said, and it startled me. I smiled and so did Cathy. “I am keeping this as a reminder, he softly noted looked us in the eyes and then slid the tiny acorn into his shirt pocket. I smiled again and gave him another hug. We walked away.

Ironically, the acorn, is a symbol of strength and power. That was who he was—and that was what he held in his hand. It is the same for us. No matter where our life starts—or from our own humble beginnings, we All have the ability, just like the Willard and the tiny acorn. We have the strength like the mighty oak; it’s not inside some of us. It’s inside All of us! We need only to believe. Namasté

A piece of Cake

Sometimes things are just plain unexplainable, period. We call it synchronicity and coincidence, but speaking now, for myself, amazes me whenever these “chance” alignments occur. I’ve heard it referred to ‘physics with an attitude’. (And, infinite LOVE is at the center of physics.) Examples in real life though, help us to believe that the Universe conspires to bring like-minded things together in a vibrational sequence. It’s about living in the moment, being open to possibilities and certainly going with the flow.

Some things just seem to be beyond our control. Or perhaps, everything is?  Are we riding in the passenger seat, while larger invisible life forces known as our higher self and soul drive things around us based on our very personal intent? We are after all co-creators, right? Or sometimes, we deliver the messages of what others’ need to hear—or are in need of? Do we serve as divine message carrier?  More and more, I am beginning to feel this is Truth with a capital T.

I was out on the Olympic Peninsula for just about the entire month of July. I had volunteered to make dinner for friends, and the decision as to the menu was entirely up to me. After a number of considerations—I decided homemade pizza—sans homemade crust; store bought refrigerated crust would have to do this round. Scrolling mentally through my mental list of ingredients, I quickly realized, my pizza stones were at home in Florida. I was spending more and more time on the Peninsula, so, why not invest in the proper equipment and leave it here? Easy thought and idea, huh?  As you know, many things do not go as planned, and this was no exception!

With instant delivery, overnight service and that giant known as Amazon, I assumed this purchase would be a piece of cake.  My Friend Brad didn’t have a mailbox at his Sequim home, but I thought for sure, Amazon would have lockers nearby. After all, Ft. Lauderdale certainly did, and I snubbed them every time I walked into the local Whole Foods.

To make a long story short, Amazon and Walmart did not have what I wanted—or should I say—couldn’t get it to me with the speed I had become accustom to. It was Wednesday and dinner was Friday. Plan B: There had to be one.

Now Sequim is the gateway to the Olympic rain forest, the Pacific Ocean and the playground for hikers and RV’s. But, it’s often a challenge to manifest things in an instant or so I thought!  Therefore, an idea occurred. I’ll call this Plan B. I would drive the 40 minutes to the touristy town of Port Townsend. I had visited there a few years ago, and It seemed to me there was a small kitchen store. They certainly would have the large pizza stone I was in search of. And, so the adventure unfolded.

On the way into town, I stopped at the Goodwill. You know, one man’s unwanted clutter is another man’s treasure. No pizza stone, but a bargain for a William-Sonoma muffin tin. 🙂 Onward ho . . . I had spoken to Brad’s neighbor on Whidbey Island to see if she was available to meet in PT for lunch. “Oh, Cathy,” she said, I am elbows deep in cookie dough, going to be at my daughter’s house tomorrow.” “Next time, raincheck,” and I hung up the phone.  During our brief phone conversation, Joan had suggested the Mercantile Quimper, just beyond the ferry loading dock. The store was cute, and had a lot of stuff—in fact small 12” pizza stones, but that wasn’t what I had in mind. I continued my quest . . . the cooking store, the Green Eyeshade, back to What’s Cookin’, Don’s pharmacy (which still had a working soda fountain), Henries Hardware, and back up the hill out of town. I had passed Habit for Humanity’s store on the way in and decided to give it a go. Who knew what I might find in peoples’ discarded household articles and unwanted items? I parked, and spoke to an employee loading chairs into an elderly woman’s Toyota as I walked to the entrance. “Pizza stone, yea, we get them from time to time, but they’re not a high demand item.” I nodded my head in agreement, I guessed he was right. And, this was where things got interesting . . .

I followed his instructions and soon found myself in their “kitchen” department. Quickly, another female employee greeted me, and asked me what I was looking for. I explained my quest—and she shook her head. “The woman who runs this department is off today, but I haven’t seen one lately.” Shortly, a conversation ensued as I was obviously talking to another cook like myself and we were discussing the finer points of homemade pizza and alternatives to my pizza stone dilemma. Minutes later, a slender 40ish looking man in a blue t-shirt and jeans appeared from around the corner. “Excuse me”, he said politely, “I am sorry, but I overheard your conversation, and I have a pizza stone if you’d like it.” Wow, that would be fantastic I thought and the woman and I glanced quickly at each other. “No charge—I will give it to you.” He continued, “my wife doesn’t like it, and she told me to get rid of it. You can have it.” I shook my head and smiled, “sure, that would be great. Thank you.”

He, Matt—now I knew his name, had another stop in town before heading back to his house. We traded numbers, and he said he would text me when he arrived back at his house. In the meantime, I decided a quick bite to eat would kill the hour or so wait, and based on the suggestions from the women at the counter, I headed down the road to find The Cup for a bowl of chowder.  “Wow. That was divine intervention” said another older employee who stood behind the counter as I headed out the door. Yes, it was!

It was a cute little restaurant in what looked like an old remolded house—painted latte-brown with a few scattered red umbrella’s and some outdoor furniture—for those celebrated warm days in the Northwest. I was seated and ordered my chowder, grabbed a piece of the local paper to read and I waited for my food. As I paid my tab, I wanted to leave the waitress a larger tip and dug into my wallet to pull out a Susan B. Anthony coin that had been riding in my wallet for months. I looked up, most of the lunch crowd had disappeared, and I caught her eye. “I’m leaving this dollar and I wanted to let you know, it wasn’t a quarter—with the other singles on the change tray,” I said smiling. “I collect those for my grandson, thank you”, she said. We chatted for a minute about her grandkids, and then I got up and headed the towards to the door.

Now, I happen to be wearing my purple WASHINGTON husky wind breaker that my father had sent me several years ago—and a man working behind the counter looked at me, and asked me, “Did you play ball for Washington?” “Yes, actually I did—about a 100 years ago”—and smiled back, and stoping to talk for a moment. I can’t remember the exact sequence of our chat, but I had to be me—and shortly into our “light” conversation, I stopped and said, “You know, you were born magnificent.” He was wearing a baseball cap and pulled it over his eyes and bent his head downward, placing his hands on the high counter in front of me that separated us. I continued, “Maybe that’s the real reason I came in today?” “You know we all carry divinity inside—but sometimes we just need to be reminded.” We are all part of the One.” With that, I detected, for whatever reason—and whatever his story caused a welling-up deep emotional reaction.  I reached over to the counter, where he had laid his hands, and put mine on top of his, giving his fingers a squeeze. He gave my little finger a squeeze back.  He had had all he could take and I silently walked out the door.

Whatever your Truth, sometimes we all need to be reminded of our divine magnificence. I left the restaurant, and followed my GPS to Matt’s house, where I happily accepted his gift, and my new pizza stone. I left Port Townsend with a smile. There were so many things to be grateful for—and the Universe had conspired in a most unique and exciting way to make everything happen perfectly. I just followed the cosmic crumbs! It had been a day of soft sweetness—and the Universe had delivered me a delicious piece of cosmic cake.
